Found following a trip to Bunnings to get replacement bath taps! Would like to do more caches in this area (its tempting) but I really need to get home. Wasnt sure if the place I found cache was correct because it was different to the photos of July 2023. Rang CO to confirm and he said he thinks it was originally in the place I found it but hes happy with either spot. So long as it meets the criteria of the hint. I made my choice based on the fact that it is not magnetic. So *spoilers* if you look at July 2023 photos.
Found on ground. Replaced according to hint. Doing our last day of 2023 virtual badge. TFTC.
Nice little hide and we were lucky enough to meet the owner of this cache who came down to say g'day. Thanks Max
Out and about this morning to pick up a few south side caches on a brisk winters morning day in south east Queensland. Hopefully it warms up a bit
Found a safe place to park the car and made my way to ground zero to locate the cache. Didn’t take long before the cache was in hand and pen applied to the log. Returned the cache to its hiding place and trudged back to the car
A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.
Cheers

I parked over the road and then came over to clamber up and down until finally spotting the cache on the second pass. Better take my sunglasses off next time.
TFTC. It’s in great nick.

Bit tricky to find for me but I'm new to this, it was well hidden. Had a lot of fun
Despite finding some others, there's a little loop of Crew 153 'covid geocaches' west of Beaudesert Road, and I've had my eye on them for a while. I figured it'd be a good adventure on my scooter, quick and convenient not having to always find parking. And with my scooter back from a service just a few days ago, I decided to go this afternoon after some showers of rain had passed.
This was the farthest north point of the loop, so I parked my car nearby and pulled my scooter out of the boot. Pen in pocket, helmet on head - we're good to go. I initially thought the geocache was farther north, but was happy to see my phone count down metres much sooner than anticipated.
Just a few cars going back and forth, so I parked behind the structure and did an exhaustive hunt up and back. Naturally, in almost the last place I could have looked! All in good condition here, and logbook signed at 14:30. I'm already enjoying another dose of scooter geocaching! Thanks for this smiley, Crew 153

I had to grab a couple of caches today for a challenge I have set myself. Earlier in the day, I had a text from little triple turmoil and I asked if she needed a caching day. She jumped at the chance to head out for a little while. I had no set plans but we took the bikes just in case.
This was on the way around this area. It was an easy find here and with no one around it was an easy grab. As little T had already found this one, it was me who signed the log, replaced as found and then we headed off to the next one. Thanks for placing this one here, all good here.

It’s Thursday and I’m not working. So that means caching with KerriMG. We only had a few hours but we wanted to head south to check out a new cache. With that done and dusted we had time for a few more and this would be our lucky last.
Driving past here so we had to stop. The cache was quickly spied by me and grabbed by KerriMG.

Out for the morning with nikid1 & this little patch of caches was next on our list. We headed down opposite sides of the structure, turns out I was on the right side but nikid1 spotted the cache & directed me to it.
Thanks for the cache Crew 153

Out finding a few caches with Mr CuriousQuest. Next, we came to this cache. I had looked at the T rating and began my search in appropriate spots. The cache was quickly found. We added our names to the log, returned everything as found then continued on our way. TFTC
Out today finding a few caches with Selva Girls. It was a lovely day.Nice quick find TFTC.
Manage to spot the cache quite quickly and then waited for passing traffic before making the retrieval. Some beautiful flowers nearby. Thanks Crew_153

First we found a little purple Book on the ground and thought maybe someone had ruined the geo just as we were going to message the owner bang my partner spots the new one I’m guessing by the dates on the purple book it was an old one.
I was needing more points for the Signal Labyrinth before it resets so I made some time to pick up a few caches today so headed down this way. Next up was this cache which was spotted quickly. TFTC
I was asked if I would like to go caching and I jumped at the offer to join with Hatsoff RoddyC, Snickersallen and Grannysmith47 so we headed towards Durack and Calamvale for our fun. This one was fun and had to PAF the CO and left a new log after we signed and another cache for others to find. TFTC
Out for a day with some of the team. Targeting some Darra caches.
Travelling & Caching with RoddyC, snickersallan, inbunda, grannysmith1947.

While in the area I thought I’d find a cache or three... this was my first stop... and exactly as the cache description mentions, there was an unexpectedly large amount of traffic here...
I found the cache with no issue thanks to the hint... tftc...

Having a few hours to kill, before picking our youngest grand-daughter up after school, we decided the best way to fill those hours was with a spot of caching.
#11 of 21 found today.
Our quickest find so far today.
Made our mark and replaced as found.
All good here.

Both NurseyJulie and I spotted th container about 25m out, so it was a very quick move in and grab. A convenient wall to rest on while etching our names in the log, the cache was tucked back in place and we headed around the corner for the other in this park.
Cheers Crew153.

A meet up with Gunnie69 today. Our mission was to get the wonders of the world souvenirs. We parked up close by and as we approached we could spot the cache ahead of us. Gunnie69 was able to retrieve this in no time with his height and agility. TFTC
Supposed to be working but it was doing my head in so decided a cache or two was needed. All in good order here. TFTC.
Earlier in the week the weather forecast for today had been rain and possible storms, so plans for a hike today had been put on hold. Lo and behold I wake up this morning to sunny skies, so I decided to head out for a morning of caching to take advantage of the favourable conditions.
After a walk around the tracks of Karawatha Forest, it was time to head home, but not before picking up a final few caches including this one.
Cache was quickly spotted and the logbook signed but replacing it was a different matter. Every time I went to replace it another car or walking muggle would pass by and I would have to wander past trying to look innocent. After a significant delay I finally found a long enough gap to replace it without being seen. TFTC

What an interesting structure this is. Took a seat until the cars passed then it was a quick grab.
All is well with this cache.
Thanks Crew 153.

The first thing we noticed as we turned here was lovely entrance structure. It wasn't lost on us that we could have had our lunch here or at the shelter nearby rather than parking in a dead end and sitting in the car. Not that we really minded, it's good to do something different and we have adjusted well of late to Covid19's social distancing.
After a short look around cache was spied. From there it was was a simple matter of retrieval to sign and then replacement.

Once again slack with my logging. Another day and another ride. The bike is useful for many reasons when hunting. Today it was because nobody pays you nay attention when you are stopped pretending to "fix" it.
No trouble with this find thanks.

Getting my daily cache on my way home today.
This was a nice and easy find, good to see new caches in an area that I have cached out earlier.

Spotted from the car as we drove around the corner, I wonder if it has already moved slightly but I left it where I found it. Tftc
Found with stairman1 and geopuppy. Next one on our list. Waiting for a break in the traffic to grab the container. Interesting structure. Thanks Crew
Found with goldielover today. This is an interesting spot. Ladders everywhere and none to climb.

Making our way home from Toowoomba after visiting family. Need this one to fill a little hole. A quick find once at GZ. TFTC Crew 153
Little bit of stealth required here for this one but with patience we were able to grab and sign between the passing cars.
Out and about in Calamvale . Stopped here to find the cache, which was found quickly. TFTC Crew 153
Caught my eye straight away but had to wait to make the grab.
Made my way up to this cache from the lagoon. Two very different kinds of searches only 250m apart. Finally got a chance to make the grab when the street was quiet.

The next 280m were debt walking picking cobblers pegs off my clothes, out of my hair, and a few other places which are better left unsaid!
Up to a much more urban style of hide that was quickly located.
