### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there deathbypizza,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

I mentioned back in September the log was full. The latest person to log says the same thing. Needs a CO visit to supply a new log.
Heading over this way to dog sit for my son and stopped to collect this well hidden cache.
Thanks for the fun Deathbypizza and Travelling Sister

A nice quick find at gz with the cache tucked neatly away. Thanks for the cache Death by pizza and Travelling Sister.
Mary MacKillop find 115.
I almost didn't find this one, as there are many potential hides here, and initially my GPS had me searching another area. This find will tick off another County/Shire, and be good for some Challenges. The log I signed was full. This could do with a CO visit to remove all the old logs and put in a new log.
The wattle bushes are blooming here at present and are a pretty sight.

Suscoe headed out to enjoy a few cache searches and finds today.
An early start up the highway.
Thanks to DeathbyPizza and The Travelling Sister for this hide.

Out and about early for work this morning so decided to get a few smiley faces. This was a nice and quick find.... First place I looked so that was lucky. Thank you
Our third find! Wasn't so obvious at first (probably because we were looking in the dark with headlights) but didn't take too long. Lots of cars driving past considering the time. TFTC
(Found with Bananaman7 around ~21:30)

So many muggles driving by while I spent way to long looking in the wrong spot
Staying Taylor's Lakes before flying to Adelaide tomorrow, thought we'd have a short walk to end the day and grab a couple of caches. Once we honed in on this one it was a quick find by Ben in the most obvious spot. Nice hide TFTC
My gosh, one of the quickest I've found, normally don't see what's on front off me lol. And what a lovely little walk through with some nice tree specimens. Thanks
Having an early Mother’s Day lunch at a nearby restaurant leaving there I decided to have a look for some quick caches on the way home. There are a lot of these caches around and always like to get them… nice quick find here today tftc

Well, happy new year, Deathbypizza and Travelling Sister.
A lazy start to the year, but how could I resist a Mary MacKillop cache near home for very long? So it seems appropriate to open this year's account with one here, continuing an association that began with finding a "Bobs the dog" trackable in a bushland cache nearly ten years ago.
A cheeky little hide.

That was fun. I looked there twice before I realised what I was looking for. Thanks for this!
During an errand to Water Gardens I dropped by to look for this micro. There it was, not too far from where I expected it to be. The cache is in excellent condition and there is lots of space in the log. Thanks for the cache Deathbypizza. SL as BS. TN. LN.
**Find #3457**
Just happened to be in the area today, and there is always time for a cache. A nice sneaky hide.
Thanks **deathbypizza**

The Bob Dylan song -"The Times They Are a-Changin'" comes to mind around these parts of Melb. In another life, well before geocaching was even born, we lived nearby. We found this cache and tried to comprehend some of the changes as we made our way to the Morning Tea Event in Deer Park.
We are gradually learning more about Mary.
Thanks deathbypizza for contributing to the geo-game.
