Tricky find as it had us going in circles for a bit. Spied something suspicious and there it was! Thanks for the cache Budgietas
On our first full day in Tasmania we headed for the Botanic Gardens and the surrounding Queens Domain on our geocache quest Anither one where the technology was very unsettled and had us scrambling up and down before we finally were able to make our marks in the log TFTC Budgietas
Thanks Budgietas for hiding this cache, I needed a find for today to update my calendar and find streak. This is my find #1510 at 06:37 on 16/4/2024.
Had this one solved a long time ago but for some reason hadn't got around to getting to GZ until today. This was one of several caches found this morning before work that counted towards the leap day souvenir. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan
This was one of the first puzzles that I solved, while I was still getting the hang of them. It took me a few goes to get the coords, but it was an easy to understand puzzle which I enjoyed as I didnt like trying to solve the difficult ones back then. Weve walked past the final several times since it was solved but have never stopped to get the cache. Today while walking around the loop we stopped to finally make it a smiley. The coords were accurate and the hint helpful, so it was a quick find. As the previous finder said the cache has a large hole in its lid, but the contents are still in good condition. Thanks for the puzzle and cache Budgietas!
We solved this puzzle a long time ago. Today we found it. It was a nice day for a stroll around the Domain. Once at GZ it was a quick find. TFTC
Glad we found this after spending time solving the puzzle. Thanks Budgietas for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment . As we walked we saw the snow on MT Wellington. We were there yesterday in the snow
Today we found Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock on our travels. We are back in Tassie to attend a charity function this weekend and bonus! We get to go caching as well.
Thanks Budgietas for being part of our geocaching fun.

My wife and I have flown down from Brisbane to Hobart for a short holiday to use up the last of our remaining flight credits collected during Covid. While my wife enjoyed a sleep in, I headed out bright and early on a rather chilly morning to find some geocaches during a walk along the Hobart Rivulet Trail.
Afterwards I headed back in to the city to meet up with her for a late breakfast around the Salamanca Markets before I then continued on for a walk out towards Queens Domain. Along the way I was able to call in and visit this cache.
When I first looked at this puzzle I knew straight away what the title was referring too. I remember watching the episode thinking how hard that bit of dialogue must have been to remember wondered how many takes it took to get right. Thankfully it didn't take me as many attempts to get the final coordinates.
At GZ today I found the cache safe and well. Luckily the cache was far enough away to survive a recent burn off, with the edge only a short distance away from GZ. TFTC

I am hopeless when it comes to logging caches. S_38 sends me overviews with caches I haven't logged. This being one of them. I can remember the place though, so thanks for taking us here.
Solved some time ago. Dropped in today to check out a new cache nearby and picked this up on the way. Nice walk around here. Thanks Budgietas
Today is our first full day in Tasmania. Shortly after breakfast we set out to collect as many solved puzzles as we could reach on foot from our hotel, and anything else of interest that we came across on our path. We had some fun winning enough games of Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock to get the co-ordinates for this cache. This afternoon we visited GZ and zeroed in on the hide. Many thanks for an interesting puzzle and cache.
Over from NZ on a 8 day caching trip.
Got a nudge on the solve.
Took awhile for us to locate

Thanks Budgietas for your cool puzzle..
A geo mate from NZ gave us a nudge with the solve here ...
Was a group of us over from NZ on a one week Geotour of parts of Tasmania.
Net61 and I went on a big walk from our hotel and got most of the caches in this area.
This one took us quite a while to find.
Nearly gave up then Net took a final look somewhere else to where we had previously looked and there it was.
Phew .!

‘Solved’ this one a while ago and have been meaning to get up to the Domain to find the caches in the area. Did Max’s Infinity loop today and this one was a quick and easy find. TFTC.
Really fun way of putting a spin on geocaching! Also a great hiding spot! TFTC 2/6 members of The Gang ️
We have been focusing on solving a few of the local outstanding mystery caches. It’s really just a case of dedicating some time to it. Alas time is one of the things we are short of much of the time!! However we did finally solve this at the weekend so an ideal opportunity today to go retrieve it. The walk to gz was very pleasant. Cache quickly located and logged. TFTC
Today we decided to trek into Hobart and surrounds and find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A very cold, windy and a tad wet but braved the coooooooold weather and rugged up for the occacion.
Once we had the co-ords we made a quick find at GZ, Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

This was my target cache for the day yesterday after surprisingly recieving coords after randomly clicking things without really knowing what was happening and not expecting anything.
The second of four caches found, and the first of the two mysteries.
Thanks budgietas for an interesting take on a classic game... and a geocache too!

When I saw that Tasmania was about to re-open its borders, I made arrangements straight away to fly to Hobart from Adelaide to catch up with family and friends (and of course, to find a few caches).
I arrived last night and headed out early this morning for a day of caching, returning to my accommodation in the late afternoon for an early dinner. The plan was to then head up to the Domain just before dark to find a few targeted caches and then finish the evening with a night cache when it got dark.
I played the game, walked the track, found the cache.
Thanks Budgietas the puzzle and the cache.

Another cache that has been on my radar for a bit now, with today being leap day myself and goose called at this one and after a bit of a walk we soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache.
Before COVID-19 comes to an end I had better catch up with my logs, I've been reluctant to get round to this as it just reminds me I cant go out caching

I'd played this when the cache was published and when I eventually won I recorded the coordinates and that was that. When SSR and I went and found your night cache we thought about it looking then but could not be bothered with the walk. Today we enthused, and decided to try and find a few different cache types after the event and letterbox earlier.
As we walked to GZ, we discussed how the path was on a slightly awkward slope but pushed on regardless. We turned off and soon found the cache. Great job on the inserts!
thanks Budgietas

In Hobart for the Cadbury Marathon and to do the Queens Domain Parkrun. So after completing our first "Q" Parkrun, so thought we would cool our legs down by doing another lap walking at picking up these caches.
Our whole family enjoys watching The Big Bang Theory, so we all knew about Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock. I solved this puzzle and then gave it to 999HK to solve.
We ducked into the bushes between park runners, quickly found the cache and then hid while the tail walkers went past and jumped back onto the trail.
Thanks for the cache Budgietas

This morning we had been filling in time hiking around the park before we headed off to MONA. We hoped to arrive right at opening time and everything was on schedule. You know if only takes one well-hidden cache to spoil the best of plans which is why I wouldn’t recommend trying to sneak in just one more cache on the way to your wedding.
This was our last cache on the walk and we just needed to find where our car was parked and a way there. Luckily I had taken a waypoint of the car I just couldn’t remember which pocket I had placed it in.
It looks like we are going to make it to the museum on time and will probably still have to fight for a car spot anyway. tftc

We were ready for a long haul before we could win this game and get the final coordinates but it only took about 10 minutes before our goal was achieved and we had the final coordinates in hand. Early this evening we went to look for the cache. After a short walk and then some scrub bashing, we got to GZ where an uncovered cache led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for this cache.
I got lucky in that I found a latter straight away that beat the computer on every attempt!
A nice warm afternoon for a stroll - gee this area has changed!
Thanks

Hello Budgietas Thank you for the cache.
I was out with EeePees and GrahamK for dinner and had decided to go and find this cache and your night cache after it got dark.
I had managed to get the cords to this cache not long after it was published by tapping away hopping for the best.
The cache was easily found.

Hi Budgietas TFTC.
An interesting puzzle concept that I solved by continually selecting the same option, took a while, but got there.
After dinner out, AlbyDangles and I were filling in a bit of time waiting for a bit more darkness to tackle your night chirp cache; so we walked along a very impressive multi-use road/path to make a quick find.
Cheers, EPs.

Hi Budgietas, found your cache today after succeeding in winning the game to get the coordinates. Lovely wander to GZ but a bit blowy those gums can certainly stand a lot of wind. Lovely sized cache couldn't resist slipping a budgie rubber in the cache to start off the swag. Well we will call a Budgie anyway lol Thanks for another cache and can't wait to follow the fire tacks to get a chirp next time I am here at night.
after an interesting challenge that took far too long the co-ords were finally given up and a quick walk this afternoon to GZ where the cache was found a great idea for a mystery cache.

It was an excellent puzzle cache when I did it the first time and got a shared first to find, so back again to sign the new log book as requested. Only a couple of entries. TFTP

When this cache was first published I was accompanying my daughter at the hospital ED. As I only had my phone to run the original executable which was not exactly in a format my phone could run natively, I had to use an emulator. Coords were obtained. We got home a bit after midnight and so I thought best to defer to the morning, alarm set for 5:30am for a quick dash but it was bucketing down.
Day duties kicked in but there was a break in the weather so I headed out. By which time FTF was gone. However I had great difficulty logging my find on the site.
Messaged the CO and found out that issue had been taken issue with the original format of the puzzle. A few messages back and forth with the CO and I thought I'd best wait a while and try logging later.

And thank you for persisting with this puzzle format in a different format... You've actually created the puzzle twice.

Found after doing Budgietas’s new night cache nearby, with the geocachers and Munziers from the visiting cruise ship.
Pretty much walked straight to the cache with the coords I had.
TNLN, thanks for the cache Budgie!
