Just disabling all our caches, but noted this one still active so archiving, thanks all for attending

Catching up on some logging that I guess I probably should have done during lock down. Thankfully though continuing to work each day during isolation has kept both busy and sane.

This was our second event for the day, only four or five left to attend. Great to see so many here. Sorry we couldn't hand around too long but we have a lot of miles to cover today. Thanks for organising this event.

Find #10951

Today was a VERY big day [B)] , I have not found so many caches in a LONG time. Cool. So out and about with beckNmonts, buhfuhguh and sedgwickDave. I started today with a ParkRun in Dandenong, then spent the rest of the day caching with good company. The plan was to find as many different types of cache as we could for some leap day fun.

This was the first of 3 events, we spotted the likely bunch from the main road and stopped in for a chat

Many thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for the event.

Big things are continuing to happen! *Are you joining the fun again in 2020?*

Today was a Leap Day Event crawl with 5 events spread across Melbourne, with a couple of extra caches thrown in. After arriving late at my first event for the day, it meant that I was late for this event as well. Managed to stay a little longer than at the first, but still needed to leave early to head to the third event. I was able to catch up with a few more people before heading off.

Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for organising and running the event.

Happy Leap day Pinkpiggy7. Big turn out this morning with some now familiar faces in attendance, and a chance to meet a few new teams. Everyone had a big day planned and so did we, despite Steve having a late night. Thanks so much for organising this event Pinkpiggy7.

29-Feb-20
Catch an event in the big smoke before making the journey down to Sale for a birthday. Nice to see such a large turnout for a Saturday morning.

Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for organizing and hosting this Leap Day event.

You have to love an event when it is this close to home making it quite easy to be there on time. Parking was at a little bit of a premium this morning but once that was sorted we arrived.
As usual at these events we had a fantastic time catching up with old friends as well as saying hello to some new teams, even caught up with some teams from Queensland. Some teams only visited for a short while today, there were other events for them to get to but we stayed until the end as we weren't planning on breaking any records today.

Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for the event and the souvenir

29-Feb-20
Great to see them again
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for orgainse the Event.

29-Feb-20
With another leap day upon us we had done lots of different caches types and sizes last leap day so this year I decided to attend lots of events and to also help me build up my CITO count. A lot of driving today but the weather was great and managed to get to all 7 events in the day that I planned to.
Apologies for arriving late from the other side of the city and then leaving early to head back the opposite direction again but still had a few short chats.
Thanks PinkPiggy7 for the event.

Down from Queensland for a dedicated geo-weekend with Kestal and Scratches to tick off all kinds of boxes. This event fit in with direction we were travelling today so we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Met a couple of locals before continuing on our journey. Thanks for hosting, Pinkpiggy7.

Visiting from Queensland for the leap year weekend, Eskies5, Scratches and I decided to pick out an event to attend. This one was chosen as it fit in with plans that were made. Was great to meet a couple of new faces and get the heads up on caches that were next on the list. Thanks for putting this event on Pinkpiggy7

Ah yes, the elusive leap day... something that I sadly missed the last time it was around, and have been kicking myself over it for a long time now. nevertheless, today was the day to rectify this mistake and smash out some finds to try and prepare me for any of those pesky challenge caches.
Tagging along with BecknMontz, Ahomburg, and SedgwickDave, we had a successful day with many finds along the way. Thanks for the cache and for being part of a great day.

29-Feb-20
This was our second event, the first being in Altona Meadows. Apparently we are doing a lot of km's today but I will just sit back and admire the scenery. Great to see so many friends made it to this one. Not long enough to chat to many but glad we made it. Thanks for holding this event.

A cold and dreary morning for a meet, despite Google telling me that there would be no rain today! It's leap day, a once every four year opportunity for caching and souvenirs!

Why did the chicken cross the road?

It had to expand its Search Radius!

I had totally forgotten about this event. We do our usual house clean on a Saturday and grocery shopping on a Sunday but today l thought get the shopping done, frees up, Sunday as l came out of the butchers at 9.50, l thought ... oh l think there's an event on. Looked it up and thought how fantastic. Get to see some of my favourite people .... feel a little envious of the adventures they have and will be going on but it's always nice to check in and sight people l really enjoy being around ... even if it's for a short moment.

Event Find #89**

Leap Day 2020, a day for events and other caching related stuff. First event for the day and I was almost late. [:o)] A good turn out and as always, it was great to catch up with some people I hadn't seen for a while. The weather didn't look too promising but it turned out to be a very pleasant day.

**Thank-you to Pinkpiggy7 for hosting this event.**

29-Feb-20
We arrived at GZ a bit late this morning, but lots of familiar faces still there when I arrived. Nice to see so many cachers ready for a full day of events to celebrate this auspicious date on the calendar. As time is at a premium this morning we moved on pretty quickly to go to a CITO. Thanks for this timely event Pinkpiggy07.

A wonderful turnout this morning despite the overcast weather.
No gloomy cachers here though, plenty of smiles about, all engaging in conversations that share stories of adventures past and those to come.
Met some friendly faces that I was previously unfamiliar with and even some that I'd seen before!
Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for hosting this event and providing a brilliant start to Leap Day!
