Damn. Was kinda hoping it would be there. Got some pretty odd looks. Worth it. Maybe give a refresh. Or someone can set up another one in the same location.
Wasn’t here looked everywhere and no sign maybe go have a check where u paced it and if it’s not there replace it.
Heading home after a long walk gathering Ad.Lab intel, and trying to get to the half marathon walking distance for the day, I stopped by this one noticing the odd DNF, but thought I'd give it a go.....spotted the likely place and thought there could be a few places that could be hiding the cache, but event with my arms fully engulfed in the bushes, the cache was not located.....might be gone....
Felt like a bit of a goober on my hands and knees on a main street hunting all around for what is supposed to be a relatively easy and decent-sized cache. No luck. Maybe I just missed it, maybe it's gone.
Team G0LD: Geocachers 0B80B8, Lis's crew and DaffyNZ are down from Whangarei for a few days. We've all solved the 4 big geoarts so they are the main target for the trip. Of course there were many other puzzles solved as well which filled in the 24th. The 25th was the Smurfs and Fresh Breath. 26th was Rattle and Horses. We certainly made a great dent in my solved puzzle list but I'll still have enough for another trip.
A travel bug hotel is definitely worth a stop. We quickly found it after a father and son cyclist crossed over and moved on. No TB's checked in today. Thanks for the cache

Team G0LD ( 0B80B8, Lis's crew & DaffyNZ ) on a caching mission to Christchurch. We had travelled down from Whangarei yesterday, so today was our first full day to get into it.
Solved puzzles were going to be the main focus of our trip. We had spent a lot of 2020 and 2021 solving over 400 puzzles, so we had a lot on our list. Thankfully the weather looked like it was going to play ball today, as caching in the rain is always just that bit harder.
A nice quick find by yours truly for the team. Unfortunately, no TB's in residence. TFTC

Our last of fourteen finds for the day on International Geocaching Day and we took part in the Guinness World Record for geocaching too. We also competed Signal's Labyrinth. Also, we were able to find special places that we would not have found if it was not for geocaching so we were able to complete the locationless cache GC9FAVE too.
August is always our most historically our most popular time to geocache as that is when we took time off work. It is not quite officially spring in New Zealand but the weather is often nice. Cool but fine and on the East coast of the south island at least, that is mostly true this year too.
A nice easy find but we had to wait for a muggle to go past first.

Looked at the wrong post for a while - Duh (always pays to actually use a gps device rather than just carting it round...)
Lovely to be out with 1066 on international geocaching day, doing our bit. Thirteenth for the day. Dropped tb.

Matariki Day & have just flown into Christchurch. Stopped, checked phone for caches & found this was on the way to my accommodation. TFTC
felt a bit exposed with traffic backed up on both streets but went for it anyway. Hotel was empty so popped in a few goodies, no TB unfortunately
Thx for the cache! Just out of chch MIQ this am!! . Freedom!!
No TB’s here today but will dip my USA ones in and out ️

Found on my way home. Surprised it has taken this long for me to start searching for it, but it was a quick find here. TFTC.
The first cache found on a bike ride around the area. Will keep this cache in mind when I have a TB. TFTC
We came out today to find some solved puzzle caches and others on our way. Thanks for this cache brodiewill.
Nice little motel, easy find by little cacher, not too much trafic today. The container and logbook were in good condition. Thanks for the hide.
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on a lunch time outing on a rather chilly Friday.
Well hidden but luckily SW knew exactly where to look as he had already scouted out the location a wee while ago. We wondered if we'd be able to get a nearby park, but were pleased to see that one side of the street was 30 min parking, so not used by the nearby school pupils. I did have some TBs on me, but took too long to track them down in my caching bag, and SW was keen to get back into the warmth of the car! TFTC.

#20155. Had to grope a bit for this one but got there in the end. Glad it was here, as we didn't have a lot of backup options for any DNFs. TFTC.
Called here on an early morning walk while staying in the area. A quick find in the first place checked. Signed log, TFTC!

Motel or not but I got it. Also found a munzee code accidentally on a nearby (not the cache-one) lamp-post.
I'm not sure I'd be keen to leave trackables in this motel though. The place is very public and prone to gardening.
May the fourth be with you!
Kia ora! Paldies!

Tregearp and I were visiting relatives nearby and swung past for a quick find, retrieve, log and replace. All in goo order. Took nothing, left nothing. Thanks bridiewill for the cache.
A quick find after visiting OldTom with SJT_NZ, OldTom is a little beyond caching now but we try to do one before or after we see him so we can keep him in the loop on activity. Thanks for the cache all in good order.
Taking the chance on another bewdy ChCh day to do some local caches. Cheers for the hide.
We tried our best to be Steathy as the Road was very busy and cars were banking up at the Corner..Once it was all clear we pounced and was quickly found..TFTC
Thanks for putting out this cache for woolwood9 and I to find!
SL **tm/ww NZ** (may just be a black smudge on the many wet or plastic logs)
*We soon had another good cache located!*

Bother bother i had this on my list to lopcate and then went right past it with out realising so this will need to be a nother visit on a another day
No one around on a Sunday afternoon and heaps of parking spots. Quick find, thanks.
I needed to find 4 caches today, in my personal challenge, to bring my finds total for the 15th August up to 26 and thus into a deeper shade of green on GC's Statistic Daily Finds Calendar.
Parked the cachemobile near the airport and commenced what I had hoped would be a short cyclocache ride - it didn't quite turn out that way in the end.
After DNFing at my 3rd stop I moved on to what I had hoped would be my last cache for the day. The only problem I had here was staying out of view of the nearby Dad teaching his son how to hand mow the family's lawn.
Thanks for the placement BW.

I came by here early last week - definitely not a cache to look for as school starts or ends !
Today (Sunday) all was quiet, quick find.
Thanks for this cache, brodiewill.

Great to have a bug hotel here. A neat spot for a cache. I dropped a bug across town at the Pages Rd Hotel yesterday so don't have one to leave here today. Thanks for the cache
I found it with my girlfriend during our walk down the road. We couldn't find the motel though :/ maybe we're just blind though haha.
Quick find. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. Team Broadbent (signed TB on micros). Find # 2354
I was already in town way too early for work, so I decided for a quick stop here. TFTC!!
Ehat a nice reasonable size cache to find. Almost a park and grab. A few things inside including a trackable.
Had to pick my timing so not muggled at all. Rehid where found as per the hint. GPS accuracy on the 66i was +/- 3m

I do have three trackables in my possession but unfortunately forgot to bring them with me. I'll make sure they visit though. TFTC .
Although we were here early all the TBs had checked out for the day. Happy to receive the smiley anyway. Thanks so much for the cache brodiewill
