10:58am.Braved the barking canines and gave GZ a good surveying.Possible disturbances to GZ which may have occurred between the last finder and today.Shall return at a later stage.Cheers Sweetmanda!Kindest Regards, - Alephroom.
Glad I had my tall and intrepid geohubby with me today, as I don't think I would have been able to sign it otherwise. TFTC
While the pre summer weather is pleasant, I thought I'd spend a bit outdoors while I had some free time. Not sure my sandals made this easy to get to. Thanks for the cache.
Nice easy climb. Accidentally dropped rubber thing holding log in roll. Sorry about that. TFTC

The original location has become a bit of a muggle hangout, and the original hide has been removed. I have placed the new hide nearby but clear of this area.

A mix of these evil spiders stopping cachers from finding it and the heat today wasn’t a great mix.
But will be back with a friend or two to help soon!

After a report from the Booos about the log being wet again, I went around to find the write in rain paper soaked! It didn’t help that the o ring on the bison was also missing. I have therefore also changed the container as well and tucked it away. Please be careful of the o rings when retrieving logs.
We found it! Didn’t take too long and still managed to write our names even though it was wet.
Satellite view helped a lot in finding this hide, is slightly above waist level at from the base
Unfortunately we had to end the day wutha DNF. We weren't sure we had the right level and it was dark.
After a report of a useless log due to it being wet, I have replaced it with a brand new WIR paper and a new o ring to replace the missing one.
Another reserve cache down. The log is damp and falling to pieces so placed a piece of paper inside and signed it. The cache can do with attention. TFTH.
I spent all my time focussed on the wrong tree. As I was giving up and returning to my car I spotted something hanging. Bingo! TFTC
With the mercury expected to soar into the high 30's I made an early start of it as meandered around the burbs picking up a handful of caches along the way. Time restraints and the heat eventually forced me to call it a day about midday.
Once at the right lvl this one was soon spotted.
Thanks

Found! Needed to video chat with a friend to find it though. Tricky and blends in well, definitely not waist height for me though! TFTC
With the weather in good form and a bunch of caches by Sweetmanda waiting to be found, Oldmorty and I headed south. With a large list of pros to visit we ended up finding all we attempted bar 2.
Nice easy find here. Log was a little damp but still managed a few monikers. TFTC!

Teamed up again with morty8888 for a days caching around Glen Alpine. Today's target was the CO's small parks series. We visited twenty of the twenty one caches in the series and had eighteen finds and two dnf's. We didn't attempt number 18 as we weren't sure how to access the park. I enjoyed reading the background to the naming of the parks/reserves and noted that a lot of the containers were something that I regularly see for sale at the local chemist chain for use as a pill container.
Another one hanging waiting to be found.

#5576- Being from the mountains, I grian when I hear micro, but this was a simple one. Thanks
So hate reading logs that say I saw it walking in. Well this was right. TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
This was the start of a caching day - the first since COVID hit. It was lovely to see rassilon256, misspalot and geobeau64. I immediately noted the series of flood detention basins that these open spaces form, with an unusually designed outlet near the cache. Successful cache find!
The start of another (sadly rare now) day of caching with misspalot, llama_boy and geobeau64. After parking on Boythorn Avenue for a catch-up, this was our first target. llama_boy noted the dual purpose of the reserve as detention basins in the event of flooding in the area, and misspalot saw the cache instantly upon approach.
Nice find. Log bit damp and little to write. Lots of yellow crested white cockatoos around very quite during week . TFTC
#7369 (5 of 8 today)
After an enforced layoff (grumble, grumble) I finally managed to get out this afternoon for a walk around Ambarvale, looking to up my calendar day find count. Needed to pick somewhere I could get some numbers in a relatively easy walk, so this area fit the bill nicely.
Got my first seven before muggles intruded - meaning I took to *The Hademobile* until I found one more that was muggle free. Then time to head home and beat peak hour.
Was there a horse race today?
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
The most troublesome find of the day - so many spots to check.
Did the full 360 with no joy - doing my best to avoid a plethora of spider webs.
Went for the hint. Hmmm...
Decided to step back and trust the iPhone. There... Oh. Gotcha!
Completed signing duties and replaced, then away.

This one took a little longer but we soon spotted the attachment and then the cache! There were lots of lorikeets squawking away above us while we signed the log, thank you
After reading a eww logs we soon had the cache in hand, although it did take a bit to find it. Nice spot in the reserve. Thank you
Found myself up in the Campbelltown area after a change of plans. Picked off a bunch of caches over a few hours. Lots of swooping birds out today. All caches found with decent coordinates and quality hints. TFTC
Yesterday I decided I would come down to the Campbelltown area today for some caching, which was lucky as a few more were published yesterday giving me more choice.
It wasn't the pleasant drive down I had expected with the M5 overcrowded with semi-trailers speeding and overtaking each other.
I stopped briefly in the town for one cache then came here.
This is a really large park and could be pleasant but the eucalypts seem to all be surrounded by African Olive plants. Its a horrid fast spreading weed!
I checked the hint to help. Hate those hints which use body part measures, how tall is the CO??
I checked lots of places and finally spotted the cache, easily in reach for me - the CO can't be as tall as I thought!

We found this cache easily. Part of the reason for that was because we were shorter than an adult. Although we found it quickly it was still fun.
I have found many caches before, but this my first one found on my account. This cache is great to start off with.
Great team find, with super_larlie navigating us here and mirb_girl making the find. Nice and simple, but still enjoyable find.

Starting to get these caches in the area done with MizCupcake. This was a quick and easy. No muggles about due to the rain. TFTC!
Drove to Campbelltown and Narellan today to try and get a lot of caches in the area. I had not been there for a while since for some reason Campbelltown is my caching nemesis. Today only 2 DNF, so came home happy. A quick find here.
