Keeps getting muggled. My aim was to have an easy cache for my clients to begin the series with however the location is too easy and high traffic therefore I am removing.

This long weekend, I headed to the Limestone Coast / south-east to participate in the mini/unofficial Millicent GeoVenture2020 Mega weekend (Community Celebration event), as well as some cave diving in the morning to early afternoons. Saturday afternoon consisted of a trip around Tantanoola's pine forests, Sunday was more east around Mount Gambier and those pine forests, and then Monday was heading back spending some time in Dismal Swamp. A weekend of mixed weather with some nice afternoons, as well as continuous rain and drizzles (typical south-east weather?).

Today with my final day in the south-east, I commenced with a cave dive at Pines Cave, and then did some maintenance at Gouldens Sinkhole. I joined everyone at the Mount Gambier lunch event, and then started to head north, finding a few of *BEAR'S ODYSSEY* series and doing a walk around Dismal Swamp with the *Awaken and Live* series. It was then a direct drive to Naracoorte for the *Celebration Ends* event, and then driving back home via a few *Wandering Heroes* geocaches near Tailem Bend.

I walked Telford Scrub with [@Freddo](http://coord.info/PR8C14) and Trigger_Fish, and we had mixed success with some of these geocaches. Was it by magic that the trickier hides were towards the back of the area, outside of phone coverage? Otherwise it was a really nice area, and I enjoyed the walk and boardwalk section.

We thought this geocache was missing as we scoured the obvious spot and its surrounds prior to our walk. However, upon our return, we quickly found the container! It turned out to be a throwdown by [@Fnsaws](http://coord.info/PRBG5GZ), but I guess since this cache was definitely missing (confirmed by message/PAF from a previous finder), then it made sense to help to replace it (it was sort of ironic that they were passionately against throwdowns only the day before?!). The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Tumbelin for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

scramping & I were going to walk around and complete this series of caches in this lovely area however some caches were difficult to find and some we could not find which took up way to much time so we left some for another day, as the evening & the dark were fast approaching...

This was a nice quick find to start the afternoon stroll...

All pumped to find this series, but the brand new (bloody expensive) GPS will not play pretty! Selected the App, but sadly no signal Sad Went to drive home, then spotted a suss looking piece of local botany... stopped the car, jumped out and made the find!!! Yay!! Thanks Tumbelin Wink

Today Rex and I headed out for another day of caching and adventure. We had an excellent day out, the weather was perfect and despite having a lot of dnfs the day was lovely.
Our main target was the new Awaken and Live series at Telford Scrub, I'd picked these as I knew Rex would love the walk. It wasn't until we got back to the car that I saw the sign saying no dogs, oops. Needless to say he thoroughly enjoyed the walk and helping me find the caches.
We had several dnfs in the series, which we had expected from checking the logs before we headed out. This did not deter from our enjoyment as the quality of the hides in the scrub were great. Thinking the haters of nanos might not be keen on some of them, but we thought they were rather good. Excellent series with a variety of hides and some of them really tested our caching skills. Will definitely be back to get the rest (hopefully!) at some stage.
We had our lunch in the car park and found this one whilst chomping away. Dropped a TB

On our way back from Adelaide and thought we would do a quick check of this area in preparation to walk the trail and thought we should do at least one of the series while we were here.
Pulled up and recognised a couple of familiar faces, stopped for a quick chat, well there is no such thing we chatted for ages haha. Wow this is a popular walking track on a Saturday, there must have been a dozen groups come and go while we were having a catch up chat. Great country side through here, we are looking forward to doing the walk when time permits.
Respect and recognition given to the traditional owners also.
Thanks Tumbelin for placing this cache, found it, signed the log and replaced safe and sound as found. TNLN

Now in Millicent and chatting to Sylken last night we learnt of a few possible FTF's so a plan was hatched to head out together today. Wow some of these caches were just as EVIL as described. Even having previous finders was not much of an advantage with these tricky devils. Once back at the car and some sustenance undertaken it was time to tackle some more caches before heading home.

While staying in Millicent we noticed these caches get published yesterday and were surprised that only a couple had been logged??

This morning arrived and still no logs for some of them so we decided a trip to Telford Conservation Park was in order.

We were disappointed when another vehicle drove into the carpark just as we got out of the car but they took off down the track and appeared to be out for exercise...not hunting for caches

We made a very quick find at this one (parked right beside it) and were delighted to find a blank log. Our stamp was soon added and we were on our way to the next one while enjoying this delightful area and the very well made tracks.

Many thanks for the hide and showing us this area Tumbelin...this one gets a favourite point for a well designed series
