Nothing tacky about this little bridge. Nice easy find. TFTC.As per others, log needs replacing.
Big thanks to Porkchop6977 for placing this cache! Your effort brought an extra spark of excitement to our geocaching quest. This discovery was find number 1275 for us, marking another awesome moment in our adventures. Living and traveling full-time across Australia in our Toyota Coaster, we're always on the lookout for caches to uncover. Found with geomum Sqwash on our roadtrip to Hobart and back to Launceston this weekend. Was a quick find once we were on the correct side, and after I climbed up from falling down the hill. TFTC
Roadtripping to Hobart and back to Launceston this weekend, we selected a few key geocaches for the trip. We found this one on the way to Hobart.Almost had to rescue miniSqwash after he slid down the (wrong) side of bridge almost falling in the water. Cache was in good condition, Thankyou for placing and maintaining this cache for us to find.
Stopped here on the way out of Ross to make a nice quick find. Lovely town shame about the awful pies , TFTC
Tasmania Trip Day 11. My last big day in Tasmania was the journey from Hobart to Launceston. Most of the day was highway driving, but there were two counties to visit before arriving. Even then I still had two more counties to the north and east of Launceston, and that took another three hours, which brought me back to my accommodation juts in time for a fairly late dinner for me. I then had to rearrange my car so stuff was ready for tomorrows boat trip and then it was off to mixed nights sleep with lots of noise from revelers outside the hotel. There are quite a few great old bridges around in this part of the world. I was happy to stop and have a look here. The cover had fallen off, so it was not hard to find so I put the hint back over it.Thanks for the cache Porkchop697746067.4 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Astrolabe Silver A#52**Albida**
In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find.Out this way after staying for the night. Happy to explore this lovely old town and grab this find. An easy enough find at GZ.Thanks Porkchop6977 for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
Great to stop and see this little forgotten bridge. Easy to just zip over it and miss it. Very similar style to the one on the other side of town. Cache found no problems and all in good order.
We went into Campbell Town for some dinner and swung past this one as we turned off to Ross. A good job the bridge was NOT ticky tacky as we did the drunken bee dance while our pointing machines decided to settle on which direction we needed to go! SL at 7.26pm - an easy find in the end. #10,649 TFTC Porkchop6977
Tftc, super quick find. So windy atm couldnt almost blew everything away as we were writing

Doing the convict trail and this was on the way.
Really appreciate the bridge from under.
If it wasn’t for caching you wouldn’t see it.
Cache was found without problems, log signed and all back safe again.
Thankyou

Found with GeoMaggie2. Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome “Mylittlebus” looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook page. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.
Awesome, hardly notice this bridge when cruising through. Thanks for putting a cache here Porkchop6977
Easy found, interesting spot, all happening on this beautiful sunny day! Thanks
Gps lead us to the correct spot. Nice to see the old bridge. Thanks Porkchop6977 for the chance of another smile on our map.
Found cache ok...but log too wet to write on, so replaced with new log in a small bison tube, inside original container.
Many tftc Porkchop6977.....much appreciated...cheers ST.

That was found quicker than I expected. Great bridge.
I am touring Tasmania with a group of Kiwi cachers. I’m looking forward to seeing the countryside, the towns and cities, finding lots of caches.
Logs signed GNJ for GraciesGPSfun, NZB and Jude_E.

YAY - found Ticky Tacky Bridge today. Day 7 of Great Tassie 2023 Caching Adventure. So glad that this bridge is still in place to show some of the past. I hope that some group takes this bridge under their wing and maintains it for all to see. This was a quick stop in the end, legs were stretched, cache found, log was signed and we were off. TFTC

Driving from Launceston to Hobart. Quick one to break the drive. This bridge doesn't get the recognition it deserves! An easy find but log a bit wet. Thanks.
Feeling dangerously drowsy I pulled up for a break. After a 10 minute power nap I thought. I havnt done any geocaching for years. Needing to go for a walk before attempting the rest of my journey I grabbed this one.
Thanks I feel safer now!

Day 5 of our Tasmanian Odyssey and Blkthunder and I have headed south to investigate Campbell Town and Ross…
After deciding an hour and half trip east for a FTF was unrealistic we’ve made our way to Ross…
This was a nice quick park’n’grab thanks to very specific hint… it’s always a surprise to see you weren’t the first visitors to cache today…

Quick little find, right off the road. Thank you for the history of the bridge. How many times do people drive by it, not knowing the history. TFTC
I've been thinking for years while driving up and down the highway that this would be a good spot for a cache. My usual procrastination meant that I did nothing about that thought, so I'm pleased that you have acted. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Clearing out Ross for today. Tunes and good company with my muggle companion. Thanks
TFTC! Easy find.
Smelling minty fresh.
I'm going to voice a frustration I have. Paper has two sides, but people only seem to write on one.

We found the bitumen some feet away from gz & the logbook a few metres in the opposite direction. We put the logbook in a mint tin & rehid under the bitumen as per the hint. TFTC Porkchop6977
Down in Tassie for a break before Christmas and continuing our travels around the country, wow the countryside is absolutely glorious. Happy to say we came up trumps here and walked away with a smiley TFTC
On my way home from a trip to the north west, just thought I'd stop by and get this cache. What a lovely spot! Yet another example of places we don't really notice when we are racing up and down the highway and good ol' geocaching makes us stop and actually look. Thanks Porkchop6977.
