I didn't yank hard enough.. (ew sorry that sounded lood) but then I found it! Might have gotten horribly lost and had to exit the golf course via a hopped fence.. Great cache.
Goddam this one was annoying, after having a nice lunch with some friends, I found myself on this little corner. With a general idea of what this might be my idea was quickly presented as wrong. With my thoughts and general area expanding I quickly came up empty. And with rain setting in I was becoming even more frustrated.... but for some silly reason I refused to give up on this silly cache. Reading through some logs in the car, I realised my first idea was correct and maybe a little more elbow grease was needed (A bit of an ask in the now rain). But heading over the hide revealed itself with no hassle..... what!!!! So all in all not that hard of a find, thanks for the cache and the little blind adventure from me.
I understood the assignment straight away however i did find myself doubting my Geo instincts...but l went back to the geocar for a tott and then l had to watch my timing with all the muggles, before testing my instincts thankfully they were spot on.
Glad to have a clue as it was somewhere we checked but didn't put in enough effort
Suscoe was in the area today heading homeward.A cool start to the day and a bit of moisture on the grass.A bit of sun shining through every now and again,We enjoyed exploring the suburbs as we wandered south and south west from Ferntree Gulley. Thanks to fisherfamfive for this hide.
It's the 26th so no extraordinary sleuthing needed to guess why I might be in marvellous Melbs today. Whilst everyone's out shopping I chose the saner option of locating a few caches and reducing the solved but to be found pile. Glad its picked up after heavy rains rains yesterday....cache located quickly enough. TFTC and the FUN
I had come over this way primarily to find the last cache I needed to qualify for the **Z-Z-Z - Challenge** cache... and while I was in the area, I went hunting out more caches so I could close in on the 100 Finds required for ** 100 Finds in the Knox LGA Challenge **. This cache should have been an easy find... and was when I went back to the place where I first looked and tugged a little harder! Thanks **fisherfamfive** for putting it here.
Was about to register a 'did not find' when I thought I should double check one location again. The GPS is very slightly off on this one which threw me.Great hide though!Lots of passers by in the area, so make your move swiftly
Unfortunately couldn't find it. Not sure if we were looking in the right place or if it is gone.
It's always good to discover new areas and with our neighbours dog along for the ride, this was an ideal location for her daily stroll. As an added bonus, we were able to find some caches along the way.
It could have been an quick find if I had checked out my initial idea a little more thoroughly, instead we circled around for awhile until Steve came back to the original spot and made it look easy.
Thanks fisherfamfive.

Made that much harder than it should have been!

A mad dash across town for a blank log sheet had me out this way.
But while I'm here, why not a bonus smiley or two?
I guessed where I needed to check, but finding a convenient tool to get the log in hand took a little while. That's what I get for not grabbing the bag of tools from the car.
Thanks, fisherfamfive. Well worth the walk.

had to wait for some muggles to walk past, but once they were gone, it was a relatively quick find. tftc!
The location of this cache was the first place I considered but did not manage to access first time. After a look all around came back to the spot and put in a bit more effort to succeed. A relative quick drive by. Not impressed with teenagers roaring down the track on electric bikes. Otherwise a nice trail. TFTC
In FTG to run a few errands. Thought I would brighten up my afternoon by finding a few caches in the area. A quick easy find . Thanks fisherfamfive
Found it! Needing an Out and About cache for today, Muggle Wen and I drove to this one and parked nearby. I braved the rain and ventured over to GZ. After a quick inspection of some likely hiding places, I picked up a useful tool and made my choice. A couple of taps for gentle persuasion and I found the cache. Experience helps with this one. TFTC SL
Went with the 2 year and looked around for a bit will return to find it another time
Had a quick look at this one on my way past today, still in good nick and still in its sneaky spot!
Searched all over the area but could not find it. We will be back soon to try again.
Another one out with KdosverH, he found it in the first place I looked, but obviously not well enough.
Should not have taken this long to locate.

I had to wait for a muggle dog walker to pass by before having a look. Not many places to hide at gz so found quickly. I like these.

Arrived in Melbourne to attend the MEGA Event at Whittlesea with woolwood9.
We came over a few days before to do some geocaching in the area first!
ww9 and I had a great time and this was a cache we located.
Very nice hide!

The name of the cache made sense once I arrived at GZ. I tried a couple of locations and a previous log implied I might need the help of The Walking Ladder, who brought a TOTT to help if needed. Fourth try lucky and the added strength of TWL was put to use to reveal the cache. I thought how unusual to place it there, but it must be fine, as it has last at least a couple of years so far. Hint was useful.
Don't come here after work, too many muggles around. Cache location is obvious with hint, don't second guess it, just needs a bit of a shimmy to get it off. Also log book needs replacing ASAP!!
Searched all the likely spots to no avail, after checking the clue I knew what I was looking for, tftc!
Just as we were about to walk off, we tried once more and soon had the cache in hand - TFTC
We were searching the area for a while before we realised it was right under out noses!! What a clever hiding spot, we loved it!! Thanks
This wasn’t in the first place I looked, but I should’ve looked at that place first.
I was spending the day caching with Echidna44.
She had already found this cache but we were passing it on the way to another and she kindly stopped to allow me to find it. Great spot for a cache.

*There is no rule that says you must read past logs, or even the hint.*
A good start is to simply tap on the cache and then navigate to the area.
Not knowing anything about the hide, the size, terrain or difficulty rating puts a whole new spin on the find.

Found this out with geohubby. Luckily no muggles around, we expected the area to be busy on a lovely warm evening. Had difficulty accessing the cache and sustained a boo boo in the process. Cheeky little hide we've walked past many times. Thanks!
Out early today so no one was around to watch the search. Too many clues already given for this one.
A stop on the way home on a lovely long bike ride. I spent a few minutes searching here. A quick look at past logs revealed a massive spoiler, which led me back to the first place I checked (but had obviously not checked carefully enough). Definitely don't start reading back in the logs unless you really want it made easy for you. TFTC
Out with the grandkids for our catchup and exercise. We have been here before and thought we knew where it was but could not retrieve it. I bought some additional help this time and it was no trouble. Love this park and do not mind coming back to it at all. Thanks for the cache fisherfamfive.
Found this one easily enough although made even easier after reading the blatantly specific previous logs. Still, I think we would have got there in the end. Nice hide.
This is a great park that I'd never been to before. I always love finding new places to walk the dogs! Thankfully we timed this right and managed a walk between the rain and hail.
We decided to go the long way to the cache rather than park close by and we'll be back to pick up more caches here now that it's in our radius.
At GZ, the hiding spot needed a bit of coaxing so I missed it the first time. But after looking at the hint it was soon in my hands.
Thanks for the cache!

Found it! Would never have found it without hints from others as it’s in a very tricky hiding spot. I was super excited when I found it! Went early on a Sunday morning when there was no one around. Signed the log and replaced exactly as found without being seen. Thanks for the cache!
It took a little bit to find it but the clue said 50 shades of grey and the walking track post was the only grey thing around and the cap on the top looked a little loose so we popped it off with a log and the it was
Out for our walk and to pick up the three caches in this area. This was the second. After a bit of around and around Mrs Pooky had a hunch and persistence paid off with the help of Mr Pooky. TFTC and bringing us to this area and the walking tracks.
Had some time in the area between jobs to find some caches.
The GPS insisted GZ was elsewhere, but after I worked out that the hint wasn't "Fifty Shades of Galvanised" , I soon had the cache in hand.
A clever hide.

As we approached GZ, our GPS was guiding us to a different structure, but we checked the hint, and went for the likely place a mint tin might hide. Not long, we had the log in hand, signed and returned to its hidey hole before any muggles were sighted. TFTC fisherfamfive.

A great day out with Omegaman1971, Our trip last weekend got canceled due to the five day lock down so we were glad we could get out again this weekend, we had a great day out exploring new areas.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.
Thanks fisherfamfive for the cache.

I took a bike ride out from home to find this cache this afternoon. A beautiful temperature for the ride. I was pointed a couple metres away but I came back to the spot. Thanks from D B-A.
It was almost time for lunch - so a final cache before heading home. Initially headed for where the phone indicated GZ to be - but the phone then indicated a spot a few minutes away. We searched for a few minutes without luck. I then rechecked the original location and success! I should have had a closer look! TFTC
Wooooohooooooo..... Well it has been 230 days since we have been able to write a “Found It” log!!!! This was next on our list but took a while as we had tried that spot to no avail. q1 tried again and he was successful

Well getting to this cache had GJMMelb and I heading different ways (their's the most direct I suspect, mine had to negotiate unplanned U-turn round-abouts and a GPS determined to take the long/"scenic" route instead of the straight road - I ignored it thankfully but went past and came around to join GJMMelb at a handy parking spot. Suddenly this back road seemed to be main street so a lot of muggles drove by before we managed to walk to GZ where we spent some time investigating various hides... G' was on the right track - although I wasn't sure when a tool was involved - but checking another spot again this time it wiggled and ah ha the sneaky hide was revealed. Glad we were able to be muggle-free during our searching!... TFTC
Some spare time so off I went for some caches to solve the wonders of the world souveniers.
Yay. A quick find for once.
Thanks to fisherfamfive for the placement and fun.

With a small window of opportunity and a small 5km radius to work with, I headed to the wetlands for a walk and made the detour up to this GZ for a look. My Geocaching senses are very rusty -I didn't trust my instinct and pursued every non-cache location before making the find in exactly the sneaky place I should have expected. Ah well. TFTC
Found today as the number of caches within our 5km zone is shrinking. Had us poking in the wrong place for a while but was pleased to make the discovery in the end.

Well, this is a muggle intense location.
Had a look around to decide where I thought it was and then I had to wait to make an attempt at the grab (success) and then had to wait again to get it back in place

Well, it had sure been raining recently! I was standing in water when I mde the find. Not too deep though.
Sneaky! Luckily you can do all kinds of obvious searching when you have kids on a bike ride
