#5 and still cycling on this beautiful day in Hawkes Bay, you seem to have your fair share of sunshine in this area. All these cache are in good order, its nice to know there is a diligent CO checking on them as required.
Visiting from Tauranga to bike some of the wonderful trails - and find some of the wonderful caches! Cache is all good. TFTC
#12,891. Parked on Gordon Street in Fernhill for a walk to explore this part of the Hastings District in Hawke's Bay. Gone further in Twyford now. GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Time to turn around here. Favorite point added for the series so far … will return for the rest.
Thanks for the placement, and for bringing us to this site, and …

Doing a maintenance run, cache in good condition picked up TB that was not log. Will fix that and get it moving again. Cheers
The ladies from rattll and watcache decided a girly weekend in the Hawkes Bay was in order, so left the boys a list of chores, packed their bags and headed off for a weekend of frivolity and mischief.
We were surprised to find the Hawkes Bay was remarkably quiet, especially considering it was the last few days of the school holidays. However, the exception was the night club that was next door to our room at the backpackers, that provided us with a free live band that played predominantly loud reggae music until the wee hours of the morning. Too old to 'bop' the night away? Apparently not! Mrs watcache however can sleep through anything!!!
Another fairly obvious hiding spot that was identified as we approached. Which is great because it meant we could ascertain that the coast was clear in both directions before making the grab.
Thanks for setting up this trail

I have to admit when planning to trip Napier with Rattll I had doubts in my mind that we would gets lots of DNF but to my surprise we only had 3 over the two days out of approximately 60 odd caches found.
This one was no problem to find thank you for placing a cache here for us to discover another area we never knew existed.
TFTC nice easy quick find

Stayed a night in Hasting, an early morning start for a ride along this cycle/walk track . Easy find. Thanks Cee Vee for the cache.
Pleasing to have a nice string of straight forward finds..enjoying the out looks and amazed at the number of apple orchards along here..they look yummy
We debated whether to continue on or head back. A couple more.....We watched a man pruning apple trees - well one of hundreds! As we arrived at gz, Macwatt sent me in the wrong direction- down! Nah I'll keep the elevation. Thanks for the cache.
One of 12 caches located today on day 4 of our motorhome summer holiday to Hawkes Bay. Picked up 11 on a bike ride along this trail today. A quick find. #3651. TFTC.
As we went on our journey from home to Taihape then on through the gentel Annie to Napier then explored Napier area before heading home again.
A nice and easy find. Time to walk back to the car now. Thanks for placing the cache
I decided to get the bike out and do one of the trails in the Hawkes Bay today. The Fernhill Iway won the draw. So after swapping towballs on the cachemobile and then removing the bike from the snail shell and putting it on the back of the ute I was away. Parked in the suggested place and got ready.
I had to miss #4 out as there were muggles there but will pick up on the way back.
Cheers for the cache.

Heading home to Gisborne having finished a week of work in Whanganui. Had time to stop and collect some of the newer Hawke’s Bay caches. Enjoyed this walkway. The clues were helpful and generally didn’t take too long to find the cache. I like secured caches, I’m sure it prolongs their life expectancy. Thanks
TFTC
Given up running and walking back in driving rain.
Scared sheep playing the mini recorder but left it in the cache.
