Found this one!!! I've never seen sooooo many bin chickens

I dont know why but I absolutely love single offset multis, easily my favourite! This one was no exception! A great little spot for WP1. I got to see a cool sculpture, and read a plaque about it. Thats what geocaching is all about! Then I got to go for a walk and find a regular sized container to sign my name into, perfect! Well done & thanks for the nice quick, but enjoyable multi! Appreciate it!

A nice find today while doing a nearby AL. TFTC.

04-Sep-22
In the area today to run the Festival of the Feet and given how close this was I could not let the opportunity pass to hunt it down. After gathering the required info and crunching the numbers, I had a good set of coordinates. We'd actually run quite close to GZ during the event. With aching legs and feet, I made my way up and soon had cache in hand. This is find #1500 for Smile many thanks for bringing me here!

Find #: 2,870
Companions: None
Muggles: None
Weather: Cool winter morning
Cache condition: Good

After running the nearby parkrun I headed home via Henry Lawson Drive, visiting the local AL's waypoints. The last one was quite close to the start of this multi, so I took the time to retrieve the necessary details, after admiring the sphere. The co-ords seemed plausible, so I headed off. Once near GZ I saw 3 potential objects matching the hint, and (of course) it was the third one that hosted the container - TNLNSL TFTC

After completing the AL 'CrossCurrents Georges River Artwalk' and driving out of the area, I noticed a multi-cache right at the last point I visited. So I put the car in reverse, got out and collected the answers to the questions.
Then it was an easy walk to the cache which was found in good condition.

It was an overcast and pleasantly cool morning so caching was on the program for the day with ilook4geo. We selected just a few caches to find that were in some of the sectors that need a boost in our circle.
Found this cache while doing some others along the Georges River. Condition was good with plenty of log space left. Thanks to jessbarnard for this cache placement.

I had enough light left after finishing up work today to go out and enjoy the warm afternoon while grabbing this cache.
After gathering the info at WP1 i headed out to the GZ and made a quick find thanks to the clue.
After performing signing duties and discovering the TB in the cache i went and found a nice sunny spot to read in for a while.
Thanks.

On a cache run with phlphotos today and decided to collect some more multi-caches that we need for a challenge cache. After collecting the needed information we made our way to GZ were a quick find was made. With the cache in hand, we signed the log before replacing it as found. Both the log and cache container are in good condition. Thanks for multi jessbarnard.

The following TBs came through for the mileage : Bob geoMinion, Dave geoMinion, Evil geoMinion, Jerry geoMinion, Larry geoMinion, Mary Hyde's Treasure, Stuart geoMinion, teamMerlin's 7 Deadly Ducks Tag (Lust), Vanlith The Youngling, Hidden Creatures Geocoin TB, teamMerlin's Football, Daltus-Dachzeltbus39

Never made here for the first version if this cache but been here a few times before. With teamMerlin we are trying to get more multis while I have some holidays and not being able to go anywhere. So we parked nearby and walked to gather the info required for the final. The fun part at the noticeboard watched two girls walking to the landing but as we were gathering the info heard screaming and one of them was running away screaming while the other was walking normally with 2 big ducks following the first girl, must have gone for her but not the other.

Any way headed to GZ and a nice easy find as we were walking towards it saw it from the track

With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache jessbarnard

When we left we covered it with some more bark so a bit harder to see

The following TBs visited for the distance - Hawkesbury Tiger, 2011- 2019 NSW geocoins, Area 51 Tag, Cache In Trash Out Geocoin, Cache In Trash Out Tag, CITO Micro Geocoin, dirty Black Juke, Four Elements Geocoin, Mary Hyde's compass, Optical Illusion Geocoin, Spindoc Bob Memorial Geocoin, Trackable Building Brick, Wales Flag, Wheel of Caching Geocoin

After finishing the nearby Adventure Lab we guessed the multi took the place of a Bonus cache. We grabbed the info but weren't sure about one particular answer. However we threw caution to the wind and blindly followed the GPSr arrow. Searched one area with no rusult, sat down and rested our legs then had a another look with success. TFTC jessbanard.

TFTC,
We came out here with muggle friends to show them what an Adventure lab is all about.
This is probably one of the easier that we have done so far and we drove between locations with a coffee break along the way.
They enjoyed the locations and the information provided. Upon completing that, this Multi popped up and Mr Muggle, always keen to find a container worked out a solution quickly while we were writing our logs for the AL.
Quick find by Nana nel at GZ. Visited trackables.

#7131 (6 of 6 today - including 5 Lab Caches)

Decided a bit of a walk would do me good, today. So decided on the river walk here with some Lab Caches.
I must say, that's a long walk with the points of interest very spaced. Unfortunately I cleverly wore new shoes, and the combination didn't work well. So after three Lab Caches I decided to walk back to *The Hademobile* and do the last two by car.

Then, with no bonus AL cache I did the Birdsphere multi.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Parked near the Aldi and started the *CrossCurrents Georges River Artwalk Lab Cache, starting, of course with the famous (infamous?) perspective bending "Camofreur".

And as always, the Lab Cache App ensures my finds are recorded against yesterday's date. Is there an alternative app yet that can handle timezones? At least my stats on Project-GC are right.

So completed:
#7126 Camoufleur
#7127 Beryl
#7128 Rage for curiosities
#7129 Seven peacekeepers
#7130 Bird sphere

And the obvious action next, since I was already there, was to find this one.

This is the second Birdsphere multi I've found here, although the other actually took me to the sphere for information.
Quickly got my numbers, and had a likely GZ.

Strolled there for a quick find, as the cache was uncovered. Completed signing duties and replaced - covering it more thoroughly, so if the next person finds it uncovered it's probably animals.
Then took in the view before a walk around the area, and eventually back to the car.

I hadn't been in this part of Sydney before - but today we ventured over the Big Bridge to chase another fine Adventure Lab. The weather was perfect and the views along the river were wonderful. And so many interesting artworks too.

But the birds! A lot of recorded species!!!

After the AL we decided to do the multi - rather like an AL Bonus cache... and enjoyed it.

Thank you jessbarnard for a fun day out.

Found it after completing the adventure cache. Not the tree I was looking at first, but one of its neighbours. TFTC and thanks for the walk!

07-Jun-20
Bird watching is my other hobby so this really interested me when it was published, but its way too far from home to try for the FTF, although it took 24 hours for a find so maybe I should have.

Anyway today I headed south for some caches and came past on the way home.
I've not done any bird watching in this reserve, or heard of the Birdsphere so I found it interesting. It was just starting to rain when I was here so I didn't spend too long but I did see 14 species in that time. (that doesn't include the 2 introduced species, you don't count them on tally lists)

I found question A to be a bit ambiguous and wasn't sure which number it was. I tried 3 different things, 2 of which gave me solutions driving distance away so I went for the 3rd hoping it was correct. As I walked closer it looked like a likely location and I was pleased to quickly find the cache there and hurry back to the geomobile and escape the rain.

TFTC and for showing me this new birding area.

Found with EverestHigh and MaxAdventurer while finishing off the AL. We did all the counting but misread one of the clues, then misinterpreted another. To my mathematical mind D+E means to add the digits not treat them as D and E! Anyway, with a little bit of help from a PAF, we had the right spot and eventually had CIH. A good day out around the river. TFTC

Decided to run along Prospect Creek, I've paddled the area many times and had a beautiful run along he creek. Once back at the car I found the required information. As I was rummaging about in the boot, Team Canary pulled in and we walked to GZ together. Nice hide with a familiar bit of camo. Great view.

Just finished the AL here and was able to score this one as a bonus. Nice way to get your legs warmed up for the long walk to come on the other side of the road!
