Unsure if it’s behind the barricade - work underway at the moment in the vicinity.
Some days you just wonder why you bother looking for caches. Today was one of those days where things just went wrong for all sorts of reasons.
I needed to go into the city to collect stuff I'd already paid for, so took the opportunity to search some caches nearby.
Started fine with a relatively quick find, but then it went south real quick - and I followed it a bit slower.
Got three out of a lot more attempts.
Well hopefully tomorrow will be better.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Made my way here before my parking ran out.
The area I expected to find it was behind barricades - work about to commence I expect. I could have snuck through, but given the people about decided not to.
Still checked what I could but nothing spotted.
Time to move on.

Took a lunchtime walk out here today. Upon arrival I found two Muggles enjoying their lunch right at GZ. I'll have to come back another time. At least it's a nice day!
Was optimistic but nah, no such luck. Will send a photo of where I believe it would of been to the CO
Couldn’t find this one today. We looked everywhere the had taken us to but had no luck.
After doing what I came to Sydney to do this morning, I decided to take advantage of today's very pleasant weather to go for a wander around the Pyrmont Bay waterfront. While I've been to Darling Harbour a lot over the years, I think this is the first time I've gone past Star City since the the foreshore was redeveloped so it was great to see how much the area has changed over the last 20-30 years ... and it was good too to be able to grab a few caches along the way.
Thanks for the hide Skitzones.

Great spot. Had to pick my time around fishermen but finally traced it. Thanks for cache cheers dragonfly jm
I run passed this cache almost 2 or 3 times a week, this time I decided to stop in and grab it. It was lying out in the open, but replaced to where it should be. TFTC
13:19 - Find #2392 - Happy to be back in Australia once more. First leg of this visit was Adelaide and Barossa Valley, second leg was Sydney. Third and last full day in the city. The air quality was kind of ok, fire fighters were making a bit of progress I heard and wind was coming more from the east. Started nice'n'early and had beautiful sunny morning around the opera house and then through the botanical gardens before I went to the Sealife Aquarium - very impressive sharks! . After a lunch break I started my walk towards the beautiful area of Darling Harbor. Came by this cache and had to stop of course. Beautiful spot! Everything's fine with the cache and the logbook. TFTC and cheers from Cologne, Germany
It was quite tricky to find. It took almost 30 minutes for me to find the cache. Amazing views!

A visit to Pyrmont today though not much to see through the smoke, what a Desaster ....

Slowly knocking out the City caches. A nice stroll along the wharf to GZ, where it was CIH from first place I looked. TFTC
Today I went on a lengthy walk - part of my effort to get weight off me. For me, walking usually involves caching, and this was the first on my list today.
An easy find, close I think to one I found some years back.

OCW frazeydaze who needed a cache for her calendar. A quick find as we had found the previous cache. TFTC
Two for one. Always like this type of cache.
I remember finding the original by rinsemesocks. Thanks Skitz1r for keeping this cache alive.

This week, I visited Australia on a business trip. After work and on the weekend, I always went for sightseeing and a few caches. I really enjoyed my stay, because the city is really beautiful, the people were great and I was able to find quite a few caches. I also went to the blue mountains and the Manly beach - so I at least had a taste of most of the beauty that Sydney and it's surroundings has to offer. All in all, I found about 65 Caches over the week, that I have been here, met fellow geocachers, saw beautiful places and had a lot of fun!
I was able to find this cache quite quickly during my walk from Darling Harbour to Darling Island. Very beautiful area of Sydney.

Today we headed over to the Inner West, taking advantage of the cheap Sunday $2.80 per head capped Opal Card fares, to have a look at some new cache placements that have appeared around the suburbs of Glebe, Harold Park, Forest Lodge, Annandale, and Rozelle since our last visit to the area. Utilised Bus/Train/Tram on the way over, and Tram/Train/Ferry/Bus on the way back home. This was the 7th of 7 finds for the day.
After some T3 fun at "The Jelly Crusher" we hopped on a Tram at Rozelle Bay Tram-stop and hopped off at Star Tram-stop, then walked down to this one. Arrived at GZ and thought the place looked familiar, then found the cache and realised that we have done this cache previously, well one that was in the exact same spot and had the same container type at least. Anyway TNLNSL, and then replaced as found.
And now it's time for us to get back on the tram and head homeward. TFTC Skitz1r.

The cache was found without difficulty, but so much rust covers the magnets, the micro cache no longer sticks. I loved the nearby dragon. Then it was off for coffee in a cafe on the wharf. TFTC Skitz1r.

Trickier than I first thunk. Great views of the city from here. Thanks for the cache.

For a lunch time walk I crossed the Pyrmont bridge towards Jones Bay Wharf for this new cache. Walking along the wharf there were many sculptures to admire and at the end there was a large dragon awaiting me.
A muggle fisherman was standing close to GZ but he had more time for fishing than for me. The cache was at a familiar place....I think it is the same spot as the now archived cache [History of the HMT Dunera](http://coord.info/GC6RKQZ)

Was there a cache here before? I got slight deja vu, but this hide is awesome. Neat artworks on the way too, and the sun was shining.
Thank you, Skitz1r

It was nice to come back to this one. The new artwork is nice and the view seems to have changed a little . Had to wait out a couple sitting at GZ, but then it was all mine. TFTC!
Long walk round from Bangaroo. Found quickly while muggle wasn't looking. TFTC
Caching by Public Transport and Shank's Pony. This was the first stop.
I've been here before for a cache but don't remember all these sculptures. Some were really good and some, hmm!
The area was deserted as I walked but of course there were 3 fishing muggles right at GZ. Don't think I'd eat anything caught in the harbour!
They took no notice of me and I quietly moved to what I assumed was going to be GZ from my previous visit, and sat down. A 4th muggle was down there fishing under the wharf. He didn't notice me so I looked and then grabbed the cache and SL. At that point he noticed me, looked startled and ran off.
Maybe its illegal to fish there??

Weather: Warm spring morning

I decided to go for a jog after an early meeting. I was soon at GZ, to find a set of cyclists enjoying the view. After a while they left and I was able to start searching, and soon had CIH. TNLNSL, TFTC
