The plan for today is to catch up with LyonsPride3. Travelling with +Wife and EveTheStaffy down towards Venus Bay.It's a bit cool but nice and clear weather. This is one of our finds for the day.Sometimes, things come together like a mass-produced hamburger. This was mostly definitely one of those occasions.
Too busy at ground zero, so we went and had some KFC first.Return to make the find.Enjoying a day off in Leongatha.Out caching with Sharon14 & [email protected] you hide Stammily
Found with gwd.aussie and Sharon14.Decision was made last night to head down to Leongatha for some caching. Plenty of newer caches for us to find since our last visit.Arrived at GZ during a very busy time deciding it was as good of a time as any to grab something to eat before returning to make the find. Thanks Stammily
A day with gwd.aussie and D@geo in Leongatha. This is one of the caches we found. Thanks for placing the cache Stammily
Actually turns out we did have enough to determine GZ. What a perfect ending! In the past I have resorted to using this playground myself when the kids were young. Always a hit! Thanks Stammily, its been a fun series, fav point from me
Initial plans for today were aborted so SnipsandCo and I decided to cache in Leongatha. We hit up the playground series along with a few other strays. This was one of the caches after gathering the information we needed..at GZ I took on the decoy role while Snips was drirected to the cache... not great timing on our behalf with school finishing there were lots of muggles about. Favourite point for this series that I've had on my to do list for some time.
Two of the geocaches in this series (#1 and #10) are currently disabled awaiting maintenance. If you are attempting this series and require the missing clues, please message the CO and we will happily provide them.
We worked hard yesterday and the previous day to collect the clues from the Leongatha parks to obtain the final.
We are thankful to the CO, who were so helpful in supplying missing numbers in order for us to complete the final.
TFTC and going out of your way with so much assistance
We easily found the cache at a very unexpected location….. one which every child is familiar with.

Cache replaced and moved slightly. Please use Geochecker to reveal updated coordinates.
Cache has been replaced in a nearby location (15m away). Please use the Geochecker to reveal a note with the new coords.
On our return to Leongatha we took the opportunity to again look for this one as we had a DNF previously when it was unavailable due to works in the area. Fortunately it is back on line and we were able to make a relatively quick find. Thanks for an enjoyable series in town.
Hi Bunjil, the area adjacent to GZ is currently undergoing major construction works. The location of GZ is being rebuilt and we will repace ASAP. We are keeping a close eye on the progress of the works and pondering a comparative replacement hide. Thanks!
No luck today. There has been some work going on and a fence once there has been removed. If it is still there it may now be buried!
Was with Ski Pair who have not found it, the article the cache was on has been removed and works are in progress at GZ, this may need disabling
We did a maintenance run and indeed the structure has been removed. We will work on a replacement asap.

Back on the trail today from Korumburra to Leongatha. Arrived around lunchtime and before before we ate we had to overcome our previous DNF here. Fortunately not too many muggles so we started the search after about 10 mins the sneaky hide was located.
As we had done the playgrounds in the past it was really an enjoyable series.
Thanks Stammily

Wowza this final mystery was a bit of a challenge. Mrx2 and doeraeme kept questioning me about whether the final coordinates were correct. Once I re-read the description and we saw the rainy-day playground we knew we were actually in the right place. There were lots of muggles around so we had to be discrete. It was doeraeme me who made the find for us in the end. Thanks for this series, we really enjoyed our afternoon visiting all of the parks and finding the caches!
We have completed all Playground Series except for 10 which was disabled at the time. Having the code we made the calcs and it took us to a likely spot. I did have a pretty good search and tried lots of places without luck. Will keep a watch on this one and hope to get it next time.
Great series.

The easing of Covid19 travel restrictions, gave us the perfect opportunity to team up with Suscoe and spend a couple of days caching in sunny South Gippsland, including this find on our mostly "Gatha Day"
We were surprised at the number of interesting playgrounds around town, especially as they held useful information!
Fabulous sunny day today, no need to be indoors!
Thanks Stammily for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Suscoe and Phetlern were caching in the Leongatha area today.
It was a delightful day with plenty of sunshine.
We enjoyed finding a range of caches in a variety of locations.
Thanks toStammily.
This was our last find for the day.
A good end point for our work.
A most enjoyable day out in Leongatha and we thank the cache owners for their efforts.

Cache maintenance run today and all is good here. As some of the other caches in the series are currently disabled, I have provided the missing clues in the description that are required to solve this mystery geocache.
Out with frmen1 on our COVID restrictions observed geo-hunt. Our plan was to target this series for today and that will leave the rest of Leo for another day. When we worked the co-ords out, I thought that I was waaaaaay out. Then read the description and we were relieved. Made our way to the busy gz and sat for a while. A quick hunt between muggles. Then another quick hunt, then another. Then it was spotted...it's all to do with looking in the right direction. TFTC and a great series. Fav pt given for series and a couple of individual trads have been given their own.
Worked out and found with tassie expat during a rare day off together. Thanks for the series, we enjoyed driving around finding them and their final clues for this final one.
The weather was looking good and I needed to get out of the house, with restrictions lifted in regional Vic I headed out to explore Kurumburra and Leongatha armed with My mask and Sanitizer, I had a great day exploring the region, this is one of the caches I found today. I was glad that most of these were far enough away from the playgrounds, some great hides. This took longer than it should due to the many Muggles coming ang going. Thanks for the series.
Thanks Stammily for the cache.

Ftf with skunk junior (skunk028). Wow, what a day! Starting the day painting window frames but saw there were many new gc’s in town. So I dropped everything and bolted to McIndoe Park with skunk028 arriving at the same time. Decided to join forces and ended up exploring Leongatha’s playgrounds with the best geocaching company. Congrats to Stammily for a fabulous gc marathon with lots of creative, fun, and some challenging hides. Your effort and imagination is greatly appreciated. So love the mystery cache! A very fitting, and much needed, finale. Well done
FTF WITH KBUCKY
Dad and I were off to get some
FTFS today. We didn't want to hog all 11 of them,so we weren't sure if we would get them all or just couple. When we arrived at the first cache we happened to bumb into KBUCKY who was also out to get some FTFS. So when dad went back to work KBUCKY took me on a mission to get all 11 FTFS in then the end 11 joint FTFS
Awsome park series from Stamily
