Sorry to say it’s gone again so shutting shop on this one. Thanks to all who found it.
As our caravan had some issues and we only could go to the mecanic at 10 am, we had some time to look after some caches nearby our caravan park. It was a little disappointing this morning as we got 4 DNFS and only 2 Founds. This one was one of our founds, but it took as some time until we got the right angle to spot the cache.
Thanks for the cache and regards from Switzerland.

Thanks for maintaining this Squash2. We’ve come back and turned our blue DNF into a beautiful yellow smiley. A magnificent day in Geraldton today. TFTC
Checked on this one today and it was missing.
Replaced and back in action.
Have fun.

Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
We are on the road travelling up through central Australian and down the coast of WA. I was happy to grab a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
Found after a short search.
Thanks Squash2 for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

We decided to go for a walk around Sunset Beach area on our last day in Geraldton, picking up some caches. This one was found speedily along the way.
A relatively quick find here this afternoon, caching solo whilst Deefa71 takes a nap. Tftc
Caching in the Greater Geraldton area today. Our intention for the day was to attack some power trails and do map cleanup around town.
Thankfully a quick find. Met KB here. Cheers Squash2!

Day 3 of the road trip with the boys C10,B12,L1.77 - lots of laughs and perhaps a little therapy will be needed after this trip. But one thing is for sure - I am determined to get a few more yellows on the map on my final full day here in Gero. Many thanks to the COs for the mix of caches. Sorry for the genetic log
Final day in Geraldton for this trip so just picking up a few more caches in town before heading home via a lunch stop at Ellendale Pool. This was one that I stopped off at today. All very quiet around here when I parked up this morning. Took a short walk over to GZ and after excluding a few immediate possibilities set about searching the likely hosts in the area. My GPS was bouncing around so ended up putting it away (it was taking me in circles) and focussed on a small area which I always seemed to be walking around. Was very happy to make the find shortly afterwards in the second spot I searched All ok here - TFTC
Got up after the wind and rain last night so packed up our gear and hit the caches in town before caching our way home.
A great overnight trip to Geraldton, still managed a few dreaded Geraldton DNFs but managed to cleanup the labs in town so all wasn’t lost.
Thanks to the locals for their hides and we hope to be back soon, well I know we’ll be back soon.

Thanks Squash2 for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
Chicken Licken wanted to take her grandparents out to show them this new hobby she has been enjoying. Very glad that we were able to land a moderately tricky find in a day that otherwise would been a giant donut.

pug002 found it 18/10/20, decided to go for a stroll after having a day just lazing around, nice walk to find couple at the back of the park. TFTC Squash2
Before we went to St. Georges Beach for a swim, we found 4 geocaches at the Chapman River. Thank you for the caches.

Finally, this geriatric is getting around to writing a found log for this cache.
We had been trying to find said cache for a considerable time, even by our standards and feeling somewhat deflated by not making the find was about to cycle off into the sunset. OK... it was morning, just felt like we had been there all day! Lucky for us we had just finished ranting about how Squash2 hides these devious little caches then gives them a low difficulty rating, the air was turning bluer than the sky! I was busily trying to console Ian by suggesting that perhaps Squash 2 was attempting revenge for some of Ians’ caches. Hmmmm.... then he was angry with me. (Air turning bluer still).
Anyway.... back on the bike and our feet had hardly turned the pedals than who should appear magically on the path, Squash 2 in person! I though he had just read our DNF as he appeared to be waving a club or some sort at us. Later I found out it was just sweat on my glasses and he was actually swatting at flies.
He was somewhat stunned that we couldn’t find his cache. Well, perhaps he wasn’t. He was stunned though when we showed him where we had been looking and he asked why I couldn’t see it as I was looking straight at it. It took me a good minute or so or staring intently before finally I did spot the object of our desire!. Phew. A DNF converted to a find all on the same trip
Conveniently, a shelter is located very close to the cache and we all took advantage of it to stop for a “brief” chat. I am sure the other half of Squash 2 had probably sent out a search party as it was such a “brief” chat. We solved the worlds problems and it was time for us all to head our separate ways. . Great to catch up again, we always enjoy a chat.
thanks for a very cleaver hide, a favourite point from us.

Out for a morning cycle to find this cache. No luck today for us
I was walking along the river path when I bumped into two frustrated geriatrics who had just filed a DNF for this cache and man did they give me a serve. After talking to them quietly for 20 minutes they quietened down, stopped dribbling and became more rational. As part of a peace treaty I agreed to lift the difficulty rating to two (done) providing they promised not to write anything nasty about me.
Only kidding, great to catch up with TeamPathfinder. Had a long chat on the banks of the lovely Chapman River where we solved the worlds problems.
Merry Christmas to all.

Had to have another go and negotiated some help from geo hubby who obviously is a ‘better’ finder than me and made the find 3m from where I was looking. Great little park. Thanks for the frustration Squash2. We did enjoy the hunt.
Ok I gave it a go. No honors this time. I’m very scratched as there are some prickly bushes to investigate.
Found it when gps on the phone settled down. TFTC
