Heading home after the long weekend and we decided to drop by a few caches that have appeared since our last visit.Started looking in the wrong place first but then the GPSr settled and we found a very appropriate container.Favourite point from us.TFTC
Heading home after a fun day out caching with my mate Snips. After dropping him off I headed out towards Latrobe to just grab a couple more before calling it a day As for this cache, I got a giggle out of the cache name. I see what you did there . Such a beautiful home, with an interesting history, and then I found the cache! Definitely worthy of a for both the cache name and the logbook container.TFTC TasCodersKeep smiling
Nice find, not what I originally thought. Love it when the cache is unique. TFTC
In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find. This was another neat little hide that was picked up quickly today. Given a fav, for something different. Thanks TasCoders for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
Realized we had missed this one on our way back from Tarleton. So I headed out for a solo walk from camp to pick it up. Cool container I liked it
#741 ~ Loved it. A favorite from me. Found with Krossbo whilst enjoying our week long holiday here visiting from QLD. Log is full but managed to find a spot to squeeze in our names though. TFTC TasCoders and thanks for your creativity to create a fun hide/find
Found this Cool cache with Muddtrax while on our Tassie trek. Log is full but we found a small space to log it. TFTC.
Probably not a good idea to head out just before dark but we looked everywhere and couldnt find it. Today is not our day
After spending a few relaxing days in Devonport with muggle friends I thought I'd drive home on a few different roads and target a couple of drive by caches. This was a fabulous spot to pull off a somewhat busy road. After reading previous logs thought I’d be here for a while but thankfully found it relatively quickly.
A great story of a brave pioneering woman. Thanks Tascoders for a fun and unique cache.

Absolutely loved this cache container, we are always excited to see what Tascoders come up with for their hides, we never quite know what we are going find. Found this one surprisingly quickly and almost by accident. It was almost too simple compared to what we were expecting guess we just got lucky today and had our cache glasses on
Thanks for another awesome hide Tascoders, can’t wait to find the next one another favourite point from us

We could not find this damn cache. GPS had us looking at what we thought was the right location. Knowing the Cache owners and the type of hides, we felt we knew what we were looking for. But we searched and searched until right where we should be we uncovered exactly what we expected, how we didn't see it first up is beyond us.
Fav for the time we wasted and also a great cache container.

Well spotted by geosis, worried it may have disappeared as looked like someone had a party, but lo and behold there it was tucked away but in plain sight. TFTC

Hi and thanks for the cache.
Found with AlbyDangles.
On day 4 of our West Coast / North West caching adventure, now heading homewards.
After a cursory glance at one 'thing' I spotted the cache in the very next place I looked.
As expected, a clever hide of a cute container, a fav
FLTF.
Cheers, EPs.

We needed a find today to fill a gap on our caching calendar so combined searching for this cache with meeting family for lunch in Latrobe. The serious business was attended to first of course! A quick find not quite where we thought it'd be. Thanks for the cache
Nice Container loved it. Found this one a few weeks ago on my way past...sorry don't know what date.
Stopped in last night to look for this one on the way past. searched everywhere at GZ but couldnt seem to locate the cache.
Hi TasCoders...very accurate coords had me in the right spot and soon found the exc cache...with all in top condition.

Pulled up and walked over to GZ, the cache and contents were found all in good order
Today with the weather not looking so bright in Launceston seemed like a good idea to head to the north west for a full days caching. Started in Latrobe before heading west and finding myself in penguin then detouring back home via penguin and 2 caches in Launceston to top off a long day out. Total of 66 finds and 15 labs for the day
Thanks for the cache

Mindful of long grass incase any frogs mortal enemies were near by , lucky for me just the frog
Thanks for the cache. Apologies for the generic cache. Spent four days 'up north; with Lil Rafa and the GeoGSP. Today was day 4, a bit cloudy today, but no rain, so another good day for caching. Today we did a bit of a circle, before heading back to Latrobe (again) for more caches and lunch, and then a couple along the highway as we headed back home. Thanks to all the co's for placing the caches for our enjoyment. This one gets a favourite for the cache container.
Thanks for the cache TasCoders.
Up north for a few days with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP. Today we were heading back home, but we had time to grab a few caches after having an early lunch in Latrobe. What a great cache container - a favourite point from me! All is well at GZ, a nice quick find.

Today we headed to Latrobe with whitewebbs to attend the community event and took the opportunity to find some caches in the area and this was one of them.
Although it rained most of the day we were still able to enjoy day and we visited some areas not been to before.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Up from Hobart Mrs W travelled to the Community Event at Latrobe with Tassie Trekkers in pouring rain. As we had a day of caching planned we packed a change of clothes and the rain coats. Arriving in Latrobe around 8.30 am we cached until 7.30 pm and had an enjoyable break at the event for two hours. Our list of caches changed as the weather improved or worsened so we will have missed a few. Gives us a reason to return. Liked the container, deserves a favourite as Mrs W loves frogs. TFTC
Came out to "do" the Earth Cache associated with the Shale Works, and earn a souvenier in the offing; then once on site grab a couple of traditionals. Whitebaiters on the river prevented us looking for a quick drive by, but we remembered this one on the trip home. GPS slow, but we got there in the end, and very pleased we did as one can count on TasCoders to provide an amusing or clever hide. Thanks for another one ! I might have to employ one of my nephews with the necessary equipment to do some similar manufacturing ...... heh, heh !

Being such a nice day I decided to catch up on caches yet to be found in the Latrobe area. Thank you for the interesting local history you have included in the cache description.
A couple of days off from work and it seemed like a reasonable forecast, so I thought some time in the north west would be good with three aims. One get a break from work, two get a few puzzles that I need to claim a challenge cache in Hobart and finally get a few caches to get the wonders of the World Series done.
The drive up on Thursday was an indication of things to come. Regular showers and very cold. This continued right through the two days. At the end of each day my trousers, shows and socks where Completely saturated.
A few DNFs were had, mainly due to not wanting to search in the current shower more than anything else. Just over 100 finds for the two days, more on the first day less On the second.
Tftc.
A very cool cache container. Favourite point given

It wasn't as wet under foot as what we had expected which made for easy access. Acvurate coordinates and a logical hide location led to a quick find of an aptly themed and very well constructed cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks TasCoders for another enjoyable cache.
Thank you for the cache from GeoMaggie and her sidekick Bonnie. With Angus 88. Great cache
Very quick find Beira Maggie. Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome “Mylittlebus” looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook. Join us there. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.
Followed the footprints through the grass but didn’t find anything until I looked from a different direction. Thanks for the cache.
Another well designed cache, very creative. Third to find, didn't see it til I was walking back. TFTC! fav point from me
