I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, ratdally1, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done, and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this, that is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by ratdally1 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is there, and in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Looked for a while in the hot sun u til we reluctantly gave up. High school muggles present.
No luck for me today spent quite a while on dusk, Was looking for it that long my children started to worry about me!
Up North for the weekend collecting caches along the way. A bit cooler and rainy compared to the glorious weather yesterday.
In the pouring rain we made our way to gz. It took a little bit of searching in the wrong bush at first, then we honed in on the correct bush and soon had cache in hand. Quickly signed and replaced and kept it dry which was a bonus. TFTC

One of the best caches we have found so far! Well done great job and great hiding place!! Thanks for a great find!
Spending some time in Launceston wi5 family and staying nearby, took a walk with the little kids and geopup. While they went and tested out the wet slide I searched and found the cache. All good here, tftc ratdally1
Even with accurate coords the cache still wasn't easy to find...nice cammo.
Nice little park...tftc...cheers ST.

Hello and thanks for the cache miss S; it's a beauty.
This is an area I know reasonably well, and this weekend I am visiting from Hobart.
Last night I noticed that this cache was only 116 metres away from where I was staying, so this morning I came for a walk to find it. I had to wait for some muggle dog walkers to pass by but then it was a fairly quick find with good coordinates (finally).
I've played a bit of cricket in the park, so thanks for hiding a cache here.
Thanks ratdally1 (and helpers) for the cache.
Cheers, EPs.

A trip to Launceston with Geo Kid O with two aims. One to get an Earthcache for the special souvenir and secondly to get Up Up for the D/T combo which I did not have.
A successful trip, meeting cachers Brodius and MrAshess at Adventure Lab Bonus Cache - Cataract Gorge an added bonus. Only a small day, with the aims plus another 13 caches and once complete adventure lab, plus 2 stages of another lab done
Thanks for the cache, it was an enjoyable part of the day

Arrived here last night just on dark and would have been quite happy searching with the torch but a muggle or two stopped that from happening.
So we returned this morning as we were leaving Launceston and a quick find was made.
Thanks.

I absolutely loved this for my first ever time trying, we found it within about 10 minutes. Thank you so much! Im already addicted!
16//26 for today. This one took a while as when I had pulled up to the park a grandmother and bunch of kids and a dog had just entered the park. I waited patiently for them to get further through the park before a quick find. Tftc.
Out and about with granddaughter HollyLeonard1 - Mrs G put in her thumb and pulled out a P... no a cache.
All in good nick - quick find, took the TB

Went out to get this one with my mate and drop off my dad's travel bug. Was poring with rain and we had to ride home.
So good to be able to get out and find the odd geocache with a bit of exercise these days, nice easy find with co-ordinates spot on, so I didn't have much searching to do! TFTC.
Excellent co-ords had me right on it once the GPSr settled and after I had searched what looked to be the obvious spot. Out on the geo-cycle for my exercise and caching to keep the interest up. I added two copies of my calling card in case the young CO takes a fancy to it and wants to keep one as a souvenir. Thank you for the good work here.
Some new vomit on the map, had to go out this way to drop some stuff off, made the short stop in here for a quick find.

Thanks for bringing us to a park we didn't know existed. Quick find with updated co ords. Tftc.
A quick find after a very busy day at work. Another area I did not know existed. Good container TFTC
An hour to kill about town after dropping Cat off at utas. This the second attempt to locate this cache, as first effort was thwarted by dodgy coordinates, so many places to hide and proximity to nosey neighbours. Following a little round and around and a bit of scratching, located a well camouflaged and hidden away box.. thanks..!!
My second attempt at this cache, more successful tonight, a bit easier when the ground is wet and not so crunchy and noisy, also the fixed coordinates were much more accurate making for a quick find.

Today we planned a circuitous route to look for some new caches and to complete some maintenance. Our route took us from home to Port Sorell, Beaconsfield, Exeter, Launceston, Westbury, Deloraine and Railton before finally getting home well after the sun had set. It was a long but very productive day.
This was the first of our cache hunts for the day in Launceston. It took us a while to locate the cache. The amended coordinates had us out in the open and there were two spots, in opposite directions, which could have fitted the hint. So while one member of the team went one way, the other went in the opposite direction. We gradually widened the search area until one of found the cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. After replacing the cache we noted that the hide was 7-8m from the updated coordinates. We took a number of readings and the average was S41 23.508 E147 07.131.
It was interesting that we were the third to log a find but the second to sign the logbook after Tassie Trekkers. Someone had logged a find but not signed the logbook.

Great spot! Was a bit tricky as there was a muggle in the Park! I had to be quick!
I did not feel comfortable stomping around outside the backyards bordering the park as it was just on dark.
Had a good look around for this cache, no luck today. Not a fan of sneaking around behind people’s back fences, feels so wrong. Will wait until someone else finds and I’ll take another look.
We had a really good hunt and visited the location twice in our travels. Still keen to revisit because we really wanted to find it!
Hi ratdally1 thank you for placing this cache for us to find. Had no idea this park was here. All quiet this morning as we began our search. Had to widen our search area to find the spot consistent with the hint but soon had cache in hand.
A nicely presented and well stocked cache. Finding a blank log book we will claim [*FTF*] @ 09.15hrs.
