After birthday lunch today with our daughter for her 19th yesterday at Coolum, I convinced the driver that we really needed to just stop by for one cache for the start of the new year. No time for more as we had to get to hardware for some plumbing things & grocery shop for provisions for our 2 week trip away in the boat.
Anyway here we were at a little roundabout trying to find a grass tree. Made do with lomandra & had some success. Hid in amongst it to sign while J had a phonecall & muggle dog walkers passed by.
Yay! 1st cache for 2021!

Anyway here we were at a little roundabout trying to find a grass tree. Made do with lomandra & had some success. Hid in amongst it to sign while J had a phonecall & muggle dog walkers passed by.

After completing the AL on the coast i ventured in to grab this cache. After riding in the hard way i noticed there was a much easier approach to return back to the coastline.

A quick stop on my way past today and once at GZ the cache was soon in hand.
Always helps to have good coords.

Grabbed a handy stick and did some bashing around and the cache was soon spotted.
We decided on one last find before heading back home to Redcliffe. We had a night on the drinks planned with my mother which sounds about as much fun as a night on the drink with your mother-in-law.
Once again I jumped out alone while my wife did some Instagram therapy on her busted foot. There were a lot of plants to look under but I’m used to looking under the lounge for my car keys or a drop of sanity.
After lifting up a few skirts (not harking back to my teenage years) I soon had the cache in hand. Maybe we could make it home in time for a nana nap. tftc

Fortunatley there were no muggles around this arvo so we had the place to ourselves to look for the cache. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC camdd 
TFTC took longer than it should, but end of a long day. Haven't been in here for a very longer time. Area has changed a lot. TNLNSL
This is my 2nd favourite cache. Why? Because me, my dad and my step mum planted it.
I found this nicely placed cache at 12.19pm thanks to the CO’s for placing it here. Very quiet place here this morning.
