Found it. All is well here. Log signed. Thanks from the states. Now off to our three week cruise.
TFTC,Quick find today, in the city to get a few caches and attend a CITO this afternoon.Visited trackables.
A quick find after coming into town to collect my new passport. Recent logs suggest there may be 2 caches here ... I found the bigger one in the first place I looked so didn't look further. All is good with this one. Thanks for placing a cache here at a park that I've not previously visited, Aussiebrian ... indeed, I did not even know it was here ...
Thanks for a quick find. Signal jumped around but settled on GZ. Found with Scavenging Scout
Found with Scouting4Gauls.Lovely little street with all the trees and planters
I didn't find.I was having difficulty locking down the gps coords. Spent a reasonable time looking but DNF.Now I have something to look forward to next time I am in Sydney.
Out for caching in Sydney. No problem to find and log it in this quiet street.TFTC
Could not find the cache that others have posted photos of, but did spot this other cache which has a full log.
TFTC! I actually found two caches here in the park but can only see one on the app. Signed both to be sure.
Reperio 15:21Day 4 of our 5 day visit to Sydney for a nursing conference, and my muggle friend and I took some time away from proceedings to explore the city and find some caches. As we made our way towards the SCG, we stopped by this one. We soon located where the cache was, but had to wait for a muggle waiting for his dog to take a dump. Once that was done, and made a quick retrieval and replace.Gratias AussiebrianAs a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV
We are headed Overseas today and took a walk to grab a couple of caches first.Quiet here this morning. A quick find was made.TFTC
Nice putting a signature on a cache in Sydney after an earth cache and a couple of ad labs. tftc
Greetings from WalesAfter visiting the Eye at the Sky Tower we had lunch and then whilst the Boss and rest of the tribe decided to go shopping I was allowed to go caching for the afternoon.Cacher's senses led me to this one after incorrectly trying another possibility. Grabbed, signed and replaced without the dog owner in the park realising what I was doing. Thanks for the cache on this pretty street.
Might have been my third visit. Finally found it. Thanx to the hint and the most recent photo.
Co-ordinates in my opinion need changing to better reflect the location. TFTC nonetheless
found reasonably quickly in the rain while in Sydney for the weekend from Tassie.
Second time lucky here. An evening walk and in the first place I looked. Hint better than the GPS in this case. Thanks.
Found whilst in Sydney for GWS v Bulldogs yesterday, a very successful weekend if I do say so myself! Using cacher instincts and the map, I had the cache in hand fairly quickly. TFTC!
Wandering back to work from lunch and this seemed like a great little detour. Hint was useful as the GPS was suggesting very definitely the other side of the road, but used my Geo senses and managed to put my hand on this one first try with some extra degree of luck. A really nice little park and history thank you.
Sydney trip for Egyptian Exhibition Day 3. Having visited the fantastic Egyptian exhibition yesterday, I was heading home today. I had most of the day to wander around town before heading off in the afternoon back to Canberra. My walk today took me over the bridge into Darling Harbour and up the hill beyond to Ultimo. There was a bit of a loop around the back end of Darling Harbor before finding lunch at a tiny cafe in a back street. I then headed to the east of the station for a few caches before finding a place to sit and rest my feet till it was time to get on the train. A long few days, but it has been fun. There are more hills around here than I expected, but that did not stop me getting around to the right edge of the park to see what I was looking for. Log signed and off for the next one. Thanks for the cache Aussiebrian46284.16 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2012 NZ MEGA A#240**Albida**
Arizona honeymooners we enjoyed every minute in Sydney and geocaching was a highlight. The park is pretty and hint that it is on park side is good as gps is jumpy.
Out and about again, headed over to Sydney early in the morning, grabbed a hire car and got some local hides before driving to Canberra for the MEGA. Super excited my first MEGA and heading over with 2 others from the Cockburn Crew - signed log as WAC to save time. This is 14215, hoping to clock over the 15,000 finds in the week in New South Wales and ACT.Thanks to Aussiebrian for the caches we found.********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024 OZMEGA2024********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********Head over to Australian Capital Territory for Capital GeoBash MEGA - Canberras first ever Mega Event. Cockburn Crew on tour to the Canberra Mega. Day 1 involved a bunch of caching around Sydney before making our way to Canberra for the Capital Geobash. We found a huge variety of caches, and its great to cache in new territory that we havent explored much in the past. Unlike our home state of Western Australia where we have found just about anything and everything.A beautiful day with great weather and even better company. Thank you to the local COs for a great day in and around this great country of ours.
Exciting times over the next couple of weeks as we takeoff for the Capital GeoBash in Canberra! Its going to be a flood of Sandgropers over east, with a host of West Aussies making the trek east for the event. Im travelling with fellow Cockburn Crew members Leg5 and Barnzy12, starting in Sydney and hitting the road to Canberra on Good Friday, before returning back to Sydney. Honourary mention to our fellow member, Cravo10, who couldnt make it after recently introducing a new geocacher to the world the week prior. Once in Canberra, the agenda is set, well team up with a host of Western Australians to conquer caches. Collectively, were hoping to make it the biggest ever weekend for cache finding. Following the event, the journey continues back to Sydney, with a mission to clean up caches and new Local Government Areas (LGAs), ensuring no cache is left unturned in this epic geocaching adventure. Something tells me that well need a holiday after this, well, holiday. Arrived in Sydney today after an overnight journey via Melbourne. Feeling pretty buggered, the time difference, short flights and transfer of aircraft in Melbourne didnt help. Despite a sleepless night, we had to push on, and the plan was to catch up with a friend in Coogee. I live near Coogee in Perth, but we pronounce it differently. I eyed off a few caches and LGAs to clean up in the process. If youre receiving this log, the chances are that todays mission was a success. All logs have been signed as WAC to save space, abbreviation for Western Australia Crew. Cheers Aussiebrian! Join us in Augusta, in Western Australias South West, for WA Goes Big 2024 (GCAGV8Y) on Friday 20 to Sunday 22 September. Log your will attend now!

Heute gehts los, 1. Tag in Sydney. Auf dem Plan sightseeing und caches. In den Logbcher haben wir uns platzsparend mit downunder2024 reingeschrieben. Vielen Dank fr das Warten und Pflegen der Dosen. Greetings from Germany.
Danke fr diesen Geocache. Danke fr die Ausarbeitung. Danke frs Zeigen.Lieber Gru aus Duisburg / DeutschlandAndyDieser Logeintrag wird mit Hilfe von Google bersetzt.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________We set off on a long journey with 37 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand, starting with a stopover in Doha, Qatar. I have never been so long and so far away from home. An exciting time. When geocaching, the focus was on many different cache types, but also special ratings, challenges and especially a few very old caches from the years 2000 and 2001. But also, of course, especially the geocaches that were easily accessible on foot from the hotel.Of course, the focus wasn't just on geocaching; the sights of the individual stations we visited also deserved attention. We entered our team name Downunder 2024 in the logbooks, saving logbook space and efficiently. It was a very special trip in a large team, which was also a lot of fun. After leaving Doha yesterday, we visited Sydney today.Due to the large number of caches, there is usually only one standard log, for which I would like to apologize to the different owners. Thanks for this geocache. Thanks for the elaboration. Thank you for showing me.Kind regards from Duisburg / GermanyAndyThis log entry is translated with the help of Google.

This has been a great trip with a multifold of new impressions and experiences.During our stay in Sydney we had also the opportunity to visit some caches. Just upon arrival this cache was among our finds today. Thanks for leading us here and showing and thanks for the cache.

Together with 36 other geocachers, the KiSt team undertook a very long trip to Australia ???? and New Zealand ???? for three weeks. On both the outward and return journeys, there was a stopover in Doha, the capital of Qatar ????.We experienced a great deal on this trip and gained many very different impressions of the two countries, their nature and their culture. Of course, the main focus was on visiting as many caches of as many different types as possible and also all accessible old cans. However, we also made sure to visit many special places of interest and to gain as comprehensive an impression as possible of nature and its flora and fauna. To save the logbooks, we usually signed in with our team name **Downunder24**. For "special" cans, however, we have not missed the opportunity to leave our nickname as well. This beautiful cache is now also one of our finds.Due to the large number of caches visited, it is unfortunately not possible for us to write an individual log for each can, which is why we would like to apologize to the owners for this collective log.We also met other cachers at some of the events and were able to share our experiences. Many thanks to the event owners!Of course we would like to thank all the owners for showing us the great locations, the sometimes tricky puzzles, exciting multis and wherigos, as well as the interesting virtuals and earth caches - TFTC!!!---In der Besetzung KiSt unternahmen wir zusammen mit 36 weiteren Geocachern fr drei Wochen eine sehr weite Reise nach Australien ???? und Neuseeland ????.
