Came on a run to grab this cache but couldn't see anything. Didn't dwell too long. Tftc
Came up short here this morning!! I felt like I had a good look around. I'll be back again in a few weeks
Spent the morning caching around Warnambool. Parked at the footy club and walked across the oval for a quick find. TFTC.
Weve treated ourselves to 2 nights in a caravan park with a Black Friday deal. Today is day 2 we had a nice little tour around town and collected 19 caches, tried to get to 20 but ended the day with 2 x dnf .We had a super day and managed to get all our city chores done between caches.Last one for us today TFTC
Found with hevwalker after a walk through the area, Quick find and cache in good condition.
scramping & I were visiting Warrnambool for a 4-day long weekend. We walked up the hill from where we had the car parked as it had recently been mowed so an easy walk on this lovely afternoon. The cache was quickly located.TFTC Wollaston
16:10I caught the first coach here to find a particular grave in the cemetery and reach a milestone... every other cache I find before the last coach back is a bonus. So after exploring both sides of the river mouth, I headed back through the cemetery and beyond to continue caching. Not much time left, so I don't know how many caches north of the highway I'll get to today, but we'll see.Only a couple, it turns out... but I'll be back when I can catch a train all the way.On arrival, I thought the cache was gone, but then stumbled upon it in the grass nearby. Thanks, Wollaston.#8010
Hello Wollaston thank you for the cache
A nice easy find.
This was one of many caches found on our way back home from Newcastle seeing our grand children.

Day 4 and it was the last day of my road trip through the south west of Victoria... time to head home to Melbourne... but not without finding lots of caches along the way. Having spent the morning traveling around Moyne Shire, while *geocaching.com* was off line, I headed back into Warrnambool for more caches when the site was back.
Skirting around the northern edge of Warrnambool, I was grabbing caches to reach a total of twenty 's here for this road trip. A visit Albert Park would be, I decided, good value as it offered 3 caches in the one stop. I parked next to the oval and set out on foot for a triangular walk between the caches. This, my first stop, was a straight forward find.
Thanks **Wollaston** for placing this cache.

Found while caching around Warrnambool this evening. Another found on a walk through this parklands area. A quick find which is all in good condition for its age. Cheers.

25 December 2022 9:48 am, wide open views.. I remember having to run around this park while attending High school near by.

This cache was also found totally exposed!
Interesting information about the development of safe potable water in the district, but we still were not told where the current source of the water comes from?
Thanks Wollaston.

In Warrnambool and out caching with Pprass. Thanks for hiding and adding to our pleasure in exploring the area.
Nice easy find on a wet and windy weekend exploring the Warnambool area on Melbourne Cup weekend 22 while most of the state was Flooding. Tftc
Popped into town with Trailstevo to do Port Fairy Parkrun in the morning. Stayed at our usual, The Cally, and went for a wander to develop a walk and encourage an appetite ready for the evening Pizzas. 13km walked in all, got a bit wet, was a bit windy but we did It. Thanks to all the CO,s for the hides. Looking forward to coming back to do another sweep!
Find #5159. Found @ 16:59 with The Good Lady Wife.
With both The Good Lady Wife and I taking some vacation days, a short trip to Warrnambool was scheduled in. With a bit of caching and a few attempts at whale watching on the agenda, one of these activities was a more successful pursuit that the other.
After going back for an afternoon viewing of water at the Logan Beach Whale Viewing Platform, we came back to the accommodation via a few more caches. The collection of 3 in a park seemed like a good idea, so we came here and parked just inside the gate of the equestrian area - not sure if we were supposed to, but it was almost equidistant to where we wanted to be.
The second of the area, and TGLW was just in the process of telling me the size from the cache page when I held up the container. Another that helps if your cache-sense tells you to check something out,
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Wollaston

Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.
Found this hide while out for a walk while visiting family in the area. It is a lovely view from up this way. A nice quick find at GZ.
Thanks for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoyed finding it.

I decided to do a road trip along the Great Ocean Road this week. It’s been a long time since I travelled along this area and it was certainly before I was into caching! Leaving the glow worms of Melba Gully behind, today I’m heading further west towards Warrnambool and beyond.
A quick find here looking out at the sea of cars no doubt for the racing this week!
Thanks Wollaston for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

A busy day's caching around Warrnambool with The Morris.
Not sure how we ended up with so many to do, but we got most that we didn't need special equipment, or weren't locked out of.
I think we have had a good tour of the local water supply's history today!
A final piece in the puzzle.
Thanks, Robmc.

Robmc ventured to the SouthWest and we spent a couple of days collecting a few of the caches in Warrnambool.
We did manage to drive right up to the cache - nice to see a large container here.
Thanks for contributing to the fun Wollaston

I found this cache on a caching adventure out west by myself. Testing out the new van to see how it goes as a camper.
Today I would start at Sawpit Free campground, where I camped last night and drive home via Warrnambool.
This was a very quick stop to park, nab 3 caches and then move on.
Lost in my own world and focussed on the job at hand, I didn’t notice the muggle dog walker approach me to see what I was doing.
“Looks like your following a map”, he said.
“I am”, I explained, “I’m geocaching”.
“Oh, like on Robson Green?” He asked.
“Exactly”, I replied.
Dealing with muggles has certainly got easier over the years.

Out geocaching to get our Deuces Wild - 2's Day souvenir. Fortunately I still have a couple of local caches left for just such occasions

Surprisingly cricket was on nearby, while I had a nice stroll through the park waiting for a hire car to become available. Tftc tnln stood out from a fair way away.
We enjoyed the walk to this cache, and in fact needed it rather badly after all the xmas goodies consumed. Thanks for the hide.
One of 3 caches completed on foot in a loop.
Probably the easiest to find.
Not a soul about.
Thanks wollaston

And that is the end of our caching for today. Time to return to our accomodation for some well-earned sustenance and a rest from all that walking. Feeling pleased with ourselves for getting plenty of exercise today and grateful that the rain stayed away. SL at 5.32pm A bit of maintenance needed here to replace the saturated log sheet. #8102 TFTC Wollaston
So many dog around and footy trading nearby. Log needs a change as it was saturated. Maintenance required. Is that the reason “water” was in the cache title.
TFTC.

It was nice 'chatting' to some of the local dog population, many of whom were having their afternoon exercise sessions.
We were also thoroughly muggled by half of the Slater population of Warrnambool and a horse. It was all happening !

After attending the "Let's Strain The Drain - Warrnambool CITO" this morning, we plotted a course around town in an effort to convert the green tear drops on our Cachly map to smiley faces. We had a feeling of deja vu here today. Oh yes - The Roos #6 W.D.F.N.L. series.
Our thanks to Wollaston for placing interesting caches on the gameboard.

In Warrnambool to visit family and took the opportunity to find a cache between rain showers. Found quickly. TFTC.
Nice stroll to find these 3. Had to wait for a few muggles to pass before grabbing this one! TFTC
Battled a ferocious wins at the crest of the hill, do you find the cash very easily.
Walking our dog this morning I decided to look for a cache. Found this one but had no pen, so I went back with my grand daughter to record it

Out grabbing some gear for the kitchen reno and being Geocaching's 20th birthday decided I needed to grab a cache and ended up grabbing 3 all with a sense of deja vu.
Spotted the hide and the cache well before I got to GZ, rehid a little better to stop it being muggled.
Thanks Wollaston
