I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, team_lethlean, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by team_lethlean and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.

I obtained a strong clue and returned to the scene only to find myself unsuccessful once again.
Given that my search was an informed one, it may be worthwhile the CO checking on whether the cache is still in place.

Found It what a great sneaky find, never found the decoy but didn’t need it with Kazma61 & Ambyfergs
So if we can’t holiday in Bali we might as well Geocache ... out with the newly wed Graceling123 and her best girl Ambyfergs converting some greens to yellow . Weather cooler and dodging the muggles during the school holidays. Sneaky again and nearly DNF ... but newly wed saw it poking .... TFTC

Another Team_Lathlean cache found, some quick finds some took a little longer. TFTC.
With Acachea a quickish find very similar to a couple of my own. Log essentially full. TFTC.
Found the decoy cache... Very cheeky, once we found that the cache was soon in our hands. Tftc!
Another awesome find here!! Similar to the last cache we found today. Found a decoy which was funny and then we were soon on to the real cache!! Log signed, TFTC
At last I can turn this DNF into a smiley. I never have much luck with this type of cache and this took way longer than it should have done. TFTC and the challenge haha
Quick find while out with Camanda and a mate walking the dogs to finish off the lakes. Tftc
Thank you! Took dad for a stroll around the lakes. All caches looked for were found, with some much harder than others. Dad found a decoy, then almost immediately found the cache.
Found one of the decoys on the ground, which gave away the type of cache. Then an easy find. Tftc
Thursdays used to be Mr and Mrs O's cache by bike day but Mr O got a proper job 
I did enjoy caching this area by bike though. Very quiet and some good, away from the cars, paths.
This was find 4 of 12 finds with one DNF and a 10km bike ride.
Took a while. Made some bad assumptions before changing levels and spotting the two decoys first.

Came to GZ with EV, we only found a false one . Went to look further on both sides, EV assumed that it was muggled, last one found on 13.2, DNF on 21.2
Met up with Neva2old to grab all the team lethlean caches in Ballajura and enjoyed the variety of camouflage and containers. Managed to find the lot of them, some of which required a bit of help!

Meet up with Barnzy12 to grab a pile of smileys here. Cause he is such a gentleman he he all the climbing , jumping fences and fossicking in the scrub. Happy to say that we managed to find all the caches. I’m very impressed with all the inventiveness of the caches tftc

We needed to phone a friend for this one. Not at all what we were expecting. We fell for both decoys first TFTC team_lethlean, a real variety of cache types around these lakes
Took a few minutes and a quick message to a previous finder.

The CO very quickly and kindly responded to our dnfs with the offer of a nudge on each of them. We gratefully accepted and returned on our way home for another look.
Returned and after narrowing down the search area we got excited, had a laugh twice and eventually signed the log.

It took us way longer than it should have but we got there in the end.
