Here in Canberra for the Mega and we found your cache while exploring the area.We found a variety of hides with varying degrees of difficulty. What a fantastic place to visit while doing the LAB as well Love the containers, very waterproof!Enjoyed caching in this area, cache and contents were in good condition.Many thanks to all CO's for your cache placement.

#4504 With an afternoon trip out to Fyshwick to pick up some materials and some time to spare the wetlands seemed worthy of a visit.Once at GZ I checked out my initial thoughts before coming up with the find on option 3.TFTC Tankengine. Interesting walking amongst the reeds taller than me with the rustle of birds and at I think 2-3 variety of frog that I could distinguish.

Was with muggles after a trip to Capital Brewery so just found this cache. Super glad we stopped and waited for the adult family to look and walk on. One of them then fell in the water. Hilarious. We cant even see how she managed it. Also saw a kangaroo and an itty bitty baby snake necked turtle. So cute!

It started very chilly, but turned out a nice day for a ride.
Counted the stuff on the one board for the multi, then went to the next for this trad.

We were doing the Adventure Lab walk (which is great) with the family and decided to do a cache on the way. We forgot to bring a pen so we didn’t get to fill it out. But it is a good cache and reasonable to find.

I didn’t think to check if there were geocaches nearby before setting off for my walk, so didn’t have a pen on me! Wasn’t able to sign the log, but did find the cache.

A lovely walk along this Trail, where, despite being on the boardwalk, the grasses on either side are way taller than us.
Lots of bird activity around at the moment, it is great to see the wetlands looking so wet and healthy.

Quick easy for kids

Knowing that cycling on the boardwalk through the Jerrabomberra Wetlands is verboten, I walked my trusty steed through the area while doing the AL and trads, but this did not stop a chap chastising me for simply having a bicycle in my possession! I guess he takes the 'no bikes' sign to the extreme? No-one else had any issue and there were certainly lots of people out enjoying the area today.
This cache was quite quickly located - once the muggles had cleared out long enough for me to move in for the find!

Cache 8131 on 10 Oct 2021.

Bobl27 and I wanted to drive my new car around, so decided to head to these wetlands for a walk and to do maintenance on my nearby multi. I checked nearby caches and saw this cache close by - yay! Quick find at GZ luckily as there were quite a few people enjoying the wetlands this morning. Frogs were in full throat and lots of birds enjoying the mild weather and the water.
