Out for a drive showing the coast with a new visitor. Out with Luciferslanlord. Great cache. Grwat idea. Thanks for placing the cache.
Well yes I am very fond of sand dunes and salty air so definitely had to stop and get this cache. Really loved Potato Point, definitely worth the detour as we make our way south. Every spot we call into has been fabulous for whale watching and we spend about 2 hours on a headland here watching heaps of whales in the bay. Perfect! The cache was pretty perfect too so Ill be adding to the fav points. Took a TB and left a TB. Thanks pawsforeffort.
Very good spot! there were also some muggles, so we had to wait for the right moment. Fav point for me!TFTC
Nice quick easy find. Great hide. FFTC*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Dropped off a trackable and traded some SWAGz. Thanks for the smiley and the very cool creative cache.
Good to find a large cache, especially a well-designed one. Also had a nice chat with the friendly CO. Tftc!
A surprisingly quick find despite the lack of sun today. This cache dragged us from Durras to Potato Point for our first visit. TFTC. Took a trackable to travel further North and left a mini pack of cards.
What a cool cache.Heading to the coast for the 20th Anniversary event for the 1st Earthcache in the world at South Durras. Adventuring on the way. Thanks for getting me out and about pawsforeffect
A cache trip to the coast for the 20th anniversary of the worlds first Earthcache in South Durras and as part of an Canberran invasion with a number of CBR cachers staying Moruya till Sunday. Saturday was organized around the celebration event. But with ample of time we first headed a fair way south all the way to Narooma and slowly made our way back up north to the event in a large group of two full cars. Stopping at caches that at least some of us still needed. This cache: a very cool cache, well constructed or used as a cache hide. Works well on this end of the road spot too. Thank you pawsforeffect for putting the cache out and maintaining it.
First cache for 2024. And an easy but fun one to find with the family on our holiday. TFTC.
Find #: 3,402Companions: GeodaughterMuggles: NoneWeather: Pleasant summer morningCache condition: GoodMy daughter and I decided to drive up to Potato Point to explore and give her some Ls-time. We first visited the lookout (too many trees blocking the view!) before heading down to this cache. I quickly spotted the camo - nicely done! Dropped TB, took nothing, signed log, then headed to the main beach as the closest one was a bit too rough. TFTC

A few days behind schedule so it's only a few quick stops now and then cut across to the Hume highway.
Well that was a slow crawl to get here! Bad timing again.(Good Friday)
Worth the detour in, very clever hide, caches like this make the game fun.
Leaving it a favourite point.
Happy Easter

Thankyou so much guys. What a great cache for the kids as well. Beautiful spot.
Found nice and quick on our way out to the beach for a little camp and holiday. Awesome hide that really represents the sort of caches I feel proud and lucky to find. Beach is looking a little rough but lovely nonetheless. Our geopup appreciated the water bowl left out. TFTC
Found this cache on our East Coast Trip Day 6 in company of Bazzars. I got the Groove Armada reference from the name. Saw some seals frolicking from the lookout.. Thanks from D B-A
Great to see a large cache and what an impressive one at that. Been years since we have visited pot point, thanks for bringing us back here. Fav pt. And picked up TB. Tftc
What a fantastic cache, we passed by on our walk from Merimbula to Sydney. I dropped off a TB.
I brought from NZ. TFTC

Homebound after spending a week fishing Tangtangra for trout then Bermagui for flathead. Not a lot of fish caught on this trip due to bad weather, made a lot more time for caching. Heading home via Batemans bay then onto the Kings Hwy to end up on the Hume, hoping the flooding doesn't affect to much of my route. Lots of caches targeted along the way.
Detoured off the highway to collect this cache, first time visiting Potato Point, interesting name! Was a bit confused when approaching GZ as it was private property. Quick read of the cache page confirmed I was all good. A clever hide, picked up TB.

What an awesome cache. Great setup, amazing location near the beach. It has it all. TFTC
A bad day at the beach is better than a good day at home ... isn't that how it goes??? On a rainy, blustery day ... after a enjoying an ice cream at the Bodella Dairy Shed and finding a nearby cache ... I made my way in search of this one. I was a little self-concious of going onto private property ... but soon forgot about that once I was signing the logbook. No shadows were cast today. TFTC.
Such an awesome way to hid a cache! So excited to find it and then explore the beach. TFTC
With ACT residents no being able to travel to an area around the capital including the coast, it was time to plan a trip. There was a good sized group where we were going to base in Moruya for three days. I traveled with Sol de Lune and Smitten Granny. Others were Cosmonaut97, Kitty Katch, Joolay, Barb2e, fitzy_1965 & MinnieK. Most logs were signed Kapital Krunchers. We had a great weekend of lots of caching in fantastic weather. The Third day left me traveling only with Smitten Granny so no longer signing KK. We first went to Narooma, then North to Potato point and Tuross Heads then home late in the afternoon.
There was only one cache in Potato point, but the size large drew us in. A great way to use an item like this, but I was not sure which way to point it on return.
Thanks for the cache pawsforeffect

Day 3 of our trip down the coast with the Capital Crunchers but the group was splitting up to go their own ways today. Albida and I were the last to leave our incredible accommodation and after heading to Narooma we are finally going towards home. OK we were sidetracked for a while in towards this cache. What a great one. The log now carries my name. TFTC pawsforeffect (Love your name!)
Tankengine, Youban and I decided to pick up a few caches that we had outstanding before heading back to Canberra.
Such a nice day for driving around and picking up caches.
This cache: Well that was pretty awesome! Nice work and effort put into this one. Well quite a lot of effort really.
We waited for a group of guys to leave the carpark before wandering over and signing the log book and took a couple of photos before heading off again. Tftc pawsforeffect!!!

Chooo ooo [found] with dty73- what a cool hide! Favourite from me!, Thanks pawsforeffect!
Thanks to the geo cacher for this wonderful idea.. this was my first find today with my granddaughter who was teaching me.. what fun we had... my car will always have a little bag full of goodies to leave in the future..
This cache is GREAT!! You have really outdone yourself. Great to have a large in a obvious spot that isn't hidden under millions of sticks which takes you YEARS to replace. Great job and beautiful spot. The log is a wee bit damp but defs still writable. If you are local here there is a cool troll bridge near. Maybe do a hide on that one!
TFTC Pawsforeffect!! Fav for the great cache!!!

Leaving Potato Point today after five great days at Beachcombers - plenty of swimming and rock hopping, and reading. This was a great way to finish it off - a creative hide. Thanks pawsforeffect
We certainly love the salt and sand! Can't get enough of it in fact! So much fun we often end up kinda tired! Thanks for the holiday find! ️ TFTC!
Found on our way to Tuross Heads to visit family before heading home to Canberra. We had found the original cache years ago: good to be back! A lovely bush drive from the highway into Potato Point and at GZ, we had a very quick find. An incredible hide that was awesome to uncover. And the views from the beach path nearby were beautiful! Took PT. TFTC pawsforeffect!
Great little town. Awesome sized cache, and nice hide. Thanks for the adventure here. TFTC

Ocw LycieSki! Left a trackable all the way from Queensland, and a painted rock too! Took a trackable to come on our adventures. Amazing cache. Thanks so much!
