Logs
Checked out and found to have been moved so replaced it back in its original position. Some new brush has grown up in the area just to make the search more interesting.
Great day for a stroll here this morning and pleased to say alls in great shape.
Caching around the WA west coast for a while. TFTC. Nice quick find at GZ after a long bush bash.
Was another lovely afternoon to head out to get a few caches after work and never having been down to the Port Kennedy Scientific Park before (despite living in Rockingham for many years!), thought that it was a great opportunity to start cleaning up some of the many down here.
We cleaned up the Message in a Bottle series first and while we were here thought we would clean up this Gnome series.
As mentioned in log for Gnomes 1 we had read previous log about the bush being too thick to make a direct path from 1 to 2 so we walked around the path instead of straight through. Cache found in obvious spot, decided to come back another day to complete this series as dawgs are looking hungry!
Another note - we looked all over the map in the PK Scientific Park for a Gnome Finale and could not spot it anywhere until later when I got home and had a more thorough look. It is there but the Mystery (?) Finale is located over the Golf Course not in the park.... it did seem a little odd that we were collecting clues for a Finale and we couldn't spot it on the map .... another case of cache blindness i guess!)
Thanks for the cache 3oldwkers!

I had a lovely morning walking the sand tracks and finding some caches including this great little series. A short walk off the track and the cache was spotted in a cool place where I rested for a while away from the heat. All good with this one, log signed and replaced as found before continuing on to the next one noting what was required for the final. Thanks 3oldwkers for an enjoyable cache hunt.
Took a few approached to GZ before I finally found a way that was clear of spiderwebs.
Once I got in the cache was spotted quickly and I added my name to the log, grabbed the numbers for the final this time and started making my way to the last cache.
Thanks 3oldwkers for placing Gnomes 2 for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 16:28 on 1/4/2022.
This is find number 4300 for me.

Absolutely no muggles in this location. Very peaceful and quiet this morning. Didn't see any gnomes in this spot though. SL TFTH TFTC replaced as found ready for the next 'gnome' geo-adventurers. Thanks goes to the CO for bringing me to this location. Cheers.
Out for a walk with Ooh Yeh this morning, really enjoyed the lovely walk in the sunshine. All caches were found quickly, logs signed and cache replaced as found.

We trudged our way around the soft sandy tracks for a few hours to pick up caches not previously found.
Thanks 3oldworkers.
Thanks 3oldworkers.
This series had been on our radar for when we had a trip up this way. Headed up the sandy tracks with ILT to make a quick find at each point. Thanks for the series.
I had a good ride around the Port Kennedy Scientific Park. The weather was patchy and twice I had to shelter from heavy showers.
The track was fantastic to ride the mountain bike on too. This is the benefit of a month of solid rain!
Quick one here.

Decided that today was the day for a walk through the PKSP to clear these new caches that have been place. So glad that I chose the correct order to attack, as this meant that the final gnome grotto was on my way back to the car.
The recent rains had compacted the paths, consolidating the soft sand and making the walk a little easier for me.

Out with axell33 and the geopups now we're out of lockdown so we decided to get a few here of my list that axell33 already has. Good day for a walk here and enjoying the cool change today. Liking the series. Thanks for the cache.
Thanks 3oldwkers for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 getting a few smily faces.
Headed down to Port Kennedy’s with C10 to pickup the last few remaining caches in the Port Kennedy Scientific Park. A beautiful evening for a spot of caching.
PP1, having finished his round of golf launched a rescue mission & we completed the series together. TFTC 3oldwkrs
(chwiliwr team catch up log)
Chwiliwr had just finished some computer work and noticed that these new caches still had not been logged so we decided to go for a drive to find them. We had actually started at Gnomes 3 but couldn't see it so came down to this one. Met one of the dogs on the track just before ground zero and gave both of us both a fright. Continued onto ground zero and spoke to the owner of the dogs who was just searching. Chwiliwr crawled in and soon made the find and a blank log so joint *FTF* with Chwiliwr and Axell33. Log signed and cache returned as found. Clues to final noted.
Thanks 3oldwkers for placing this cache for us to find.

I had just finished some computer work and noticed that these new caches still had not been logged so decided to go for a drive by my self and find them. Wahoo joint *FTF* with Chwiliwr. I was sitting at home and checked my emails before settling down for the night. Seen this series posted but decided not to go after it but then as I tried to settle all I could think of was these lonely caches out there. So rallied the geohounds and it was off to the geomobile. We made the walk here from the main road and just as I was arriving at gz I could here a voice talking to the geopooches coming from the opposite direction. So Chwiliwr searched one side as I searched the other and Chwiliwr soon had the prize in hand. We signed your nice fresh log around 2215 and returned your cache back to where it lives. Now on to the next one TFTC 3oldwkers.
