Checked today and replaced with a new Bison

When at Pleasant Point a lady approached GK and said she has a motorhome like ours. We got chatting and ended up exchanging phone numbers. We had been to visit her in Timaru and afterwards we came to find this cache as it was fairly near their home.We are always amazed when caches are out in the open like this and don't get muggled.Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley.

Out for a walk on a sunny morning with the dog and stopped for a quick find. TFTC

A summertime trip to the South Island, what could be better. My travels over the next few days have me flying to Christchurch (from Wellington) and then driving down to Timaru to visit with one of my favourite Geocaching teams. After a couple of days they'll be sick of me, so then it's back up to Christchurch for a night to see a band play, and then up to Kaikoura for a couple of nights and to see the same band play again. Along the way I'll be looking for Geocaches, and here's one I found. Cache was found exactly as described, safe and well. --- Thanks to Dups16 for placing and maintaining this cache. I enjoy each and every cache I find, and it is only with Geocachers like this creating them and placing them out in the world that this wonderful game continues. I went for an early morning drive in and around Timaru today. Mainly to complete an Adventure Lab but also to find a few caches along the way. This was the first one I came to. Took a little longer to find than it should have. All good in the end. TFTC, Biggles.

Had to wait for a cyclist and a dog walker to pass by. Fortunately there was a seat to rest on whilst I waited. Thanks for the cache Dups16

Heading to Timaru on a wee geo mission. Quick stop here after an Ad Lab waypoint.
Found the 'eclipse' cache on the ground with its lid missing and no log. Added another log and replaced the cache with lid-less end against the metal so hopefully it'll be ok til CO can do maintenance TFTC

In Timaru for a few days with U15 football tournament at Basil Arthur park.
A break in the games so popped away to find a cache or two...decided to loop around past this cache then back through Centennial Park before heading back to the footy. A quick find and sign here. Thanks.

It's Monday, the last day of our 3 day Queens Birthday trip to Oamaru and environs, so time for StreetWalkerNZ and me to head back to Christchurch. And, despite being winter, the day is pleasantly warm and no wet undergrowth to contend with!
We were skirting Timaru while doing the Angels and Demons Ad lab, and as we were passing by, just had to stop for this cache. A quick find in the obvious spot. TFTC.

#21363. Troodles was keen to get up to 30 finds for the day, and with 3 ad lab finds in (greater) Timaru, we needed one more find to get up to 30. We were driving past this trad, so it made sense to stop and find it. TFTC.

Had to wait a while as the slowest dog walker in the world went by. Faking making a phone call for a change.

Finally, we are away for an afternoon of geocaching after visiting family and mowing lawns. I have a great circular plan and this is the first of the day. A nice easy find and a lovely house over the road. Actually quite a few nice houses up this road. A road we don't travel very often.

On the way to the brother-in-law's for a coffee and catch up. Found a few caches along here while doing the same thing over the years. The cache was easily seen on approach so have hopefully put it back so its not so obvious. TFTC # 17,576

A quick backtrack from an adlab waypoint and the cache was right where I expected it to be. One muggle on the course using a wood. Oh I miss golf! Thanks for the hide. #7130

This was one with a Natural Wonder which I already had collected.

I'm.sure this gets moved around in various locations here. My find was easy. Child friendly and not a head scratcher. View is beautiful. Muggle presence is quite large.

One of our favourite walking rounds during lockdown was round the Gleniti Golf Course. One day this place was muglar-free and we enjoyed a quick find.

Heading home from a weekend in otematata...slight detour to get this parked up further down the road and walked to gz only to see a familiar of muggles sitting there...had to wait a good 5 min before they left... finally made a quick find glad to finally get this one ticked off as I have driven passed several times but never stopped.tftc

After spending the morning at Centennial Park we are heading home... Via this detour lol... Labour Weekend means a camper van holiday. JDScout and I stayed at the top 10 for two nights. Today we are heading home to Christchurch.

Sadly there was no large event in New Zealand in 2019 but there are a few Mega events planned in Australia. New Zealand will have another large event in 2020 in Auckland.
