Great spot! I grabbed some lunch at Cable Bay takeaway brought it down here for a spot of lunch and quick stroll to pick up this one lovely camo tied was well out. Tftc
On a caching journey up to the north with Supernannny and Net61 to find some caches. Many kilometres were driven over a few days and many caches were found. Thanks to all the cache owners for the placements. After lunch we made our way to Taipa. As the tide was out we made our way around the shoreline to gz. A bit of a scramble and we soon had our hands on this well camouflaged cache. Tftc
Had some free time today and took our guests on a drive over here, very selfless of course Looked for this one cacheTftc
Really cool camo high tide on percent nearly gave up till read comments fav point
Unfortunately we didn’t find this one either, based on last few comments may have been some storm action
Did not find but after storm the last couple of days maybe no longer there??
Unfortunately after the storm the last few days. This area has been washed very clean
Found three hours before lowtide and the water was still a distance away. Although an over rocks walk they are easy going with a little climb for your reward. There is a parking area at the bottom of the metal road. I'll give it a because the CO has been creative.
Made our way here just after high tide, Great hide! One of our faves - thank you! Geopup loved the walk here
Came up for a drive with the kids - decided to pop in here and grab this cache. Parked up an made our walk to GZ - not too many options. Cache located after brief search. Signed and replaced. TFTC
Getting here was interesting with large ruts in the road. Reconsider bringing your town car here. Thankfully a quick snag and tag here. Cheers.
Day 7, Wednesday 26 January - Tokerau to Cape Rienga and back today with Toby and Lenny. Then over to Mangonui and Hihi before returning to Tokerau Beach. Zara gets a rest at Tokerau Beach. Got caught in a cloud burst later today. Incredible after 15min of rain there were creeks running down the side of hills as wide as Toby where there was green grass earlier. Then it was crossing the road over 150 to 200mmm deap and there were 3 crossings withina 1 kilometer stretch. So lets get exploring!
Zara, Toby, Lenny and I are on our North Island expidition for a couple of weeks. Got The Seagnoid along for the first 4 days, heading to the Auckland Mega. PWGTs and TMGTs are on the radar for this trip. Lots of driving on gravel roads and visited lots of amazing places on our 6000km road trip snagging 200+ caches along the way. Visiting Cape Reinga, Bay of Islands, Gisborne and White Rock along our journey. Another awesome trip. Thanks to all CO's.

That was quite a scramble! Had to just walk to make the numbers decrease as the direction was all over the place. SL TFTC

It was time for a wee drive down to Taipa/Coopers Beach area to have a bit of a look around and to sign off the odd cache or three.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Quick find this morning while out with friends from Cable Bay. Hopefully we are training them properly. Thtc
Walked from Manganui to Coopers beach to get the caches in the area.

Out with Team SEAC on a long weekend raid of the upper north island. This was the fourth day of caching, and we cached around the Mangonui area. This was a quick find following the hint. Signed Team SEAC to save space. TFTC.
Great hide, well hidden. Gets a fav point from me.
Day 4 of our trip. Loved our time in this part of NZ. Group of us from Auckland took the weekend off and explored the area. Thanks for taking the time to place this cache. All cache logs signed as "SEAC". Sorry for generic logs.

With the mega being postponed a plan was hatched for some of the Team SEAC crew to head north for some fun. Today was day 4 and after a big day yesterday we decided to make it a slower one, stay local to where we were staying and enjoy the area.
After success at the other local cache we wandered over here for a looksee. Sneak little hidey spot with very nice camo...deserves a favourite point!
Thanks for the cache.

Day four of our SEAC trip into Northland, and we decided to have a slightly less full on day of driving and explore the area around our accommodation. After a leisurely start and coffee we set off to find caches.
After doing the nearby cache we wandered over to this one and made a quick find. TFTC!

Day three of our caching adventure, with a group of like minded people from Auckland. Our local lodgings are at Cable Bay with an amazing outlook..... Staying local today preparing for the trip home on Tuesday..... Early finish enabling this logging.
Thanks to the CO's for placing the caches found today.

Beauti beach for a wonder to Gz. Got the tide right and little search and found the sneaky hind of which is well cared. So pleased it’s been replaced. Tftc
Tide was out so took a wander around the rocks. Nice quick find although a bit tricky to extract. Tftc
I'm up here to fill in another dot day on my grid. Yah. Now I have 2 months complete - July and October. This is not an easy task in the far north as it requires a lot of driving to fill these in.
Thanks for replacing this after the last one got muggled. I saw it come out but I thought thedbees were still away. I was going to try and con the crew into coming up for the ftf the next day. A great hide here

A new cache published today so off I went to collect it. Tide was going out so an easy stroll along the rocks to the new hiding place. I love the camo used on this cache, but it did not fool me this time. TFTC and [FTF] for me.
