I spent the day around the North Haven and Semaphore area grabbing some caches along the way. Perfect Spring sunny day to be out geocaching.I searched way too long at the wrong elevation. It eventually dawned on me there were other places to searchand the cache was found. All good here. Thank you OZGrumpy, for placing Game Set and Match #12 - Le Fevre for the geocaching community.# # #15294 # #
Found it nearby after searching a while and returned to where co-ordinates say it should be.There's plenty to do here at this location too. So many dogs on the day I visited!! TFTC

TFTC. Found in a nearby hiding spot but not where the gps was indicating.
Wasn't where the hint suggested, moved it closer to where the GPS suggests and hopefully in reach. Quick find with The Cult Figure!
Am quite the fan of this wee series, each area has it's own quirks and styles and some of the Adelaide ones are very good. There was a couple limbering up alongside on court as I counted down to GZ, he had earbuds in though! Go figure. Anyway I stepped up to the mark and the cache was found. Cheers OZGrumpy.Phew, what a scorcher as they say. The heat has been steadily building through the week and today was the first day that it hit 40 degrees for me whilst out caching, yay, another first. I had a late morning meeting I needed to be ready for but managed to find time for a quick 4A out to Semaphore area for a look-see before the catch-up. After that I headed into 'the city' for a few more, but the heat was too much so grand plans were amended downwards and modest finds ensued. Thanks to all COs for their hides etc, much appreciated.
It seemed like a good idea at the time... last year, when I attended the Mega Event in Rutherglen and talked to some people about the Great Leap event. I thought what a great way to spend the leap year. I immediately booked some accommodation and thought I'd figure out the rest closer to the event. During the Christmas break, I considered all the logistics involved and decided to go solo without the geokids. Flights were booked, childcare sorted, and now to find some caches. I flew in on the 29th and flew out on the 2nd... all in all, I only spent less than 48 hours in Adelaide but definitely plan to return. My first day was all about types of caches, and I managed to log 11 different caches, including an adventure lab. My second day, today, was about just hanging with other cachers. I met up with sharkiefan and FUF009, and together, we were FUSHS85. We set out on an adventure and collected a bunch of caches that required getting up high or down low. Lots of fun! This cache took a little moment or two to collect and required a bit of a stretch!TFTC and the adventure with new friends.
Found with FUF009 and Squeegee85.An afternoon trawling the upper suburbs for tree fishing and other interesting caches. Met up with other cachers throughout the afternoon, who were also of the same mentality. Tftc

Finding this cache took longer than it should have, maybe I was getting tired, but I got there in the end.
Thanks for the cache OZGrumpy.
Thanks for the cache OZGrumpy.
Quick find, nice park great facilities. My brother lives a short walk from here, don't know how we haven't done these. Thanks Ozgrumpy
The tennis courts were being used when I arrived. Fortunately there was only one place the cache could be so I grabbed the cache and departed to sign. Once the players had left I replaced the cache. Thanks OZGrumpy
Nifty hidey hole. Thanks for setting this up and persisting with muggles OzGrumpy.
Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure and another very chilly, wet day. Just perfect for geocaching.
We are enjoying our time travelling SA. Fantastic towns, ruins, beaches and cliffs. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on a geo-guided tour

Found with Olga at 5:01 pm. We were momentarily distracted by a decoy, but got there in the end, with a bit of a stretch.
Found with superman_22 and giselle_13. The log was wet but we did leave our mark.
Crap weather today to get out on the bike so out in the car collecting a few caches
This cache was laying on the ground at the base of the tree and was very visible from some distance away. Upon opening, it was full of water, unfortunately I haven’t got a spare log or paper with me to replace sodden log
I placed the cache back up where I think it has come from, so hopefully I have hit that right
