The view might be nice, but the cache needs TLC. Full of ants and rust, so we left slightly better replacement. CO needs to cirvk when possible. TFTC

08-Oct-23
Found on a daytrip from Canberra to Robertson with sebass19. Attention to all future visitors to the Southern Highlands: bring Aerogard or Deet to avoid ticks! I had 2 latch onto me today, thankfully I had special tick tweezers. I was surprised to find them in this part of the world!.What an incredible view! Funny how this cache is across the road from Kia Ora Road which is a New Zealand greeting and funny that the view here looks very New Zealand-esque! Took longer than it shoud've. Cache is a bit rusted but all good, I liked the cute 'Serenity' theme, no giant powerlines and bug-zappers! TFTC Jet@GZ!

#7761 (9 of 24 today - including 10 Adventure Labs)

Third of four consecutive days where I have been severely lacking in cache numbers. I've remedied that somewhat so far with 10 and five finds, but why get by when you can spectacularly overdo it?

So overdo it I did!
Started with four WhereIGos, then some traditionals (DNFed one of them and a multi soon after), then 10 ALs and finished with a puzzle and a multi I did find!
Probably could have fitted in more finds if I'd hit the odd powertrail, but a few of them are still there for the taking in the future.

Good productive day out - and not too many muggle issues either.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###

Try as I might, I couldn’t open the log holder, so I signed a piece of paper and left it in the container, great view thanks

A quick park and grab with an excellent view. TFTC

22-Oct-20
Our etrex initially took us down to the fenceline, through some long grass, before settling to the correct location. Whilst Sue SL, Dan noticed a snake curled up less than 1.5m from us. It moved off before we could get a photo.
I'm sure Jet@GZ won't mind if we point out, for safety reasons, that there is no need to walk through the grass to get to GZ. TFTC Jet@GZ

Out and about with Happy Uke again today.

Sorry about the brevity but I am trying to catch up wit a whole lot of logging.

Cheers.

11-Oct-20
It was such a nice afternoon, Finalf29 and I decided on a little caching raid to clean up some caches in the area.

Wonderful view... oh the serenity! Thanks

10-Oct-20
Quick run up the highlands for an EC Day souvenir, took the opportunity to tick a few traditionals off the map as well. Clue and arrow narrowed down the quick PnG for a smaller than listed cache. Interesting use of “log protection” inside a standard micro container. Did make removing paper a lot easier than some hides.

04-Oct-20
Beautiful spot! Car came past as I was about to return log so I whipped out the camera phone to take a pic TFTC

25-Sep-20
Arrived here just as the front was coming through. Went from 18 degrees to 8 in a few minutes. Cache found quickly and all OK. Interesting holder for the logbook, but works OK.

Thanks,

Found while out on a cool sunny windy winters day. With the Reservoir at 100% full the view was amazing.
Easy find.
Thanks Jet@GZ for the hide.

Cool view of the water. Nice hide.

08-Aug-20
Tftc. Quick park and grab. Rain makes it interesting but the view is worth it.

Don't think I've ever seen so much work go into this type of container! Normally my nemesis, you can't be unhappy when the effort goes into something like this! TFTC!

Found Smile -- Thanks for bringing us to this location and Thanks for the hunt *Jet@GZ*.

**Cache Condition:** Good.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
**Trackables:** None seen in this cache today.

**The Cache**
I just had to make like the wildlife and follow the leader, and of course *DustyJasperJet* and *Little Panther* followed suit and then I heard the usual catch cry after *Little Panther* had wandered off. We signed the log in either our names or our initials in some switcheroo form of LP, DJJ, ToC and then returned cache to its hide'y hole exactly as found.

**The Day**
OCW *Little Panther* and *DustyJapserJet* finding a couple of caches. Nothing too exciting.

6 = 4 Smile 2 Sad 0 [8)] not attempted.

***Please respect peoples caches - money, time and effort that has gone into them.***

*Kia Ora Lane* opposite was originally called *Ford Lane*. Yep, ToC had to follow the wildlife. Meanwhile LP found this interesting cache. OCW *Throsbyonchurch* and *Little Panther*. Running around finding caches. Thanks for the cache placement, *Jet@GZ*

First find in a couple of months due to COVID shutdown. Great views from here, easy find and interesting logbook idea. TFTC!

05-Jun-20
As the COVID-19 restrictions started to ease I decided to get out and find a somes in the Highlands. With ISO restricting my movements I had plenty of time to solve a plethera puzzles which collectively added to a great days caching.

Nice views over the catchment from here.

Thanks to all the CO's for placing the caches I found today. Big Grin

05-Jun-20
And so why did I not make note of the T1.5 rating, and decide to descend down the grassy embankment, hidden in the long grass was a nasty little hole, that my left foot stepped into, badly twisting my ankle... can't bear weight on it... so the journey back home is now restricted to park and grabs... sending in the muggle hubby for the retrieving. I was in too much pain to continue the search for this one... another time perhaps

02-Jun-20
Nice views from GZ. TFTV
