Today I was in Port Sorrel for Parkrun. Once that was over for another week I went and found a few caches. I unfortunately had another 3 dnf and only found a few.But still I am sure the walk did me good. Such a lovely spot on the planet, summers must be lovely here. This one had me scratching my head for a while but eventually spotted a likely place and then had cache in hand. TFTC

24-Jul-24
Wow, this was my first and only took me 2 days to find it! I was also fighting against the tide! If you make it to Hawley you have gone to far!

16-Jul-24
Tftc. Sorry no pen.

30-Jun-24
It took us about seven minutes to find this -thanks

08-Jun-24
Found it! Tftc and the spoiler, even with it we took a while

26-May-24
Back in Devonport for a few weeks, looking after grandchildren. A great opportunity to go on adventure each day.Staying nearby for a few days and may have this harder than it could have been but we got there in the end. Thanks Spreyton22 for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.

27-Apr-24
Stefan again thanks anyway

22-Apr-24
Yay! Those 2 Darstedly / Evil DNF's back in the past are now both Yellow Smiley's SmileThis one still gave me grief even with the spoiler pic, but most of all it was found after about 10 minutes and the logbook was signed at 16:03 on 22/4/24.All is good and dry within the cache and it was re-hidden as found. TFTC Spreyton22 Smile

05-Mar-24
Cache was out of it's hidey hole, all fixed now.

05-Mar-24
All fixed. Check the Galley for a hint.

### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Spreyton22 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayangCommunity Reviewer -Australia

3rd DNF in a row for me to start my day lol Big Grin
Of all the one's i know i will never find this one is it.
The area is like the Amazon jungle with a GPS that bounces more than jelly on springs in an earthquake so i think i'll just let this one go.
..... maybe Wink

I will keep an eye on future logs.

TFT Challenge anyways, Spreyton22.
It is a ripper hide that's for sure Wink

Spending the day geocaching in the North and North West collecting as many yet to be found caches along the ways practical.

After our last few caches being dnf we were happy to get a yellow smiley again. We had to search and circle though it wasn’t obvious at first and then we spotted it and couldn’t believe we had not spotted it sooner. TFTC

Out and about caching with Tassie Trekkers around Port Sorell, Squeaking Point, Shearwater and Hawley area and this was one that was targetted. An absolutely glorious day to be out caching. A nice stop to have a morning tea break which we certainly needed after taking a long time to find the well hidden cache. TFTC

Hi Spreyton22....this hide had me going in circles. The gpsr was adamant about one area but couldn't locate the cache.
Went back to the car....about to dnf when...bugger it...its got to be there...so back down...eyes taking in a wider search where I'd been before when I almost burst out laughing....OMG...how did I NOT see this the first time.
Talk about hidden in plain sight.
This was definitely the hide of the day...many tftc...a fav...cheers ST.

Thanks for the cache. Apologies for the generic cache. Spent four days 'up north; with Lil Rafa and the GeoGSP. Today was day 3, another sunny day, a great day for caching. Today we backtracked a bit, went around in a bit of a circle, followed a few different tracks along rivers and beaches, and visited a nature reserve.
