2nd times the charm. Newish log. Signed in spot number 4. Didn't find it last time after a very long look. The sun glare hindered a bit this time but was quickly spotted. Here with kiwisteve2. Heading to Taranaki to pick up another region and take my mother in law for a drive.Whanganui will be a lovely spot for lunch.Ps gets another fav. So cute!Tftc
I just had to keep looking as I could see there wasn't many hiding places for the cache here and sure enough, I spotted it.
What fun! Felt a tad inconspicuous hunting here but didnt take too long to earn a smile! Quick stroll up to this one while car charging Thanks for placement and also to the owners of this!
Awesome find. Thanks so much to the cache owner. My daughter loved this one! No pen sorry so just a photo
Great letterbox, and tiny cache nearly evaded me, but eagle eye kid found it no worries. Thanks for the lovely visit.
What a great location and theme. Locate the Payload quickly while lots of mums and kids were heading home after school. TFTC
Found this one in November with Cympill. Loved this cache so saved it for my 2000th find. TFC
Thanks for your amazing cache Watcache. I really appreciate the time you took to set up and maintain your caches. I have searched for your amazing cache a couple of previous occasions without success. I found this back in November with Fisher1288 but decided to hold back on logging until a SPECIAL occasion..... My 3000th.I have also awarded you a Favourite Cheers, Cympull.
Today we were leaving Whanganui heading towards Lower Hutt. We grabbed a few caches on the way.Parked up and wandered over to GZ.Cache quickly found on a very interesting hostTFTCTim and Viv - ddm
Sorry I didnt find it because I felt like I was trespassing even though the owner is aware its there.
After years on our bucket list and three cancellations due to Covid, we are thrilled to finally be here. Following several cruises we flew from Sydney, Australia to Wellington, New Zealand to begin our next adventure. Picked up our rental vehicle and will be driving, exploring, hiking, and caching both islands for 3.5 weeks. What a fun stop to see this cool creation. Took a minute before we spotted the cache so we could add our ink to the log. Thanks for adding to our adventure today, Nukeworker and Racquetball Girl, Arkansas, USA
Travelling between Levin and Wanganui today, I called in here due to the number of favourite points. Took me a while to figure out what type of hide this is, but I got there. Adding a FP of my own
Whoops have just realised I had not logged this one Great little little hideTricky oneTftgc, Mr +1 fav letter box
We were heading to Wellington and stopped off in Parmi to visit a cousin which I had never met until today. This cache was enroute and would be rude not to sign the log. Loved the aircraft letterbox. Found the cache after a short search. TFTC
Third time over the years we have looked for this one. Finally found it today and cant believe how close we had been each time tftc
Super cool cache location, nearly gave up searching as was pushed with other commitments in town, but soon had the cache in my hands.
I had signed up for an event called 'The Mudder' in Marton, at the Rangitikei Farmstay, and thought that it was the perfect excuse to take a couple of days off work and go on a 5-day road trip to Whanganui and Palmerston North. All up I travelled 1,650km and found over 200 caches/ad lab stages mostly targeting high favs.Parked across the road and spotted a muggle gardening next door. Was just contemplating leaving this when the muggle headed inside. Approached GZ and took a good look at the letterbox. It was then that I spotted the cache. I'm glad it didn't take too long to locate.
I was in the area for work again so took a late night 6hr/26km stroll.
Took a full sweep of the carrier before spotting this one.

What a cool letterbox! Ah - but what is it? New Zedaland uses the C130H Hercules Aircraft, made by Lockheed. We have just bought some C130J, which is still propeller driven, but longer, and with numerous other upgrades, especially in the flight deck and engines. But they all have a conventional tail. This letterbox has a T tail - I have seen this before... what is it?
Ah. The Airbus A400. We were looking at these for the replacement of the C130H. They stayed with the C130 family due to our currrent investment in training, spares, etc.
Okay enough about that. Took me ages to find the cache. Kinda embarrasing, in a way. Helped that the C130 will never carry bombs - it is just not kitted out for it. So where would a bomb cache be? Back at the airstrip? OKay, okay, a C130 might carry bombs. But only as a freight delivery.
On the other hand I have seen a C130 do target practice - standard training. They would push a parachuted pallet of stuff out the back and see if they can make it land on a target.
Favourite!
It's a four-day King's Birthday weekend! Lord knows why the boss gave the whole company a paid day off, but nice! Thank you very much! So I headed to Whanganui, and to Hawera, to get rid of some pesky green spots.

I'd just been on a great geotrip with my friend thedbees. We'd been to the Palmerston North area to collect the Stickmen and Viking puzzles. We'd then gone down to stay with another geocaching buddy in Greytown. She kindly drove us around that area before we set off to Levin via a few more specifically targeted caches. Today was the start of the long journey back to Paihia - only to Auckland today though.
I have always wanted to spend some time in Bulls geocaching. We always seem to just rush through this town but today we had made time. I loved the towns dedication to its name with all the little signs around the place providing such a laugh.
We parked up and took photos of the cool letterbox before ripping the bomb open to sign the log. Thanks for your cache in this fantastic little town

Fantastic mailbox for this area. I really enjoyed Bulls and the way they have taken the town name and had some fun with it. It was very adore-a-bull. TFTC.
Taking a short trip to Cambridge to pickup a car. Couldn’t go on a trip without geocaching!
Very cool letterbox and hide! Gets a FP now to have my eat-a-bull breakfast
I wrote in the log and placed the cache back as found, TFTCSL. Thanks watcache for this Traditional. Thanks for helping us get one step closer to our next milestone.

Fav point for the letterbox. My son was in the Air Force so I thought this was cool. This was going to be my 6000th cache but due to ad labs this didn't happen. Nice little cache which didn't take long to find. Tftc
Wow this letterbox is so cool. Had to get a photo while I was here. Favourite point for the location. Tftc
On our way out of town I filtered by favourite points to make a few finds as we head south.
Nice one. Great letterbox. The owner of the letterbox came out to collect his book while I was struggling to return the log.

Quick find after reading the logs that reminded me to look for hints in the title.

Nice quick find here today signed the log with xsaveya love the caches home. get favourite from me
My rule skip those that have the last entry as dnf. So pleased I broke my rule. The letter box is a delight and not really required to venture on private property well maybe one step. Thanks for the experience.
Quick find by the very cool letterbox. Names dropped as Ⓑarefootguru Ⓘnfoferret ⒸrystalFairy. Thanks watcache!
Full day of caching with with Infoferret and BFG. Signed all logs today as BIC. Quick easy find on a very interesting post box. T4TC. Favourite for a unique item.
Stopped off here for a look this morning. Soon had the cache in hand. Pretty cool letterbox. TFTC

This was a great cache, what an amazing job someone has done on this letterbox - so very nicely made. Got muggled by the property owners mother, who knew the cache was there but not where it was. Can't believe it took so long to locate it but it is hard not to feel conspicuous when hanging around someones letterbox. TFTC

#13,076. Park, walk and grab on Bridge Street in Bulls. Fortunately GZ was pretty quiet at the time of our visit. Found after a bit of looking around. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.Favorite point added for the (not) abom(b)inable location.Thanks for the placement, and for bringing us to this site, and .T h a n k s. .f o r. .t h e. .c a c h e..M a u r u u r u. .k o e. .n u i. .a t u. .h o k i. .t e. .k e t e r o k i.
What a net novel cache...not to sure about the D rating took quite a while to locate ..one feels very exposed sneaking around a private letter box out in the open people wondering what you are doing as they drive past
Maybe a subtle hint would be great ..many thanks for the placement watcache

An amazing letterbox and cache blended in very well. Almost by accident that I finally discovered this. I felt quite exposed looking for this and the road was very busy. Thanks for the placement watcache
One of two caches we found in Bulls on our way back to Kāpiti today. Took a moment or two to spot what we were looking for. Very cool letterbox! #4455. TFTC.
Amazing! I had so much fun with this one and I adore the letterbox! Thank you to all involved
My second DnF on this cache.
Under, over, on the ground, everywhere but inside - for a 1.0/1.0, I just cannot find the brighter!
I returned to the car and rechecked the hint, which didn’t get me anywhere, and then I had a brain wave from the title.
The host doesn’t have any rails or hard points, but I was soon signing the logbook.
Thanks for highlighting this excellent piece of fabricating!

Mr rattll pulled over close to GZ to look something up on his phone so I took the opportunity to pop across the road and look for this one.
I never feel comfortable hanging around people's letter boxes, and I could see the curtains twitching next door, but this certainly is an impressive mail box and very fitting for the area.
Fortunately I laid my hand on the prize instantly, so it was a very quick find indeed.
Thanks watcache
