Found on an enjoyable afternoon caching with team KTD (KabbellaQld, ToucanKB and Danielle46). Tftc.
Out and about today exploring around Bargara with Grannan55 and Geodogs. Sitting here watching the world go by, and I thought, I wonder if there is a cache here. Sure enough, we were almost sitting on it. Thanks for placing this cache here for me to find. All good here. Now, onto the next one for the day. TNLN TFTC
Today started as a sunny winter's day with the occasional showers making for a cool and fun day out about finding a few geocaches. I had a few targeted geocaches today and then a few extras along the way as well. I spotted the cache after a short search and added my name to the log book. I returned the cache to where I found it and headed back to the car. Now onto the next cache. Thanks for placing and maintaining this geocache.
Hubby has a SUP race on this weekend at Elliot Head with a plan to stay in Bargara. Since Ive not been up here for a couple of years, I thought I would tag along and grab some caches all of the way and while hes racing.Since Hubby will need the car, I have bought my trusty e-bike along for the trip.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I found your cache, Surf Patrol today. In the company of chamed, hatzofff, Imbunda and GEM_54, we are targeting the caches in and around the Barolin Nature Reserve, signing all logs as BUGARAS (aka Bargaras). All caches were found, some after a second (or even a third) attempt, and the occasional log sheet replaced where necessary.Thank you, youngoldfella, for placing this cache and showing us the wonders of this reserve. It is truly well laid out, and the pathways well-maintained.
Today we spent caching along the Coral Coast from Burnett Heads to Innes Park and everywhere in between! Overcast conditions made for good conditions for searching and successfully found all that we looked for. Many thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment.
Out and about cachinng today and stopped by to do a number of caches and this was one of them. Cache spotted and log signed. TFTC younoldfella

I was actually in the area when the recent DNF arrived ion my email in box. Went and checked and the cache is where it is supposed to be. All good.

Out at the beach having some fun in the sun and decided to look up how close we were to a cache and BANG only 72metres away! So off we scrambled, the hard way (typical lol) we zoned in on GZ and found the cache nicely tucked away.
Thanks for the fun

Some one has removed the log sheets from the front and back covers and left the covers in the cache. New Log book in place. Please hide well, under the North edge of the rock rock with the stick covering.
Great find. Enjoyable walk all along the beach front of a late afternoon. Beautiful afternoon thankyou
Couldn't locate it and hired scooters so couldn't stick around for too long! Will definitely be back though
Hi there youngoldfella, we found your cache Surf Patrol
Day three of our Back to Bundy trip, and we’re continuing our northward sweep of caches up the coast.
We started off by back tracking to a cache we DNF’d yesterday and then took a route that was determined (mostly) by the next closest cache as determined by our GPS.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area and ended up finding a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Good.
Regards
Ian & Penny

A planned trip north with a mate to check out some of the countryside. We got in some camping in some not so usual spots. It has been fun and the best part is I get to cache in places I do not usually get to visit.
I started my trek around Coral Cove and Innes Park before working my way to Bargara, Elliot Heads and surrounds, this was my areas of attack today, before an evening event. There are some nice cache hides and some nice areas around here. It is a little hot but that onshore wind is right there as usual.
It ran into a few Brisbane caches who were up this way and who seemed to be doing the same thing.
Thanks for the caches and the hides, I signed the logs and returned the caches as found. The hints on the caches are very helpful.

Staying in Maryborough for a few day with GrannySmith1947 and Snickersallen so day we headed to Bargara to cache and attend an Event. Cache was quickly located, log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
In this beautiful coastal town for an Event and this cache wasn't too far away. Our little group found the container fairly quickly, then with logbook signed, we went off on our merry way again to another cache close by.
Thanks youngoldfella for placing this hide in such a beaut location.

Our final day at Bundaberg and the plan was to grab some caches and Adventure Labs on the Northside than make our way out towards Bargara to grab a few more caches and to do a bit of sight seeing before heading home.
We took the difficult route to get to this one I think, but typical, you always find the easiest way out and that certainly was the case here. You don’t need to go down towards the beach to get to this one.
Thanks for bringing us here.

It took a short while until some muggles had disappeared. Not long after that the cache was in hand, signed log and took a TB. Tftc
Found - my GPS was a bit out and it very exposed so covered it up a bit. Cache was big enough to drop a TB in. TFTC!
All good here and a brand new renovated car park to boot. I have removed the second container.
Found at 0805hrs
Staying in the area for a few days so took Black Betty for a bit of a spin to grab a few local caches.
Quick find at GZ, as there was 2 containers there!
Anyhow once the log was signed everything was replaced as found.

Came at this one along the thin path down from the lookout.
Looked amongst the rocks first before following the GPS closer to GZ to find the cache(s).

T4T$ found with family and friends, purple-papillion, hollylolamary and Atkinson-dale while out for a caching day at Bargara. Also completed one AL north from the Basin. With rain threatening, we decided that it was time to head back to Bundy for a BBQ dinner. An enjoyable day was had by all.
Few muggles about and a nice quick find.
Our first full day in Bundaberg. We decided to head out to Bargara and see how many caches we could find along the coast and surrounds. This included 2 Adventure Labs, puzzles and traditionals. These were mixed in with great scenery and some interesting nature reserves.
Combined with the lunch we had it was another great day.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache youngoldfella.

Beautiful cache in a beautiful location. Took the 2 geo dogs and 2 geo kids. Loved the rememberance cache for Bethden. Tftc ️
Great day for a ride and geocache find, and this time I had company. Thanks for the cache finds.
I was scratching around the Pandanus when hubby exclaims, snake coming your way, step away. About 1.2metres he said. Dark in colour. It appears that snakes up here don’t care for hibernation during winter, that’s the 3rd one in different places the past week or so.
I got brave again, sort of, checking under and around objects and found not one, but two geocaches. One smaller than the other sitting behind the bigger one.
I signed them both and put them back where I found them
The smaller one needs more paper. I really must make up a repair kit. Spare paper, pencils, small zip locks ets.

Easily found and only a couple muggles distracted nearby. The terrible weather lessened muggles appearance. Dropped a TB. TFTC
