I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi TheWonderStuff
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Briefly checked again today, but the DNFs have stacked up. Seems this cache is gone.
Took a look all around the bench and especially the hint area and the neighboring bench, I’m fairly confident this cache is gone...
After we had an ice cream played on a playground we found it and we saw team NZ practicing for Americas cup. TNLN. TFTC.
#8923. I was up in Auckland visiting family over New Year and it was time to head back south today. But still had to get a few of the geotour caches so set off to pick these up before leaving the city. After doing the TMGT cache at the Michael Joseph Savage Memorial I drove around to Mission Bay and managed to find a park close by to GZ. Even more fortunate was that fact the seat was empty on quite a busy day. So sat down and found this style of seat is perfectly designed for geocaching purposes. What a great spot for a cache to be hidden. Even with muggles all around the cache can be easily slipped out and rehidden without looking awkward. Signed the logbook and replaced everything as found. Thanks TWS for hiding the cache here in Mission Bay. Mission accomplished!
A gorgeous spot on my way back to the bus from the TMGT. Rain just threatening so a good time to pick up this one easily. Thanks for a great little hide and fun getting without being spotted.
Had a nice evening stroll to the beach as the sun was setting, a lovely location for a cache. Thanks CO for the cache.
Quick easy find whilst the boys were setting up their bikes for this mornings triathlon. Need 6 more to reach 1900 caches! SL TFTC
Nice quick find after kayaking along mission bay! Checked a couple of benches but the coordinates are spot on. Unfortunately I forgot my pen but I took a photo of the log for proof.
We got to talking with a lively (phone auto corrected lovely to lively but that's an apt description also so will leave it!) older couple while finding this cache and miss 6 was having a lovely time chatting with her new friends. Tftc!
After a funfilled day finding all the caches of the Crayola Series, with other finds along the way we headed to a local event for a bite to eat. A couple of our group needed to find a couple of TMGT caches needed so off we trotted to them. After finding we thought .. just one more, as we cachers do!
The area was pumping, heaps of people around with a carnival-like atmosphere (because of Labour Weekend?) We got to GZ and there was a family gathering there, damn. Lucky we had time to wait and eat out delicious Gelato from a nearby shop. By the time we had finished the family had moved on so we took a quick rest at GZ. Nice hiding spot, cache all good tftc

So how to round out a full day? How about chasing the two TMGT caches we don’t have in Auckland, but wait till after the not-a-mega dinner event.
Picked up a Gelato and walked across to the waterfront for a wait. A family enjoying the evening sitting at the seat.
Quickly found once seat freed up.
Thanks for the cache.

We had gathered our necessary coffee and noted a nearby find option. Although GZ was occupied I sat alongside and managed to make the find, sign and replaced whilst my bench-mate muttered and talked to herself. Great views from here and a snazzy container. T F T C TWS
After a cache-less day over in the CBD yesterday in recognition of Olivia's 19th birthday, on the 19th no less I was keen to get out today for a leg-stretch and a few caches. Still not bothered about where we actually go, as we have so much choice, so much untapped potential in the area to choose from (for now, it changes after a while of living somewhere).

Beautiful spot to grab a cache just as the sun popped out for a moment. Tftc
I had to come back for this one. When I arrived at GZ there was a muggle sitting right by the cache. Sitting down next to him did not encourage him to move on, so decided to find other caches first. An hour later on my second visit the place was deserted, so made a quick find. TFTC.
out with agazo, we thought this would be a mission, someone was sitting exactly where we wanted, as i got there and sat down the person look offended and packed up and left, that let agazo in to sit next to the find, tftc
There sure are lots of muggles around here. We sat next to one at GZ who quickly left us so we could make the find. The lid is broken on the cache. TFTC.
After a trip to Kelly Tarlton's, I brought my girls here to check out the playground. We were sitting on the seawall eating afternoon tea when I realised this cache was right behind us. A quick change of seat, and the cache was in hand. Thanks!
I needed a Geocache today to help fill my calendar and this cache, and the still mostly warm weather, called me to Mission Bay for a post work dinner.
Upon arriving at GZ there were some Muggles right at GZ. I took a seat nearby and waited them out, watching the waves for a while. Once they left I headed to GZ and had the cache in hand very quickly. After that I decided to wait around and enjoy the sunset, whilst waiting for the Mexican place to open. Thanks for the cache and the excuse to go out for dinner. #966

Easy find and no-one around on a dismal evening whilst out walking after work yesterday. Tftc
Collecting done caches close to home that have popped up over time. It’s very busy today but everybody is keeping a distance. TFTC
We often visit misson bay its a place we both enjoy. We had known for a while this cache was here but every time we visited there were always people sat there.Last night as we walked past to go for some dinner we noticed that the bench was finally free so we headed over and made a quick find.Still plenty of people around but perhaps a bit quieter than usual.
Found cache after having an ice cream and taking in the sights. Had to wait for muggles to leave GL to make a quick grab.
Must say my muggle hubby was extremely patient while putting up with my impatience on waiting for muggles to leave GL
Tftc all ok here

Bruh one of my friends asked a man that was sitting there if we could take a look omg TFTC *inserts love hearts*
A quick find after a nice breakfast nearby.
Fortunately there were no muggles at GZ.
What a perfect spot for a cache, almost seems to have been made for this purpose.

Quick one with a very nice view. No problem even with a lot of muggles around. ??

Our last Auckland find after trying several times before we found GZ muggle-free. We have a little cluster of Mission Bay smilies. Well have to be back some day to increase the range! TFTC
Probably one of our hardest ever finds - simply because of the sheer volume of muggle traffic!
Out with Merlot58 we managed to get one of the last parking places in the carpark this morning, as the ACVC Summer Series - Beach Volleyball was taking place near gz. Fortunately the seat was vacant, and with our fingers doing the walking it wasn't long before we had the multi spotted monster in hand.
It was super busy here today as the volleyball champs were on and we were lucky to nab the last car park. Thankfully the cache was on the only seat vacant and Mrs Jag quickly found the cache.
This is my first visit to NZ and this is my first day caching. It’s a sunny, warm- if not hot- day (such a nice change from rainy, cool Seattle) Ha, ha! Loved the name after I saw the container. The benches here are different than US benches. Loved not having to bend and twist- way too many muggles today to go unnoticed doing that! TFTC
We had to sit and wait patiently for a couple of muggles to move on before we could make the find. Not enough time passed for us to contemplate buying an ice-cream, oh well better luck for us next time. TFTC
Took a drive down to Mission Bay way today. Not too many people about and although the couple of people who were around were sitting down it was nowhere near where I wanted to be. Cool placement and thanks for the cache
Great little cache. Sorry, no pen to sign the log. Just picked this up on our way home from a delicious 40th wedding anniversary dinner at Bodrum Kitchen across the road. Highly recommended. Anyway, TFTC
This was my third find of the day after originally meeting up with a group to explore "Fort Bastion". Took a bit of wandering to fill time as there were muggles right where I wanted to be! TFTC
After a mini group adventure to the local Fort Bastion, cragger, laval, draffin and I headed up this way for a few more caches and the obligatory ice cream.
Nice quick find in between the muggles.
Thanks for the cache.

Out for a spot of caching with mmchim and after getting the excellent Fort Bastion puzzle cache down the road we popped down here to get this one too. It was morning but it was already packed with muggles so we were a bit worried that the coast would not be clear.
Fortunately GZ was empty so we plonked down and put our hand right on the cache on the first place we looked thanks to the hint - definitely use this when muggles are about I'd say as this is a pretty daring placement!
All good here and thanks for the cache - nice decoration on the container.

Luckily GZ was empty which was a surprise as the area was packed with muggles, so it made for a nice quick find! TFTC!
Today, I rented a bike for a bike tour.
I also came across this Cache and afer a short search, the Cache was found
Thank you for showing me this place and for the Cache.

Cool find lucikly it was night time . This place is known for a lot of muggles !!
After a few failures to find our first geocache, this was our first success! We have hidden a treat for the next person to find it
Pretty cache. Nice way to kick off my summer break. Giving it a favourite point for its location and the secret squirrel fun to be had amongst the muggleness. Tftc
Was in area ..kind of....and saw this unfound cache...so popped here for quick find...
Really cute hiding place.
Haven't seen one exactly like it before.
Thanks TWS!

Published just as the kids had settled down to watch a Nightmare Before Christmas so was able to take the new EV for a caching trip, from Onehunga to Mission Bay. I found a park surprisingly quickly considering how busy the bay seemed and amazingly GZ was the only one unoccupied around the area! Good luck so far, but was the log blank? Bad luck, there was no log?!? I improvised with a fuel discount voucher (don’t need those anymore!). Space for others, but would be good to get a real log in there sometime soon. Forgot to hunt for free Ben & Jerry’s while I was there, too focused on the next FTF down south! Thanks for the Leaf’s first FTF!
