Unfortunately couldn't find this one although I did find 7 spiders and some very odd fruit

Day 7 of a 3 week holiday driving from Canberra to Townsville and back to attend the Mega. This afternoon I started to do some reconnaissance by bike on the high D/T caches in this park and find some of the lower D/T caches. I bumped into 3 South Australian cachers nearby and we all converged on this cache to give it a go. Unfortunately we couldn't find the cache.

Had a thorough seach for this with hevwalker and TikiNZ. Also checked on the ground, but to no avail. Will watchlist
Couldn't see a tree with unusual fruit, looked all over the fig tree at GZ but due to lots of dogs barking decided to cut our search short. Coongoola & Geodog are on an adventure in Townsville Qld for the mega. We found your cache today, 11 April 2022 10:38 am , while enjoying another day out adding to our tally. TFTC BenM70
Not long before I am leaven Townsville... just wanted to try and grab few more. Got it! TFTC
Checked up and found the little black fruit on the ground. Replaced back where it was planted once more
My finding skills are lagging somewhat today. I hope the cut off branches were the reason I couldn’t find it ️ TFTC
Expected the treasure much higher and closer to the fruit, but turned out to be an easy one.
Definitely an interesting fruit Haven’t even starting looking before a kind bloke overlooking the co ords told us where to look. Don’t think he was a geocacher in particular but still a lad.
Very surprised to find it so easily, so many places it could be but coordinates were spot on . Tftc
This one took some looking for thanks for hiding BenM70 and giving us a reason to explore this area.
Final found it!
It only took us 2 times to come back and find it with Willow79829

Back in Townsville for half a day of caching.
Indeed a strange fruit but I quote the hitchikers guide to the galaxy: in an endless universe everything grows somewhere and nothing has to be manufactured.
Thank you for placing this geocache BenM70

Great find by the geo-daughter with her great climbing skills and her little tiny fingers
Felt like a fool looking for this once I found it. Expecting it to be hang/tied up like fruit. Sneaky sneaky. Thanks
Harder find for the height challenged such as my partner but still a nice easy find
Very small in a bunch trees lots of flying keys
Painted rock was found and will be rehidden at Anderson Garden

Found with orth71 on a morning hunt.
Tried the fruit but not quite ripe for picking

A quick lap of this wonder, I was able to come out with the prize. Nature is pretty cool. Hopefully future cachers don’t spoil this wonder with photos on logs ruining for potential finders. Cheers!
TFTC BenM70 ~ I was intrigued by this fruit & had to see it for myself. Found it after taking a couple photos of the fruit... a neighbour muggle was leaving in his car & I definitely looked like a uni student studying the interesting flora here. Dropped a painted rock at GZ. Signed log & RAF.

I’ve been in the US for the past 8 weeks and managed to score a FTF last month but hadn’t come across any in January. With only hours to spare to continue my monthly FTF streak I saw this pop up and immediately convinced my class to leave our excursion at the Strand early and race to GZ. After caching with them a few times last year they were almost as keen as me to be first.
At GZ it was a very quick find after admiring the unusual fruit. Interesting to look at but I wouldn’t like to taste them.
Happy to sign the fresh log in the top spot. Now onto the next.
Thanks BenM70. Love your work.
