So we went to the north finding stuff with satelites!! On the great Frog'n'cat adventure of '22...

There might have been some scenic shots. We may have done some 4wding. We did look for boxes in the bush of course !!! Priorities Wink

Another lonely fella - and barely a marker to remember him by.

Water is scarce and precious out here.

Many thanks to Freddo for placing and maintaining this cache on our geo-travel map Cool

Up in the donga, searching, spotting and signing cache logs with Purrfect Di, Jack, and the Froghoppin Duo, using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck WinkCoolBig Grin Plenty of that luck stuff actually !!!

*Logs are composed and published with love using GSAK of course.*

Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Watch out for sand traps, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and sharp rocks in your tyres Surprised
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for germs and bugs !!! . [xx(]

Make Travel Bugs the Only bugs you share and pass on Big Grin
Now that there are no real restrictions - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!

Heaps good of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting Cool

Thanks so much for reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Wink Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again !

Left Arkaroola this morning, heading toward Chambers Gorge for our next camp Smile. Passed a crew grading the road, then it was a smooth (and slightly slippery drive) to find some caches along the way Cool.

A very lonely place to die Sad.
Thanks Freddo the Chocolate Frog.

Logging this one as a beta tester.

In July last year a small group of us headed up from Adelaide to the northern Flinders Ranges to do some exploring and find a few caches. The main aim was to find caches in and around Arkaroola and the Vulkathunna-Gammon Ranges National Park. We had some fun navigating around the various roads and 4WD tracks and walking and scrambling up and down the hills and creek lines. It certainly is a very spectacular and rugged part of the state.

We also took the opportunity to place a few caches, including this one.

Thanks Freddo for the cache.

After checking out Chambers Gorge we headed north to Arkaroola stopping here to seek a cache.
Travelling is much easier these days with air conditioned vehicles filled with refrigerated drinks.
Thanks Freddo

Yay. Found it. Another fun adventure, many thanks for the hide.

We broke camp at Arkaroola and headed to balcanoona station for what we knew was a great shower. Worth every cent of the $5.50. Hot and with some power behind it. As we had travelled in via Copley quondong cafe we thought we would return via blinman before a few days at Clare. This cache was at the beginning of a stunning journey south.

GeoVenture Mega Event at Millicent, still looking forward to it!! A new date has been proposed for October 2021 now.

This one was found while out and about with Janet on our epic Arkaroola trip. Always keen on a Bowz2 cache butt his was an imposter in the series. Still well worth a stop. A short walk and a quick find and all in good condition.

Brad has injured both his hamstrings when a scoundrel tried to steal his bicycle. The thief was caught and when last seen was being loaded into a Police car to head off to the Poice Station to assist the Police with their inquiries.

As a result of these injuries Brad is quite limited in his movements and may be for some time. With well over 500 draft logs sitting waiting to be caught up on that has provide the excuse to got back and deal with some of these outstanding logs. They do go back some time and with 500+ it may take a while to get through them all. Apologies to any CO where Brad's detrailed memory of the find has faded a little.
