Unfortunately all I could find of this one was the base and a pencil, for once I wasn't carrying any spares sorry
A day out caching with Goose today as Budgietas was just out of ISO and wanted to see the real world, so Goose and I grabbed a few I had missed and a few Goose had missed when I was out with Budgie.
Thanks for the cache.

QOTSA and I need to find 10 caches today to collect our next Aconcagua reach the peak souvenir. We have decided to head to the Northern Suburbs to pick off caches we haven't found. We are glad to say this is our first find for the day meaning we have 9 to go! Thank you. Log was waterlogged
Hi Diadem and TaurusSix, thanks for the cache and the series.
I've never been to WA, maybe this might be as close as I ever get.
Contents are wet, but log is only damp in its bag, managed to sign.
Thanks for the walk and the adventure.
Cheers, EPs.

Big weekend in Hobart with friends and my partner. Nice to getaway and don’t take it for granted given rest of country is in lockdown. Was in the mood for some much needed exploration time which took me around this abandoned train line. Idyllic. Thank you
Found it! A bit soggy tipped some water out. Always wanted to walk along this railway. TFTC
This former railway proves a clean [no mud] and dry way to walk to these caches all year round [^]
This one, the state of WA was found and it's dry log was signed at 11:22 on the Public Holiday, Monday 14 June 2021.
The weather today was most still and made for great bay photography with glassy water [^]

First walk for the new pup thought we would pick this up at the same time. Log it very wet. Tftgc
Today we decided to trek into Hobart and surrounds and find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A very cold, windy and a tad wet but braved the coooooooold weather and rugged up for the occacion.
A nice series and a different area that we have not been seen before following the train track near the shore. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks TaurusSix and Diadem for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

WA is somewhere I have yet to visit. Had to walk past after SA cache. I am visiting from SA so thanks
We did this series in 2 halves. We parked at the current end of Stony Point Drive (where the rail line has been temporarily removed) and walked south doing ACT, NSW and TAS. We backtracked and then did the northern half, SA, WA and VIC, having passed VIC on the way north without realizing so did it on he return, I was too interested in the rail siding that must have been for the old Risby timber mill.
The walk was enjoyable, the views were good, and the weather was superb.
It was good to see the area from 'the other side'

Out with the family exploring caches around Austin's Ferry and Claremont today. We decided to do this series but fell into the old habit of not reading the cache description properly so walked alongside the railway rather than on the railway. We soon realised our mistake and found our way to GZ. A quick find. TFTC
This was my last cache for the day, made my way along the tracks to this one, cache was easily found and is all good
Today I decided to head down to Hobart for the day and collect some targeted DT caches and some others in amongst them for the day, apart from the 30mins of rain the day was quite pleasant for caching.
All up 49 finds and 10 adventure finds.
Thanks for the cache

Decided that this trail would form part of the daily walk. Entered via the known tracks from St Virgils (an Orienteering map) and began the walk along the track. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk in pleasant weather.
Have not lived in WA but have had some amazing holidays there as we have explored the wonders of the state.
Last of the series, now for the walk back to the car.

WA. I have only visited Perth once, back in 2000 lots to see around Fremantle and the docks, very hot conditions, the 2000 bug was all the rage at the time, was not good if the computers stopped for a date change. the plane would fall out of the sky? a pleasant place to drive. Margret River was on the agenda with all the wineries. TFTC TNBPLN log dry.
Out for a walk on a lovely day. Mr W started from Wendourie St and Mrs W started this end. A quick find and a nice series. TFTC left tb

Hi Diadem
After my usual Sunday drop off at St Johns it was out to Austins Ferry to find your six caches
The walk was about 3.5 km in total, return
As I started near the boat ramp end, while doing the caches I sang Johnny Cash's song "I Walked the Line"
I've lived in SA, NSW and Vic - have only visited and holidayed in Qld and WA
(Also resided in the NT)
BEST OF ALL - BORN IN TAS
This cache was Sainted quickly at 1015 hours
There were great views along the way
TFTC and cheers

Our first task this morning was to look for the six caches in this new series. After a little reconnaissance, Mrs y'stassie started from the upriver end of the series whilst the other half of the team started at the opposite end. It was a very pleasant walk with swan lazily swimming on the very flat river, although the din from construction equipment in a new subdivision on the other side of the rail track detracted a little.
Accurate coordinates and a familiar style of hide led to a quick find. the cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks TaurusSix & Diadem for these caches highlighting the states and territories in which you have lived over the years.

I was at home teaching my cat how to play backgammon when these caches popped up. It was gettin' onto 9pm but hey, I hadn't anything else to do and they were minutes walk away from my house, so I got the shoes on and went out to find 'em.
The area's familiar to me - was walking the tracks back when freights still charged through on the daily, before they were abandoned some years ago.
