On the first try the hideout was occupied by several muggles, but a little bit later we had the chance to fetch the box undisturbed. Thnx!
Found by Josh_waith, I am definitely not tall enough for this one name certainly helps with the cache.TFTC
Good hide. Got it without anyone noticing. While I was signing, about 7 people decided to set up nearby. Was much more difficult to put it back without anyone noticing TFTC
Nice find at a nice location - good idea to preserve memories like this! Thank you for showing. Tftc!
Together with team Saturnus on tour through Australia. To find the cache you have to read everything and ofcourse think very carefully. Cache was found quickly. TFTC
10107 - 10:10Together with team IkZie.A bitt of a search and then founded. Thanks for the cache
We were here yesterday. No chance - there were heaps of people on a local market. Today we came back and we could easily find and Sign the logbook.
Thanks for this one! Our sharp eyes discovered the hiding place and we could retrieve the cache and sign it.
Determined we weren't going to leave without picking up this one! Retrieved cache, log signed and replaced as found. TFTC
Found on a little night caching expedition whilst staying with friends. Great spot! *The generic bit for this trip*We are on now on our way south after heading north for warmer weather. From Cooktown back to Notth East Victoria, weaving inland and to the coast, caching as we go. No real plans, just taking each day as it comes and enjoying the adventure in our converted ambulance. Thanks to all COs for placing and maintaining caches for our enjoyment.
Heute diesen Cache nach lngerem suchen leider nicht gefunden. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.
We searched very long and beeing watched by muggles.. I only spoted with my eyes only a golden Budda sitting in a tree hole . I read only now at camp where we should have searched ..but there were the muggles picknicking.
This morning we went koala spotting at the forts (we found one!!) and then met up with the rest of the tour group for breakfast and meeting some more Aussie wildlife. Then we took the short walk down to Horseshoe Bay and while we were waiting for the bus I realised this cache was nearby and thought I might have enough time to find it.I wouldn't have noticed this feature if the cache wasn't here, and I ended up getting a good look around while searching for it, but after thinking about the description some more and looking around very carefully, and then a bit of climbing, I had the cache in hand and signed the log and replaced it with just a few minutes left to get back to the bus stop right on time. All is well with the cache - in fact I thought it was fantastic, so it gets a FP Thank you for placing it here!(#2104)
#7226Were staying on Magnetic Island for a week, well as long as the cyclone stays away, and caching is a priority, obviously!Everything makes sense now! The name, the hint, the FPs Spent way too long looking in tree nooks until we spotted the sneaky eye! TNLN SL, FP awarded for sure! Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache burgo78!
#7226Found with Samuel737. Were staying on the island for a week (hopefully!) Day 3 today, with some marine activities cancelled due to the nearby tropical cyclone, we have more caching time- the weather is holding out for the moment too!I spent too long climbing the tree first! We really do need to start reading more descriptions.. Very clever.? I love it!TFTC!!
We took the boat out to spend Father’s Day on the island so we stopped by here to replace the full log.
Happy hunting.
Happy hunting.
Brilliant find! Loved the clue we soon had it hand after checking it out! We explained geocaching to an Australian muggle and had a chat about our epic east coast trip!
While walking through the town on a nice evening, we were able to discover this nice hidden cache (the clue helped a lot)

Good cache name and hide, had to think about it, but once in GZ it made sense. Cool spot. TFTC
Today we arrived on this beautiful island. In the afternoon we drove on the other side of it and after searching and explaining the game to muggles we found the cache and signed it.
Greetings from Switzerland and thanks for the cache.

TFTC - Visiting the island for a quick holiday and exploring the area with HeliKelli. Located the cache. This is certainly a beautiful part of the world
First find on Maggie! Just moved to TSV from the United States, and look forward to many more adventures on Maggie! Loved the space and the clever hints! Beautiful area
Today we visited Magnetic Island. During our hiking tour we found some Geocaches. This one took us some minutes but finally we found the needed plaque. Thanks for hiding this one and as always TFTC, MumDad2000
Greetings from BC, Canada.
Touring Australia and New Zealand with my family. Which includes BeesKnees34, SOB_4M, AlexBN16 and 1MitchG6. We have been enjoying the beautiful landscape and visiting some awesome locations.
Stopping along the way to grab some cool caches. We targeted high favourite, old caches, different cache types and some other caches along our routes.
Had to wait for some muggles to leave before I could grab the cache.
Thanks burgo78 for the fun geocache!

All good here.
The log is filling up but has enough space for a while longer before needing to be replaced.

Early in the morning I took the bus from Picnic Bay to Horseshoe Bay. Luckily nothing was going on here shortly after sunrise. Of course, my sharp mind recognized it immediately.
What lovely signs!! Got to the cache eventually - thank goodness for the taller partners! Tftc
I must have visited this cache on at least 4 separate occasions during our 4 day stay at Maggie.
I have sharp eyes and know precisely where it is hidden. However the challenge for this one is being here on your own so you can make the find and preserve the hide from muggles. Every time I visited there were muggles, and no search was made.
A nice bold hide, pretty much in plain sight, where stealth creates the difficulty. Well played burgo78. Next time....

Loved this one! So sneaky - it was put in the wrong place last time, but we put it back where we think it was meant to go. This one was an awesome find!
Quick find for us! There were lots of muggles nearby. We forgot a pen again so we weren’t able to sign the logbook.
Found it even with muggles sitting there having lunch. Couldn’t reach it even using a pen so had to lasso it with a charging cord, haha TFTC
Came up to get out of the cold Victorian weather and to do a road trip from Rockhampton to Townsville & magnetic Island with the family checking out the sights and grabbing random caches along the way.
Stamped log at 7:34 pm
Thanks for the cache.

On our way home from a round trip to Mt Garnet for their big May Day weekend races & rodeo (and a family gathering amongst it). Decided to spend a few days soaking up island life.
Staying right across the road so we had a good vantage point to see when the area was free of muggles. Very clever description! TFTC!

When we arrived at GZ, we stopped to survey the area. Definitely lots of history here and worth a good read.
At that stage the area was quite busy with people sitting and just relaxing in the shade in the middle of the day.
We instead decided to go for a walk to further parts of the island, and upon our return, the shelter was empty and so we knew exactly where we needed to look and soon had to log in our hands.
Thanks Burgo78. Definitely worth highlighting this area.

Found it with pippahiccup. On island for s couple of quiet days, on way home from Mt Garnet.
Thanks to the great hint we knew where the cache was, just had to get the timing right to get it. Horseshoe Bay is a beautiful spot. We have wonderful memories of pulling up our kayak onto the sand after doing the Five Beach Bay series with not one iota of energy left. And devouring the best pizza ever after. [^] TFTC burgo78.

Day 17 of a 3 week holiday driving from Canberra to Townsville and back to attend the Mega. Today was attempting to finish all the caches on Magnetic Island. I ended up with 2 DNFs and 3 did not attempts. Otherwise a successful day with some pleasant and enjoyable walks. Two Koalas sighted plus some bird species I hadn't seen before. Cache soon found thanks to the hint. TFTC.

With great excitement we headed to Townville for the for the first FNQ Mega - we were very curious to see how much it had changed since we lived there pre-caching.
Today we headed over to Maggie with Pprass, the primary goal was to do the AdLab and have a look about. It was supposed to rain but it hardly bothered us at all.
Thanks for contributing to the fun burgo78

Over on Maggie for a few days and the weather isn’t looking great so we decided to get up early and if it wasn’t raining then we would do the fort walk! Wow, we thoroughly enjoyed the walk. We started in much cooler conditions but knew that the rain could come at any stage, just hoping it would stay away until after our walk! Unfortunately no such luck! It started the drizzle on our return, then it pelted down and we returned extremely wet but cool!
Went back to our accommodation and got changed and sat there waiting for the rain to stop, which it eventually did! Desperate for a coffee we decided to head for Horseshoe Bay.
This one has been annoying us for a while because every time we came for a visit there were people sitting and usually eating. We did work out the area which we were correct with but to get it we needed the area to be muggle free. Late this afternoon was our time….we had a quick look and seeing muggles coming over a PAF was required and the log was signed quickly and replaced before any muggles came. We were very happy ??.

What an absolutely fantastic day of caching. A day of caching which included Willis007 and Gcoven and where we had organised a day trip to Magnetic Island, (to see where they make all the magnets). I had organised a topless ride for the day to add to the fun, it was then named the “JALOPY”, however, we got more than we bargained for there. The Jalopy was a Suzuki heap, your typical was a typical island car of the 70’s, which is probably when it had its last service and road worthy check… the fun in that thing alone today was priceless.
The area around the island was just fantastic and the walks brilliant. We managed to see a couple of Koala’s sleeping in a tree near a walkway. Some great birdlife and some stunning beaches.
The caches were a lot of fun and we managed to grab the important ones for us and a few others as we passed by. Thank you to the CO’s for the hides and the continuing maintenance of the caches. We signed all logs and replaced as we found them and had a fantastic day.

As part of the CacheQLD committee I am here working, caching, catching up with friends and generally having a fab time. Some awesome puzzles up this way and some tricky and adventurous hides! Awesome experience! Today was island day so myself chamad and Willis007 headed over , grabbed our open air jalopy and spent a brilliant day chasing adventures. Thanks to all the COs for the caches!
Gcoven, chamad and myself had always said we would do a tour of Magnetic Island while we were here for the MEGA. Today was the day!
After attending Bugs Birthday Bash we boarded the ferry and headed towards a very beautiful Island, it showed us all it had to offer today - black cockatoos, koalas, stunning views, amazing monoliths and some beautiful trees.
Making our way around the island, this was our next stop. This was a little tricky as the place was quite busy, but we had an opportunity to make the grab and sign the log.
Thanks burgo78 for placing the cache here.

**Find#7,547**
Found while visiting Townsville for the 2022 Easter Mega.
Used the hint to advantage, and then our tall muggle friend Patto was very helpful to retrieve the cache.
It was in excellent condition.
PamJ and I were very grateful, although I was able to successfully return it
**Thanks for the fun burgo78**

Day 5 of my magnificent Mega trip to Townville with SnappyTomCats. Today we caught the 8am ferry across to Magnetic Island for the day. Such a beautiful place.
It took a sharp eye to spot the location of this cache. Quickly retrieved.

The Hippo
A lozenge-shaped road in Morpork between Five Ways and Losing Street, heading for Onion Gate. Even nearby residents, without the benefit of an aerial view, tend to assume that it is named after the city's famous hippopotami. Its shape suggests it was probably a racetrack in the days of the Empire, probably called the Hippodrome, in the Ephebian fashion.

Day 5 of our Townsville Mega event weekend. Today along with hevwalker we took the ferry for a day on Magnetic Island, do do touristy stuff and find a few caches. Arrived at GZ to find a gaggle of muggles enjoying a feed...so much so that they where taking no notice of us. So we made a stealthy quick grab and replace! TFTC
After lunch at the pub across the road, we decided to wander over here and have a look. None of the muggles were paying us any attention and we made a quick find. Thanks for the cache
