I had finished my first job at Browns Plains and decided it was time to grab a cache or two between jobs since weve been a tad slack as of late.I parked up nearby and wandered on over. After a brief bush bash I arrived at GZ and uncovered the cache after a quick search. Unfortunately the log book was wet but I was able to make some sort of a mark in the log book. The CO has been notified. Thanks for bringing me here.#4427 - TFTC
such a pretty little spot at golden hour. we found the cache, but we didn't sign cause it was hella soggy.
Still very wet, if you have the resources to replace or repair it is recommended
Found on a lovely afternoon, logbook was very damp from the recent rain and quite smelly
I wasn't sure if I would make it here prior to the morning event, but I was close enough, that I thought I would dash out. A few tracks leading into this bushland, and I went a round about way before arriving at GZ to then be greeted by a fantastic tree! I then searched a few nearby logs until finding the right hollow that contained the prize. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Crew 153](https://coord.info/PRPH14) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, it was a morning outing to Calamvale with baby Cottontail, with some time spent geocaching in the vicinity visiting Parkinson, Acacia Ridge and Willawong, before returning home via Chelmer. An early start to attend and run Calamvale parkrun before catching up with other Geocachers at the [For the Tardy Mouse! #033](https://coord.info/GCAH0AV) geocaching event. We visited a couple of our playgrounds during our travels, and the morning went from warm to very hot, so there were not too many long walks from the vehicle.
After the nearby Tardy Mouse event, I decided to stay in this suburb to find a few caches before it got too hot. I had looked for this cache a year or two ago but it turned out to be missing. So this was my first time back in the area since then. After looking in a few hollows, I was glad to find the cache and remove the blue face. Even though the logbook was slightly damp, it was fine to sign and I noticed that Davidwazza had also been here after the event. Tftc
Out and about this morning to pick up a few south side caches on a brisk winters morning day in south east Queensland. Hopefully it warms up a bit
Found a safe place to park the car and made my way to ground zero to locate the cache. Didn’t take long before the cache was in hand and pen applied to the log. Returned the cache to its hiding place and trudged back to the car
A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.
Cheers

The AL at Calamvale District Park didn't take as long as I thought and I still had some daylight left so drove up to Plymouth Pl and walked down to Ormskirk Street Park. Coordinates must have been spot on because I arrived at the gz and saw the cache straight away. The log was quite damp so, after signing it, I tucked the cache a bit further into it's hiding spot so it doesn't get as wet in the rain. Thanks Crew153 for finding all these little patches of bush that are perfect for geocaches.
Was a great little stroll and a cool little hide a bit wet but still able to sign the log
Despite finding some others, there's a little loop of Crew 153 'covid geocaches' west of Beaudesert Road, and I've had my eye on them for a while. I figured it'd be a good adventure on my scooter, quick and convenient not having to always find parking. And with my scooter back from a service just a few days ago, I decided to go this afternoon after some showers of rain had passed.
Silly Google Maps wanted me to head out onto the road from [Hamish Street Park](https://coord.info/GL19BE55H), but I decided to try go direct through the green space. Sure enough, it worked out and just moments later, I was near this GZ. It too looked familiar, and I think I semi-attempted this geocache about two years ago at night. Well, we should sort it out today.
Nobody around, so I headed into the bush, with the hint in mind and wandered around a bit. I first found a big ol' mushroom. But then standing at the co-ordinates, I spotted the container just a few steps away. Inside was a bit damp, but I managed a signature at 14:50 before replacing all back as found. From here, another longer leg of the loop. Thanks for this geocache, Crew 153

I had to grab a couple of caches today for a challenge I have set myself. Earlier in the day, I had a text from little triple turmoil and I asked if she needed a caching day. She jumped at the chance to head out for a little while. I had no set plans but we took the bikes just in case.
This was on the way around this area. I parked up and we walked around to find this one. The hint did help as little Turmoil read it out. I then found the hide and the cache. T had already found this one, it was me who signed the log, replaced as found and then we headed off to the next one. Thanks for placing this one here, all good here.

I was asked if I would like to go caching and I jumped at the offer to join with Hatsoff RoddyC, Snickersallen and Grannysmith47 so we headed towards Durack and Calamvale for our fun. We were having difficulties with our GPS readings today and were getting a wide selection of readings, I eventually spied it for a little way away. Log signed and cache replaced as found.TFTC
Yesterday, we decided the weather would be good today, so a quick shoutout by hatzofff, and we have a hunting team of 5 today.
Bit of a struggle for the team to settle on coordinates. Eventually Imbunda became the hero.
Log signed and cache replaced as found on 3 April 2022. TFTC, Crew 153

Lots of muggles around but I disappeared into the trees and made a quick find. Left a trackable. Thanks for the cache
After completing a run around in the rain at the local Park Run event JezNDez and I decided to find a few of the local caches, including this one, before heading for home. The rain had eased off somewhat as we walked from the car to GZ, so we did not end up getting too wet at all while searching for the cache. Container found safe and well. TFTC
Having a few hours to kill, before picking our youngest grand-daughter up after school, we decided the best way to fill those hours was with a spot of caching.
#14 of 21 found today.
Lots of possibilties here but luckily Mrs VC was quick to spot the correct one.
Made our mark and replaced as found.

Out for a day of caching fun with Mr CuriousQuest. After finding a nearby cache, we headed to this one. I parked the geomobile nearby and we wandered over to GZ. There, the cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
Out today on the southside with Selva Girls to do some caches, most of which we both required. Searched for what seemed like ages for this one. Log signed and replaced. TFTC
You know when you get an idea in your head that the cache must be "here" and you persist with searching, even though you've covered the same places more then one... That would be me when looking for this cache. Many hiding spots that would have been ideal for a container, but nothing to show for the efforts of NurseyJulie and I.
Time to widen the search, but it turned out we didn't need to widen it much and of course, I had walked past GZ to get to my preferred location. A nice container was spotted almost in plain sight, and retrieved for business. Ah yes, why take the easy option when you can check lots of other areas first I always say.
Cheers Crew153.

A meet up with Gunnie69 today. Our mission was to get the wonders of the world souvenirs. Plenty of options to hide and seek a cache here! Several places were checked and Gunnie ventured a little further and his caching instinct won the day here. TFTC
TFTC, a bit of looking from mr. 9. Eventually spotted the find for a quick scribble of our name.
Last mental health cache for the day. Have to actually do some work now. Love being able to walk between caches. Cache is in perfect order. TFTC
There are a quite a few options that match the hint here. Only when we decided to check ‘everything’ again did we notice one we’d missed. And there was the cache. Nice one.
All is good here.
Thanks heaps Crew 153.

Nice work on the camo Crew 153... without the hint I’m pretty sure I would have skimmed over this cache...

Our third for the morning. Nice little area to explore. Geobuddy made quick work of finding this one but neither of us could open it so while friend stayed at location I took cache back to car for Mr muscles to open...the three of us make a great team
I quickly walked back to geo buddy...she was hard to miss with her bright yellow cap, and in a flash, the nicely camoed cache was replaced as found and we were on to the next.

Plenty of hiding spot here, after checking a few I surveyed the area and spotted the container in the corner of my eye.
Thank you Crew 153 for hiding these new caches

Out for another pedal today. I headed in to the park from the north and there was a group of muggles walking around the central area. I decided to head over to this cache first.
The GPSr counted down and with 8m to go I headed bush. A few likely spots, but no luck. Checked the hint and checked the likely spots again.
No not there. Another possible over there, but no. Heading back to the original spot I spied another contender and a container.

Super well hidden but an absolutely great spot!! It’s so good to have these in my local area
Quiet here this afternoon after one dog walker was leaving as we arrived. Thanks Crew153 for the park cache.
A great tree hidden just out of sight in suburbia.
Of course the cache won’t be on or in it but you have to check. Checked all over and then expanded the search zone. Took about 10 minutes to find sneaky cache.
