Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. On our way to Port Elliot for a few days and picking up caches along the way. After setting up the caravan nearby, we headed out to walk this beautiful park on a blustery but dry arvo. Thanks for the find. LCNU

We have travelled from Portland Victoria to South Australia and after setting up camp with Pprass at Port Elliot we spent the morning cruising around on the bikes. After some lunch we toured around town collecting some caches along the way. Thanks for contributing to a fun day out sir_spectre

Vi har reist p kryss og tvers i en mned, og mlet er ende opp i Adeleide og megaevent p skuddrsdagen. As a once in a lifetime holiday, this year we are traveling for 7 weeks to Vietnam, Bali, Australia and New Zealand. In Australia we meet Ellen Sch and MrVon sr and Ingsve to visit these last two countries, so here we cache together. We signed the log with N4. Now we have solved many caches so we have a large number of solved coordinates. But we are interested in all types of caches, so if you receive a log, it means that we have visited your cache. We haven't quite decided where we're going, but we'll probably let the weather decide for us. We want warmth because in Norway it is now freezing. We will stay for about 2 weeks in Australia and 2 weeks in New Zealand and we will end the trip with the Mega event in Adeleide on 29 February. So thank you very much to all of you who make it possible for us to travel around finding caches. On March 6, we set course for Norway again. There are extremely nice people everywhere and we are welcomed, we thank you very much. Spending the weekend down on the Fleurieu Peninsula to take a break from the city. Warm weather but it was enjoyable to explore new places while letting geocaching be my travel guide. I started this trail on foot back in 2022, but decided it would be more efficient to return with my bike. That day was today. I parked at the Middleton end and set off on my bike. It was hot on the bike under the sun today so I was happy to find all but one of the remaining caches on this trail. I also took the opportunity to do the Adventure Lab caches while I was on the trail. Thanks for the cache sir_spectre.# # #14043 # #

I just walked from Middleton to Port Elliott for some baked goods, and now Im headed back to our vacation spot.No problem with this one. And Im glad that the owner of these geocaches had a wide range of colours to choose from.

I decided to head out today in the direction of Port Elliot and this series of caches was my intended target. A thoroughly enjoyable walk on a pleasant day and I seemed to have it mainly to myself for the most part.

One of five “Color” caches logged after the Victor Harbor CITO. I started this series in the middle of last year. Perfect for lazy days like today - good sized caches and brightly coloured too. I was hoping to add to my haul of Victor Harbor LGA finds, but sadly these are over the border in Alexandrina.

Headed south for some caching today, mainly after AdLabs but of course was planning to find some physical caches as well. The first AdLab suited this very well as it was in the Ratalang Conservation Reserve which also contained the ****is the color**** series that I'd had my eye on since it came out about 3 years ago. Haven't been on the bike for far too long so that came along as well. Managed to get the bike quite close to all but two of the caches. All sixteen colours were found and their logs stamped.

A rare day off during the week for Anymules had us meeting up and heading south to the Hindmarsh Island through to Port Elliot area and then onto the Cox Conservation Park. Got to do a Lab Cache series as we walked around a colourful series and almost all were found in good condition although I did add another couple of DNFs to my ever growing list.

Time for a colourful walk to grab some caches and do some Labs. Into the scrub once more and another cache found.

Catching up with late logs.

Heading home from WA using geocaching as a guide and an excuse to stretch the legs. With so many caches to do I am mainly concentrating on Earth cache's virtual's and adventure labs because you know you can do those even if the area is full of muggles .

I was in t the area to have a go at the adventure lab and there's no way known that I was going to walk straight past a trad Especially as we'd have to do the walk again at a later date.
Yellow was definitely the colour at the cache hide. The rough ocean surf looked fantastic but I wouldn't like to be out in it today. Despite the weather there were a lot off dog walking muggles using the area today.

We are spending time in and around Port Elliot. This series has been beckoning, and we chose this afternoon to walk from the caravan park to Middleton and back, creating a few smilies for our map along the way.

Found it. Starting to get tired. Distance travelled is 2 to 3 times more than you think with excursionsoff the path. We arein our mid 70s and not as fit as we thought. Tftc

Loving the bike ride for this geocache series

While staying in Middleton we decided to do the nearby ‘color’ series of caches and enjoy the lovely loop walk to Port Elliot and back. As they were put out for a child we added a trinket to most of them.

All had excellent coords and were in great condition. Most were easy to find discreetly with only a couple a bit more difficult to access.
Beautiful bright colours too.

Very glad we did this series mid week as the tracks are very popular so would be very busy on weekends.

What a great series through Ratalang (Basham Beach) Conservation Reserve! I loved every Cache! Great walk on a good weather day! Tip find the goat trail to the cache before finding it… not like me finding it after finding the cache!

This one is Geodaughter 2's favourite colour. We added yellow swag (to go with the theme) as there was no other swag.

Southern Cross Caching

Out for a day around Middleton and Goolwa where I met up with Southern Cross Caching.
We started our walk at the surf beach next to Surfers Parade and walked through to Port Elliott, picking up the colour series.
There was a surfing competition at the point which explained why there weren't many out along Surfer's Parade, even though the waves were excellent today.
