This geocacher reported that there is a problem with this cache.

14-Sep-23
Logbook is soaked and needs replacing.

13-Sep-23
Solved this puzzle the other night while being unable to retrieve another cache due to a muggle. Arrived at the wrong answer first time. Re-checked everything multiple times and couldn't find where I went wrong. Then I adjusted my sitting position. D'oh! Arrived at GZ tonight to find the cache exposed on the ground. Didn't seem to be the intended hiding spot but that seemed to be next to it. Log is soaked so had to improvise by signing a leaf and putting that inside. TFTC.

06-May-23
A day out was organised with Michells&hound and allister w to the badlands to find caches that all three of us had not found. It was a fun day even though I had a bit of trouble walking as my back was playing up. Luckily there weren't any long walks involved and we managed to find all but one of the caches we looked for. The weather was a bit hit and miss and we did get rained on a couple of times, but the rain didn't last long. Big Grin

A quick solve at the given coords then a short walk to a typical BFE hide. Cool

Thanks for the cache BFE. Smile

We found 27 caches for the day and a splendid time was had even through JJ had issues with her sciatica. Only 1 dnf for the day which was a good return.
Always enjoy a nice quick multi TFTC BFE

After a quick search I noticed I had messed something up. Back to the listed coordinate where a recall was done. Back close to where I was, just a few further along.

I found your D2.0/T1.5 Small Multi-Cache called It's: Loral, Almost A Palindrome on 27 January 2023. It was find #17547 for me. Thank you Bob From Elsewhere for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of South Australia.

After trying to not look like a weirdo examining a random bench, the coordinates were quickly obtained. It also took my smooth brain a couple of seconds to figure out why the container wouldn't open.

After a medical appointment had a little time to spare on the edge of the suburbs, so thought I'd clean a couple of marks of the caching map! A couple proved elusive, but most nice quick finds!

An interesting place to sit and watch the buses fly by!

Much gratitude to Bob From Elsewhere for placing and maintaining this cache on our SA geo game map Cool

Looking around every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck WinkCoolBig Grin Plenty of that actually!!!

Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]

Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on Big Grin
Now our borders are open - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!

The fourth and final cache we found along the obahn busway today. Geokid enjoyed working out the coordinates to the cache location and was quick to spot the hiding spot at GZ. She's starting to recognise likely locations for hides. TFTC Smile

First co ords let us to a beautiful tree in Loral Street. No cache... after reading the hint, we realised we messed things up. Lol
Second trial went better although still few meters off.
Thanks for the cache!!

We waited for the temperature to cool off a little before heading out. A pleasant early evening walk along the shady o-barn walking track. Arriving at GZ, some likely coordinates were soon calculated. The cache was soon spotted, signed the log, and replaced as found. TFTC!

Took the bike out for a christmas morning ride to find a newish tradition and as a bonus found 3 multis as well. All by BFE.
Hope the festive season is treating you well, and the new year even better.

After attending the Early Birds Event this morning, I headed off for a few hours caching in the northern suburbs.

My main targets were some previously solved puzzle caches and some multis. I also managed to complete the Adventure Lab cache at Thorndon Park Reservoir.

Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for the cache.

23-Oct-21
There wasn't much happening around the Famous IV's house this afternoon so I headed out to gather a few long solved puzzles around the lower slopes of Black Hill, make a dent in the O-Bahn Walk From Tea Tree Plaza To Paradise series, as well as grab a few other caches along the way. All up 16 were sought, and although the first one was a DNF the rest were located. A great selection of hides in things as diverse as boots, in tree hollows, under old metal, beneath logs and in pipes. A few hides were recycled which made those finds not too onerous. TFTC BFE.

17-Oct-21
An unusual construction to the seat made this maths puzzle simple enough, albeit with some unexpected numbers (e.g. the number of legs). After a quick calculation we knew where to head and the map surely had us in the right spot, yet the hide was to be found some metres away Smile TNLNSL TFTC

The usual Wednesday wander by the befuddled animals had the Adder, Rat and Starfish re visiting the north east suburbs seeking a number of hides that had been published since our last visit. While the Rat and Starfish walked along the bikeway collecting a few others they needed the adder headed to GZ to start gathering the info needed. Cache was found in an obvious hide. Signed and returned. Thank you for the placement of the It's: Loral, Almost A Palindrome cache It's: Bob From Elsewhere find number 7729 at 21 April 2021 9:39 am

I had almost all of March away from caching to concentrate on the Garden. Surprised Time to get back to working towards my goals for the year.Razz Also Time to get back into the regular Wednesday Wandering again. [^] Today myself, Blackadders and S.A. Sewer Rats headed out on a BFE rampage. Last puzzle meeting night we had worked on all the new BFE puzzles and decided it was high time to go and find them all - and his multi caches, trads and even the lab cache series. Wink The other two having already found some whilst I was in the garden completed all that was required to get the Rat to TBFEN. Surprised Unfortunately we didn't have time to revisit 3 so I could get there and an early DNF on a BFE meant that would be impossible anyway. Twisted I ended up with 3 DNF's today - so much for goal number 3! Surprised

The Snake uncovered this one and it didn't seem all that familiar. Smile A new one or am I losing my memory? [B)] Having all found this one I began to walk on alone whilst the others moved the car further along to catch up further down the track.

Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. Twisted So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers to single digits. Cool That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]

Out on the bike today to target some new O-Bahn caches. Would you believe I was sitting on this seat less than a week before this cache was published, but had to return for the information! Today my GPS had me right in the middle of the path, so I made this much harder than I needed to! I bet Bob doesn't reelise there are black posts on both sides of the path. Surprised I picked the wrong one of course, triggering the yapping muggle dog! Muggle neighbour then decided to check his mail box and eyed me suspiciously! Nothing to see here, just stopped for a drink!! After he left I quickly found the cache on the opposite side of the path and with said dog still barking, signed the log and got out of there. Stealth was not an option! TNLN SL Thanks for the cache (& fun) BFE.

Owl has been without a workable car for 3 weeks, so it has been a month since she found a real cache. Loading Eagle up, she promised him a walk along the bike track... with a couple of caches! The numbers were soon crunched, but looking in the wrong direction had her worried about them at GZ. Eagle watched on, puzzled why she didn't just sign the cache he could see (could have said something!), but it was eventually noticed in a d'oh! moment and they headed down the path again.

Thanks Bob from Elsewhere for the series of 3 O'bahn caches that I have completed today. Nice to get out into the great outdoors.

Glenelg is a palindrome. Ton a Glenelg a not is also a palindrome.

The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

The cache was maintained on 2 Feb 2021.

The listed coordinates were corrected.

The description has been changed to plastic/timber slats.

Please walk from the suggested parking location and the seat will be found.

Check Sum for A B C D E = 14 was also added.

1. There is no seat at listed co-ords.
2. There is a seat however 20m away at S34 50.281 E138 41.043
3. Using the above seat gives co-ords to within 15m, after incorrect calculations, to [Bladerunner: The Tyrell Owl](https://coord.info/GC3J6KN)
4. The placement date is not a palindrome here in Australia. 12/2/21 is however.
5. Wondering how many finders have logged the wrong cache?

04-Feb-21
There is no seat at listed co-ords!
Been stolen?

04-Feb-21
So the seat was moved from the original listed co-ords BFE?
Or none of the previous finders bothered to tell you the listed co-ords were incorrect?

04-Feb-21
Coordinates changed from:
S 34° 50.280 E 138° 41.055

Coordinates changed to:
S 34° 50.281 E 138° 41.043

Distance from original: 60.3 feet or 18.4 meters.

There is now a seat at the corrected listed coordinates. S 34° 50.281' E 138° 41.043'

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Joint bronze with Izwalk
Saw this one published yesterday afternoon but I was about 60 kilometers away so no possible chance of FTF. This morning I was heading to the shops and decided to make a small detour on the way. Parked as directed in a familiar street and wandered to the listed coords. Saw a familiar couple sitting on the target and as I approached they stood and started walking towards me. Asked if they got the coordinates for GZ. Answer Yes and they would wander slowly to GZ.
A quick gather of some information and quickly realised that I made a rooke mistake on one bit of info. Corrected.that. then looked and wondered if BFE was being tricky with another of the bits of info so I put down both possibilities. Started the Bobmaths and quickly realised that one of the two possibilities would not work so no trickery. Got the final coordinates and wandered down.to where Izwalk were searching. I joined the search and had to widen the search area a couple of times before a very typical BFE hide was found. Cache extracted, log extracted and signed by Izwalk and stamped. Then all reassembled and hidden as found. No palindromes were found or hurt on this exercise.
