Quick find here. Thanks for the cache.Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Moon's day the fourteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit cooler today. It was so windy today. A few showers. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. On our first night in Warrnambool during the school holidays, we stopped in the street further up to get something to eat. While waiting for the order we came here to log this one off. It was all nice and quiet at 6:30 pm. Impressive for a building over 170 years old.
Found it , a nice quick find. Lucky there is not too many people about on a Saturday afternoon. Nice history. Tftc
Found safe and well. Lots of muggle action across the road. This muggle was staring straight at us after our replacement. I said Shhhhh dont tell anyone!

We were staying at Dad's place for a few days and decided to head out to Warnambool to grab a few things and also try our luck at a couple of caches. We always enjoy looking at the old buildings and wondering what history their walls could tell. We wouldn't have picked this as the oldest commercial premises if it was not for the cache here. We pulled up near gz and just sat looking at the building while a couple of muggles passed by and we then headed off to where we thought that the cache maybe and happily our hunch was right, the cache was located. our name was added to the log and everything was returned to where it should be.Thanks wollaston for the cache and for the history.
Spending a week in Warrnambool and managed to get out with TheGees for a short geocaching trip, This was one our first for the day and was a fairly quick find. TFTC

Something special or unusual goes here:We called into the Warrnambool IGA for some supplies and I noticed this cache was nearby! So whilst Sal got the supplies I got the cache. The Generic Bit:Both Bri and Sal are on the road for a holiday. [^] Holiday - Not a caching trip. This means if we are stopping for a rest, lunch, dinner or to see something whilst on holiday and there just happens to be a cache nearby then maybe Bri can go and try to find it. Maybe. Day 15 : Today was the penultimate day of our Holiday. Today we left Warrnambool and made our way back into S.A. Only as far as Robe though for our last overnight stop. After a day of little caching yesterday we managed to make a few stops for finds on the way today. We also managed a few Adventure Labs **SAs Leap Year Event GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. - BOING*****Thanks Wollaston for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Logs prepared and published through GSAK.
Today we make are way True the great ocean road. Pick up some geocaches thanks for placing the cache greetz from holland
Our first cache in Warrnambool. and I arrived last night, and the first thing we did was to indulge ourselves in the hot spring. We found Warrnambool quite an enjoyable city to live.
Reluctant to look for this cache last night because of muggles enjoying a drink outside. I returned this morning for a swift find.
On a trip from my weekend place in the Otways, taking advantage of the ultra cheap v-line ticket price, so a 2 hour each way train trip to get this LGA and a few things I needed in the area. I had a bad arvo, 4 that I just couldn't find and a long walk with no caches, so glad I found this. The GPS initially suggested a bit further north, but settled long enough for the hint to do its magic. Thanks
Sent Mr P for a quick grab, back to the car to sign the log and then he replaced the cache.
Some activity nearby, so we needed to be subtle in our search.
After that, there was really only one logical place for this one to be hiding, and we found it.
Log signed.
Thanks Wollaston

Stood back and observed the building and what struck me was the size of the windows. Surely they are not original - no one had windows that large in the 1850's! Maybe renovated in the 1932 sale?
However by standing back I was able to spot where the most likely area was for the cache hide and so in the very first spot that I looked I was able to grab the cache. I then took the advice given in the cache description and sat on the planter to perform the signing duties.
Thanks Wollaston.

We were busy doing washing a few doors down and I had plenty of time to grab this one.

In Warrnambool overnight, we had time for just a couple of caches this morning. Droplets of rain did not deter us….with good co-ords, we found this cache quickly. Enjoyed reading the history of this place.
Thanks for placing the cache Wollaston.

**Found whilst in Warrnambool for a couple of nights**
The thing I love about caching is the interesting stories, the extra interest and attention you take when traveling, the sight-seeing, the history, the interests of the individual CO’s, *the fantastic photo opportunities* and sometimes finding places that even some locals don’t know about. I, like most cachers, look for more that a mint tin or a container under a bush. I appreciate the time that most CO’s take to construct a cache and write up a comprehensive listing and to create an interesting cache. **I love traveling this big land of ours.** I love taking the roads less traveled. I love the diversity of the land, the different scenes in the different seasons, the fresh air, the open plains, the lofty vistas and the magnificent waters. I even enjoy the longer scenic walks although I'm not as young and as fit as I used to be. I love the different coffee shops I find. I enjoy the times I cache with others but I usually cache on my own.
Thank you Wollaston for highlighting this area and for adding this cache to my real-life treasure hunt. Appreciate your efforts.

Catching up on some very late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
Found this hide while out for an early morning walk while visiting family in the area.
I think I remember this shop being a paint shop, obviously in more recent times.
Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoyed finding it.

Staying just around the corner for a few days and was about to leave for home but remembered a cache that needed finding 70 metres away we made the short walk around the corner and quickly found this hide. Living just down the road many years ago l remember walking to work as a teenager at Swintons SSW and can still recall the electrical repairs shop in the premises but can't remember ever seeing it open bar a few old neglected and dusty electronic pieces of equipment sitting in the window. Maybe the shop back then worked olden time hours similar to the supermarket across the road, l can still recall our store manager locking the front doors at 12.00 and they wouldn't open again until Monday morning! WHAAAT! That's right millennial's, no chance of a loaf bread or some milk for the rest of the weekend! How did l ever survive to the ripe old age or 49? Thanks again Wollaston for the hide and for highlighting this still intact and well presented shop front and the hide.
Was much easier than expected… loved the information and will read about the shoemaker when able.

Visiting from the peninsula, took the opportunity to grab some caches whilst the wife op shops (had to go to the reject shop around the corner to buy a pen before logging this cache!)
