Searched up and down however I couldnt find this cacheCouncil mostly threw it out not knowing what it is (
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. We have stayed 2 nights at the showgrounds and leaving today but had not tackled this cache. [B)] So this morning whilst Mr Felix was having a lazy start to the day, Mrs F wandered outside with a cup of coffee.Took longer than I would like to admit but my GPS was pointing 7mtrs away. All good.TFTC Colway1
Found with nissan65 on a day trip caching. Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching
Out caching with Wollaston and stopped for this cache and were rewarded with a find. Thanks
I headed out in the geo-car for a few caches today.Decided to hit a few around Kempsey.I found your cache, Welcome to Kempsey Showground today. Quick findColway1, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
We found this cache quite quickly together with ilook4geo and wrote our initials fairly small to allow others to sign as well. All was put back into place before we moved off. Thanks for this cache placement go to Colway1.
It is good to find a sneaky hide. Came along here with goingplaces2 and signed the mini log. TFTC.
This cache is now ready to go again.
The new cache is a slightly smaller version of the last which hopefully will survive for a considerable amount of time.
With the smaller cache, the log is smaller which means that I will change it as soon as it is getting to capacity.

Nice quick find while the geokid is warming up for his soccer game around the corner. TFTC!
First to find the new cache and new location, noice!
Of course, I had to come by at a time when there was an event on - an under 18s dance party maybe? There was a fairly steady stream of people leaving, two to four people at a time. Luckily most of them got on their way without much loitering, so I was able to approach ground zero after a few minutes.
I made the find pretty much instantly, having seen this type of hide before, and took it back to my car to sign without drawing attention. Another brief walk to return it, and the job is done!

I have had to come up with an alternative design for this cache because of it going missing so many times.
If all goes to plan, I will have the new cache installed by the weekend.

I will disable this cache until I can sort out a new location and container to replace the one that continues to go missing.
We couldn't find it, but we think we found the anchor point a little above average.
TFTC smile 15093 out and about with miss millie geo dog on a lovely day Signed and replaced, sign as GS1947 on small caches
Thank you, kingfisher_au, for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

A quick and easy cache as the container has become a permanent fixture and is very obvious where it is. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but the safety of the cache and the health of GZ would both benefit from the present hide being changed. TFTC kingfisher_au.
Heading north after a few days in Port Macquarie, stopped for the convenient facilities and found a cache, ‘knot’ too hard to find, just a couple of muggles minding their own business having a chin wag across the road.
Thanks to CO’s for taking time to set out and maintain hides and for showing us your very special part of the world

What a bonus, a cache right where we are staying. Wandered over after returning because of the rain. No one about, so a quick find.
After spending a day locked up in the caravan near Newcastle we made the break north to Kempsey in an attempt to get away from the weather. That worked for the day we spent traveling, and the rest of the day once we had arrived, but now the rain is steady and the ground very wet.
We managed to get out and do some caching yesterday with a bonus being catching up with our good friends Ozglory. When we went to one cache we just knew it had to be their place even though we thought they had moved elsewhere. Some more caching today before it just got too wet!
A good variety of caches including Adventure Labs, a Wherigo, Earthcache and numerous traditionals.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache kingfisher_au.

Spotted it as soon as we got out of the car.
Glad to see it was still there after the local show.

thanks to the Kindness of Ozglory and other half for keeping a watchful eye and replacing this cache
The Tree got a covid haircut and the cache went with it thanks to Ozglory who will replace soon
We’ve been camping in the Showgrounds here for 5 days. We were leaving this morning and realized we still hadn’t found this cache yet. Geohubby had the search while I readied to leave and after having his hair parted by various things at GZ he spotted it and very gladly signed the log.
Cheers and happy caching!

TFTC,
We have spent 3 nights here allowing us to complete 38 of the Slim Dusty Series which you told us about in January. They were not easy and yesterday some caches at South West Rocks which we combined lunching with some local cachers.
Looked for this one a couple of times and saw it this morning before leaving.

Staying at the show ground, this was a opportunistic cache find a short walk from campsite. Tftc
We had a delightful couple of days away staying at SWR. It was good to catch up with the local cachers in the area, something we haven't been able to do since Covid 19 started.
our 1st day was back to Kempsey to locate a few caches that had recently been replaced plus a couple of new hides.
We were surorised bu the large number of people camping here at the moment. We shall return next year forr the event that had to be postponed at this location.

Nice easy find while Highway patrol had someone pulled over and wondering what we were doing.TFTC
Found at 11:39 AM GAFF2.
We have never been to this area before! Didn't even know that there were Showgrounds in Kempsey! The grounds were very bright and green which we hope will remain like that for the mega event.
The cache took a lot longer to spot than we thought it would and then when we opened the container to get to the log sheet we noticed that the lid wasn't screwed on all the way - it was just hanging there as the log sheet wasn't inserted in the lid first. Consequently the log sheet was rather damp.
Thanks kingfisher_au.
