Stopped in at Queen Elizabeth Park for lunch, then headed out to tackle the three caches in the park. Enjoyed the wander which covered a fair bit of ground. After picking up the answers to the multi-cache we made our way to this one. Didnt take long to locate the hide. Impressive tree! #7648. TFTC.
Quick search and had my hands on the cache. Well camoed though. TFTC. Lovely old cemetery.
I saw this place right away, but didn't see how it fit the hint, so I looked around some more. After a while, I came back and then found the cache. TFTC.
Had a pretty good look where hints were saying but could not find. Started getting chilly, so will be back again.
Found but didnt sign log as there was a massive cockroach fell on me as I was leaning in and I nearly pood myself. Pic of my dog in the general area and can provide specifics on container if CO wants to confirm. TFTC. Its a cool cemetary
Took us a while as missed it on first look, but when searching again found it. Well camouflaged. TFTC.
Lovely walk through a pretty little cemetery I've wandered through a few times. Quick find with the geo-kid Kea_wolf and her buddy
Tftc, what an amazing park, after locating the cache we walked over the swing bridge
Went for a day trip to grey town and had a stop at this park to eat our lunch and take a look around. We ended up going on the train as well. We introduced some muggle friends and family what geocaching was about and took them to this cache.I wrote in the log and placed the cache carefully back as found. TFTC. Took us a while. We were looking for an elephant until one of us got the meaning of the hint. What a great spot to hide, first cache in a grave yard for us! TFTC
I do enjoy visiting cemeteries and reading headstones wondering about the stories of the people they are commemorating. Until today I had never visited this cemetery. There are some lovely carved headstones further back near the gates. The cache was quickly found and is lovely and dry.Kia ora rawa atu for the cache KiwiDragonfly.
Passing through Masterton today and stopped off at the park. It's a great park and we had fun feeding the deer nearby. Spotted lots of eels in the lake, and even saw a big perch. Saw this cache was nearby so came to have a look, a peaceful wander. My grandfather used to live in Masterton, in Iorns Street, which I'm guessing may be named after the Iorns referred to in the cache description? A nice quick find at GZ. TFTC
TFTC. Good find between football games at the Douglas Villa tournament. Smells nice and minty but you will get sticky fingers.
I remember coming here a few years ago and DNFd this one but today I was a bit more successful.
Cheers for the cache, KiwiDragonfly.

I was trying to guess the hint as I found one with that hint in Hong Kong. But this was more straightforward! TFTC.
Arrived in Masterton a bit earlier than expected so a quick detour to this cache was in order. Found the cache fairly easily but also took some time to reflect on the surroundings. Thanks for bringing me here today.
Decent sized container. Didn't take anything but put in a well travelled seashell.
18 June 2023 14:41 Quick find by BFG after I went to the wrong one! TFTC KiwiDragonfly for placing this cache, number 12705 for me.
First cache ever found. Tried some other ones up near the walk down fourth street to no avail. This one is very easy and good to find. I would recommend to other beginners like myself.
Thank you
Thank you
Première fois que je rentre dans un cimetière à la recherche d’un geocach. Au début je n’osais pas. Tout est bien en place et sec.

Found after a quick search while finding some great great grandparents nearby, which took decidedly longer. TFTC
Was passing through after a caching adventure on the coast and a friend needed to stop at the supermarket on the way though. I could be in the supermarket or exploring he park and the cemetery, now we know which option I chose! TFTC!!
