Unfortunately decided to archive this, the caches along the wall seem to disappear too frequently for me to maintain.
Still haven't been able to get my hands on the correct cache container for this spot. I plan to have it back up and running this month
Unfortunately I don't have another cache container suitable for this spot, but my caching partner does so I'll get one next time we catch up, within the next month.
Cache appears to have disappeared (funny enough) not sure when I'll get here to replace but should be in the next month or two. Hopefully I have magnets still!
Could possibly be gone, will disable if there's another dnf, but will try to get there in the next couple of weeks to check or replace.
Spent a good 15 mins sat here, between muggles with head every which way under the seat. Doesn’t appear to be there but then it could be me!
Glad there were no friends out tonight, as it gave me the chance to get down low and look around - very suspicious.
Well hidden, and cache was in great shape. Tftc

Out for an arvo of caching with quiet1_au, we did a car shuffle placing a car at each end of the dam walk. We set off and this was the next one. JMelb retieved with the guidance of q1. Pretty walk along here and I took lots of photos.

Off we went to this one, where once again I had wondered about a certain hide. Alas this was not the case and instead I spotted it where J' had been looking so I was able to guide her to it (I suspected it was not in it's original position BTW) TFTC
New rule. Seats should be required for all cache. Thanks, GOS worked well this time.
Arrived in Melbourne to attend the MEGA Event at Whittlesea with woolwood9.
We came over a few days before to do some geocaching in the area first!
ww9 and I had a great time and this was a cache we located.
Very nice dam walk!

Well, I guess it is not technically on the guardrail. This was my fastest find, and I didn't even bother to do a spider check first. Log was a bit wedged in and it required the services of a nearby stick.
A cracker of a day for a walk out here at Cardinia Dam.
I've been tempted to cache the dam wall on many occasions and finally got out there and did it.
I highly recommend this walk.
Across the top from the far end and back along the middle trail.
A mob of about 12 Roos were sun baking on the lower trail as I passed them by overhead.
Dam Good Seat found in good order.
Thank you WeAllNeedKnickers

After my failed motorised 2 wheel caching here previously I came back with human powered 2 wheels. Much more efficient.
Had a big day with mixed results, far to many DNF's for the distance travelled.

Found it pretty quickly once I checked the obvious spots. I think I looked too hard on the last one... thanks for the cache.
LOL always good to mix it up a bit...no need to sit on the guard rail at this spot. Spotted an interesting sticker here...something to do with the Muzzie game...nope I don't want to go down that rabbit hole.
Park is open again, from previous logs this cache doesn't need me to stop by.
Park is closed until 26 June 2022:

There was a handy seat here, and I made use of it. Plonking myself down I enjoyed the view and the took a quick peak, which directed me to where I needed to be. This was a great way to wander along the path here with plenty of good fun hides.

Always love how blue the water is here just makes you want to swim in it. Cache was discovered safe and well signed and replaced tftc
It is a lovely view here. Junior geocachers all competing with each other but we are finding them. Thanks
Nice quick find and we took the opportunity to relax for a while and take in the view while some muggles walked past.
A quick find on this one by Bakinglove13 who snatched it up as she walked past then sat down in 1 motion like some sort of magician
Thanks WeAllNeedKnickers

I was in the area for a U3A birdwatching walk this morning and following lunch I decided to look for a few caches around the reservoir. This cache and other caches across top of the dam wall were found quickly all were similar hides - hence some generic logs. A few walking and jogging runners to be aware. Thanks to WeAllNeedKnickers for the cache.
That was a bit harder that the previous ones! never give up. Left a tiny appreciation elephant x

On my way to mum's for carer duties, chopping wood for the fire and cleaning up the yard a bit, stopped by here for some exercise on the way.
So I stopped and used it as I signed the log

Found another of this series out on a walk. Thankfully the cold kept most muggles away. Thanks for the cache ️
As a cool stiff breeze blows across the water the sun is sparkling on the rippling water. Another great cache. TFTC
I dragged Mrs frilk out on this cold and very blustery day. Despite the conditions there was a steady stream of foot traffic in the area.
A quick find. TFTC.
