7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Cache has gone missing

07-Aug-20
Found this one previously. On my walk thought I'd check it but sadly it is no longer there.

And three Dnfs..
No where to be seen today...
I am guessing the tree that matches the cache description is right, as it is 10m from listed...

02-Aug-20
Looked everywhere did not find

01-Aug-20
Took the hard way in and found the obvious tree. Looked for probably too long, the only thing indicating a cache may once have been here was a thin, grey, lego block, possible remnants of the swag.
Thanks for the hunt Clelands

Out on a beautiful day to cache and try our hand at Magnet fishing! After a successful "fishing" expedition with the magnet at the Kapunda lake, we made our way to Gawler. Arrived at GZ and had a thorough search under the watchful gaze of a Faraway Neighbour. We only found a small piece of lego. Could the CO go out to check. Will keep on a watchlist.

After just completing the Anna-Tommy series i wanted a Flavoured-Milk drink in Gawler so i grabbed this hide in a spot i used to frequent lots as a kid having been born and lived in Gawler all my life till 1995 [^]

The cache was missing it's main container, only the lid remained and was most exposed, so i SL of it at 12:17 on Friday 24 July 2020 then re-hid all contents under the lid and covered it well with natural camo [^]

The log was dry Wink

2020 - our caching curve has been flat long enough ! ! ! Time to get out on the roads and tracks Wink

But do keep sanitising! No dancing! Keep a safe Distance. Exercise. Cache. Eat. Cache. Repeat.

And do stay home if you're sick! Surprised

Support all our SA regions by hiding lots of new caches! Smile

First looked for this one in the rain days ago and gave up. On my walk today had a look and found quickly as it wasn't well camoflouged. Signed log and replaced back in hidey spot and covered with extra camo from the area. TFTC!

First for the day and it's always good to start with a find Big Grin.
Followed the geotrail to GZ [8], but had to search around a bit before locating the container Big Grin.

Mister Saucepan Head was chewing on sour sobs and lauging at me. Dame Washalot, Mr. Watzisname and Moon Face were giggling too. Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

FTF 5.58 pm. Log to follow.

Working late tonight and heading home i notice a few caches published coming through on phone, most were down south but one was close to home. Not being out caching as much as i would like this was a bonus if i could get to it before anyone else, arriving and parking close by couldn't see any torch lights in the distance so crossed my fingers and hoped for a first to find. After arriving at gz i could see someone had been there by the fresh flatten sower sobs so thinking id missed first place i did a quick search. After a few moments of looking had cache in hand and a first to find you beauty, after signing log replace cache back in its tricky spot. On way back to car notice a familiar face approaching, it was the first to find queen Locus. Quick chat on way back to car had us going in different directions , sorry Locus maybe the next ftf will be yours but nice to see ya again. Big thank you to Clelands for placing this cache, nice to have more caches in Gawler.
