Now Mr SKI knows what a chevron is after a trip to Ballarat earlier in the year this was easy.

After spending very enjoyable and relaxing week at Woodgate Beach with some of our family it was time to move on to Bundaberg today. We hung around for the park egg & bacon sandwich breakfast and then set out on the 50 odd km trip to get here. Picked up a couple of caches on the way.
We forgot to have lunch after setting up before heading into town to attempt a number of Adventure Labs and traditional caches we encountered on the way. This included a few puzzles we had solved in advance and a multi or two.

Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache youngoldfella.

Hi there youngoldfella.

We found your cache **"Chevron #2"** today.

Today we headed to Bundaberg Jayco to have some warranty issues looked at. We then found 3 random caches (and DNF'd 1) on our trip bck to Hervey Bay.

Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Nothing

Thank you youngoldfella for adding to our adventure.

Regards

Ian & Penny

18-Sep-20
Replaced.

17-Sep-20
Found the sign. As per previous person, new sign installed

17-Sep-20
I will try to get out there on Sunday to replace it. A new sign has been erected.

07-Sep-20
Another chevron was sighted as I headed in from the west Razz
These make easy targets !!
With the geomobile safely parked off to the side,
I poked the sign for any sign of a cache Smile

No cache found !! [:o]

Closer investigation of the site,
has me thinking that this might be a new chevron !!
The sign still has fresh metal shavings where holes were drilled,
and shiny bolts on it.

So it looks like some twit hit the sign and it's been replaced Sad

Nice easy drive by cache
All good at GZ

Day 2 in Bundy and out again with DiMorgasn but in our car. Bad choice today, plenty of soft muddy roads to traverse, but the Hilux managed with ease, not so sure the Pajero would of got through. note to self - don't wash the car before goecaching in bundy).

A few weeks back I was asked if I would like to go on a weekend caching trip chasing some target caches. With a leave passed granted, if I got all my work done at home, and seeing i would be on holidays anyways, a green light soon appeared.
Our first day of caching in a group and with target caches set, we were off. We had some multi’s, oldies, letterboxes, trads, puzzles and a lab series on the list to collect today, yes a busy day. The list did get added to as we passed a few others along the way.
With the list for today is now complete it was time to grab a few nearby and some fill in caches, so while in the area we grabbed this one. It’s on the way home, lol.
An easy quick find the name gives it away, all good with this cache.
With the log signed it was a matter of replacing as found and moving onto what is next in the area. Thank you for the puzzle and placing it here for us to enjoy.

Despite the poor weather forecast, Crookedpete, JezNDez and I set off on an impromptu road trip from Brisbane to Bundaberg chasing a large patch of potential FTFs which appeared to still be on offer. After encountering rain on the drive up, we lucked in with the rest of the day remaining precipitation free. In the end, a great day to be out caching.

Cache found safe and well in the logical spot, and another **FTF** to add to our collection. TFTC

{*FTF*} @ 10.05 with SeffnJarah and DeznJez.

Some heavy rain forecasts scuttled the planned Bromance camping weekend in North NSW. The forecast around Bundy looked reasonable, and there were 70 FTF's with some generous DT up for grabs. Swellerfungus opted to continue the repairs arising from his 10 cent bathroom washer replacement (current cost is into the $1,000's), leaving the Bromance Lite* heading north early this morning.

We have carefully planned the route to avoid backtracking as much as possible. Familiar with this style of hide now. Had to cross the major road to grab this one just as it started raining heavily. Returned to the car to grab a tool to assist in removing the log.

Logs were signed with the team's Bromance stamp. Many thanks youngoldfella
