We had a delightful afternoon exploring the ruins and the Port Museum, though we were very uncertain about the final as it looked like it might be on private land. We actually explored the area next to this initially but soon realised it definitely wasnt there, and even left the area to recalculate, and it wasnt until we checked a map back at the ruins themselves that we became convinced it was ok and returned for a quick find. TFTC, endeavour3. =^.^=
Returned here to find the bonus. A tricky hide as we widened our search. So much history and things to see in this area. Thanks for highlighting this area and this very spooky house. TFTC

This is such a stunning area.. think Ive taken thousands of photos but none will capture the true beauty of this place. Thank you endeavour3 for creating this great Ad Lab, showcasing this lovely area and contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!
The Kingston area is in fantastic condition. Interesting to see the counterpoint between the well maintained buildings and the footprint and walls of the gaol. Horrendous stories have come out of this place about what humans do to other humans in the name of discipline. It was a truly a bounteous gift for the Pitcairners to get access to this place.
Found this afternoon after completing the adventure lab. Such an excellent spot - its been great getting this close to history.
#7502- The Area is so steeped with history. A great AL which I thoroughly enjoyed and a tricky bonus. Hadnt expected it to be there. Initially we looked next door, but then moved across to find it. Thanks
A lovely bit of history around Kingston. Thanks for the AL, and thanks for the bonus cache. TFTC
Great AL Series plus this Bonus cache. FP from me. ?? TFTAls and TFTC endeavour3

Oldmorty and I completed the AL around Kingston and headed off to find the bonus. We were a little confused as to where we should be looking and had to phone the Norfolk Island PAF number for clarity. Thanks to the CO for the fun Adventure and the Bonus cache.
OCW frazeydaze. Loved visiting the five historic buildings. Cache all good. SLRC as found. TFTC endeavour3.
#7572 NI Day 3With a busy morning of caching around the southern parts of the island behind us, it was time to settle in for an informative Convict Tour with our trusty guide Rex. Not surprisingly, we spent much of the tour around Kingston and with a suitable "free time" break after visiting the cemetery, we ducked off to make a quick find here. We had actually attempted to find this cache in the morning but it felt a bit like private property with workers visible in the windows. TFTC endeavour3
My buddies: bella at waggyThanks to the CO for helping with the AL answers! We didn't realise how often we would be visiting this area this week!! Thank you endeavour3, for creating, placing and maintaining this cache. I have enjoyed finding it and visiting this spot.Follow my story on Instagram @AlphaDeltaIndigo
On another tour that stopped at the Cemetery they gave us a small break which was enough for a few of use to make our way over to GZ. No muggles around per earlier reports so no issues searching and finding. Interesting and well preserved Georgian Homes. We completed the signing duties and the hid. TFTC
Really enjoyed the beautiful historic area of Kingston! How lucky are we that these buildings have survived the centuries so we can see how people lived and worked in those horrendous times. We were lucky that two of our tours brought us here and enlightened us on the history then later we were also able to return in our own time and wander round at leisure. I really enjoyed getting an insight into the darker side of Norfolk Island. After collecting the WPs we had the final co-ords for this bonus. Our group wandered up towards GZ. Everyone's device seemed to be pointing in a different direction. Funnily I had not recalibrated my GPS but mine pointed me straight to GZ for a simple find. I stood back and watched the others as we had decided everyone should have the opportunity to find it. With the dimming light it did camouflage well! Thanks for the AL and bonus cache,# 6024
Great to make contact with some of the fascinating history of this unique culture.Found the little cache neatly disguised by its friends with Mummy Penny. Thanks endeavour3.
Found this bonus cache lurking in a familiar camo. Signed the log and replaced. Thanks for the AL and this bonus cache go to endeavour3.
Having completed this AL yesterday, I decided to pick this up after another brilliant late afternoon snorkel at Emily Bay. It was really nice to explore GZ some more. Nice hide and a fantastic AL.
Day 3 of my Norfolk Island adventure. I can understand why people want to live here . Its a little bit of paradise. Wow so much history on the island, Im enjoying my wandering seeing the sites Some logs signed as N2OThis is my 12072find.Thankyou endeavour3 for placing and maintaining this cache
After having completed the AL, we got the coordinates and could go and find this cache.Felt a little bit as intruding on private property, but understood that this was to regard as public property.
This place is different during the daytime! Would have been an easy find if it wasn't the creepy girl in period costume starting at me through the window. Weird. Thanks endeavour3
Over with IolantheK from Brisbane celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary [^]After getting all the WPs sorted in for the AL we plotted the final [^]At GZ we searched for a while before IolantheK made the find. The ache in good condition [^]TFTC endeavour3
T-Tech and I are visiting Norfolk Island for our 40th anniversary. We arrived from Brisbane and are staying for 2 weeks at Endeavour Lodge, and plan to get some R&R, see all of the sites, learn the history, and gather every cache here so we can claim the Se Dun Challenge After my event in town this morning we headed to Kingston to attend the CITO, collect all the caches and adventure labs, and take in all the history. It took us most of the day to get it all done! Last one for the day, and we almost forgot it! I was fascinated by the structures here, but felt conspicuous in the search. Eventually I ended up in the right spot. TFTC and AL, endevour3.
# 8941 Norfolk Day 3, team "Dem CBR" myself, iPlod65, Joolay, barb2e and contesta had another fantastic day of caching and exploration. We started down at Kingston with our host for the morning: Endevour3. It was cool and very blustery today, but not enough to discourage us. Then it was off to east coast to grab some more difficult caches. Lots of climbing today, but always stunning destinations. Finally off up to Captain Cook Pt for a couple of amazing spots.A quick find here. Some logs signed collectively "Dem CBR".Thanks endeavour3 for the Mystery Cache

Thanks so much for the many caches endeavour3 and of course for giving me a reason and incentive to get out here, and to experience this part of the world in a different light
A really enjoyable set of labs and a great spot for the bonus cache. After spending quite a bit of time in this area today, there were some parting caches to glean as Mrs Gunnie and I headed back toward town. [^]
Convenient parking and a very short walk, the cache was spotted on arrival and my details added to the log.
Thanks for the labs and this cache endeavour3, very much appreciated.

A lady I know said her ancestors were on the first fleet to arrive on NI. She told me there was a plaque that had their names on it. When doing this AL I found the plaque which was quite a thrill. There was also a second plaque near Emily Bay which was laid by the ancestors in memory of twin girls who were killed when a tree was being cut down fell on the house. So a double bonus and a favourite point for the adventure. TFTC
Had to read some logs, was searching in the ruins. Wrong! But all good. Thankyou.
I had an interesting morning collecting the answers then ambled (drove rather) close to gz. Had to wait a while for a tour group to depart before I could rush (or rather stumble) in and make the easy find. Tftc, endeavour3.
Issac and I set out early this morning to complete the two AL’s in Kingston. It took us a while to find the bonus cache but luckily our search paid off. Thanks endeavour3
Found it while having an explore of this building.
I wonder why every time I think of Quality Street, oops I mean Row, that I think of chocolate?
Thanks for adding the bonus to the Adventure Lab. We learnt a lot.

Found today at 3pm after looking through the museum houses and research house. Had found yhe required information on the previous few days. Thanks Endeavour3 for the bonus.
Returned to collect the Tealby B Team from his golf game and took the opportunity to get this AL bonus cache. Came with Biggles303, who will be unlikely to complete an online log, but is in the physical logbook. TFTC.
TFTC,
Day 7 on the Island and back into some walking to caches. Our aim was to finish the 10 remaining caches on the Island so that we don't have to panic tomorrow.
Took us 2 goes to get this one. On our return my GPS still went to the same location but Nana's went an extra 9m to where she made a quick find.
Added a favourite and visited trackables dot the informative AL.

Today is Wazza9 & my last day of geocaching on the Island. We came 7 days ago, today marks that we have found every cache on the Island. 9th cache of 10 today, a very quick find not, we spent a long time searching, we went home, had lunch and a sleep, before returning, I checked quite a few places inside and out, before letting my GPS take me to it. Stamped log and replaced. Thanks to CO. Good hide.
Having completed the ALs I was in possession of the required information. This morning after having a very enjoyable chat with the CO muggle friend and I set off towards GZ.
I wasn't sure if Sam(sung) was having me on or not but da dah! there was the cache an easy find yet well disguised.
I loved the tour and the information.
Thanks for the cache endeavour3 and the company.
SL as Smittengranny and replaced the cache.

On 15 October 2022 a new batch of prisoners were shipped out of Brisbane to spend 7 days incarcerated on Norfolk Island. It has now been 4 nights and and countless days into their sentence at Ocean Breeze Cottages.
Escape plans are now on hold. Plan be is now to examine real estate options in Kings Town. Maybe a longer stay or a fixer upper [?]

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Thank you for the AL we were a bit worried about the location but all was good.
Find Number 2525 found at 11:34. Today we found 10 caches. We had 0 DNF's.
The final full day of our trip to Norfolk Island was even quieter than planned. We held an event in the morning, had the afternoon free and our "Sound and Light" show in the evening was cancelled. After the event I went after some of the solved puzzles and bonus caches.
A final trip to Kingston to get the bonus cache. We really enjoyed the adventure, a good choice of locations and plenty of history to be learnt. Once at GZ it was a quick and easy find. For the whole thing, the adventure and bonus, please have a favourite point
The cache was in good condition. We signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks endeavour3 for the cache.

Completed the AL and crunched the numbers for the bonus. After a few moments considering whether I was entitled to be there, I made my way boldly to GZ where, after a short hunt I was signing the log. TFTC endeavour3 and a fav awarded.
Time to head to Norfolk Island to celabrate our 70th birthdays. When we were here before we were not geocachers, this visit will be spent gathering geocaches and revisiting our favourite places. Our appologies for the generic logs it does not take away the enjoyment we have found in the fantastic places they have been placed and all the different styles of caches that we are enjoying,

After a full morning in the bay area, came for a drive to collect the bonus, but was initially sceptical of our coords. We rechecked and spotted our first error, then, with no signage visible, wasn't sure if we should go in. Then wasn't sure if we should go IN! After exploring both options, turns out the answer is are yes and no

After lunchtime, we've shed Mum and Oliver, and are leaner now.... and the rain is even lighter, we headed out to Ball Bay and Kingston, remembering to fire up the Adventure Lab app too this time, grabbing another 20 smilies for the afternoon, and another GA locationless.....
Today we more efficiently visited caches and AL locations through the area, before a slight backtrack for the bonus. A couple of caches later we realised we didn't have the GPS anymore, and a little deduction told us we'd left it here. Lucky nobody locks things around here, so we cached on with the phone, then returned here, and there it was.... TFTC!

After dropping Mum and Oliver at home, me and dad headed out to do some more caches around Ball Bay and Kingston. Had a nice time caching around the area. After finishing the AL, we headed to this. Once we arrived we found the obvious hide and found the cache not too far away. Ended up heading to Bumbora after this one, but we realised we left the GPSr here so we had to come back and get it!

What an excellent adventure lab to do to get the historic feel of Kingston.
With the coords for GZ sorted, we ventured here today in the drizzling rain. Coords were spot on for us.
Thank you for the interesting AL and this bonus. Fav Point from us.

After collecting all the necessary information way made our way to its sneaky hide. Thanks Endeavour3 for putting together this AL - a FP given.
After attending the CITO we decided to venture around the area to do a number of caches. After completing the AL and the necessary info to find this Bonus Cache, it was off to GZ. What a nice area! Found and log signed. TFTALBC endeavour3

Love this area, great buildings and really enjoyed the AL to explore them through. Coords were spot on and must admit that GreyHams made the leap over for the discovery while I was distracted close by taking photos.
Trip log: Norfolk Island... Not something we had been planning to do but with GreyHams noticing travel here was starting up again, a good deal on flights and that this would count as a new caching 'country' this was indeed a very tempting location to visit.
Puzzles were solved, our double vaccinations certificates ready to go. A last minute change in the entry requirements added our PCR tests... but we arrived.
We had a challenge to collect as many of the caches as we could in the 48 hours we would be on the Island... A caching trip, but one that guided us around into every hidden gem the Island had to offer. All its beauty, history, scenic and quirky... and moisture! Humidity that sucked the energy out of every pore as we sweated our way about, but it was awesome!
An event the first evening was fantastic to meet with endeavour3, a wealth of local knowledge and assistance... both caching and the local area. It was great to confirm details, amend as needed and with a few DNFs help us back on track.
An honourable mention to the cows, especially the one that licked all over the car, the feral chickens (but not the roosters that wake up far to early and noisily) and the very friendly waving people everywhere we went!
Thanks for your cache that helped guide us about, and can all the caches be found within 48 hours... I'm very pleased to say that yes we could!

Aquilus1 and myself were on a mission: Go to Norfolk Island and clear the place out in 48 hours! This we achieved as we arrived well prepared, having ground out the puzzles (some with assistance) so that we had coords for nearly all hides before leaving Australia.
Brain tickler test & vaccination certificates in hand, we were shocked on arrival that our Australian mobiles had no roaming coverage....NONE! But, thankfully it seems most accommodation not only comes with a car, but comes with a phone as well.
I swear we did at least 5 laps of the island, I knew my way around very well by the end. NI is such a beautiful place, I am coming back with the family in a month and I already know exactly where I will take them.
On our first day we hosted an event and thankfully the local legend cacher, endeavour3, graced us with his presence. Some sage advice on the trickiest of NI hides was gladly received
And, it has to be said......OMG THE HUMIDITY!!! Canberra has none at all, it was a major shock to the system!

Having a tour with the CO is always a treat, especially in such a wonderful area. I met the cache guardian as I went in for the cache. I'm glad I stopped otherwise I'd have gotten a face full of spider. Tftc.
Found all the Adventure Lab answers and worked out final bonus location. Thanks for placing these so one can see more of the Island history. Really enjoy these.
Found with the group and the CO who was a fantastic tour guide. We learned so much. Thank you, endeavour3 for a perfect afternoon of caching.

Our guided tour around the Kingston historic area by Duncan was one of the highlights of our stay on Norfolk Island. It was great to be in the company of someone who could answer all our questions, and we especially enjoyed exploring the old buildings. Having gathered the bonus information we all headed off to the final where another surprise tour awaited us. Thanks! Favourite point added.
Did the Historic Area AdLab this afternoon, and visited this Bonus Cache. Was good to see all the work done recently, on so many of the buildings. TFT AdLab n Bonus
Completed the adventure lab and with the coordinates located the bonus cache. Another great adventure. TFTC
Having completed the preliminaries the other day, it was time to see if I could close out the series. It took a full lap of the structure because 2upoj wouldn't come to the party at first but it finally decided to play ball and at last I had the stash in hand at 15:20.
Well worth a fave point.

First Adventure Lab caches we've done. Well set up and enjoyable visiting the historic sites. Thanks
My first find of this type. Cheers to endeavour3 for the worksheet and the fun tour. I learned some new stuff even after being here (for what seems like) a million times
We enjoyed gathering the information. Then we logged into the website and gave answers which gave us the required coords. We have only done lab caches once before at a mega in Kent. Then it was off to find the cache, where we were discovered by the CO! It was an enjoyable cache and we are awarding a favourite. TFTC
