Day 2 of caching in Armidale, we were going to go on our bikes, but decided to take the car. Should have stuck with the bikes around UNE.Parked the car in the nearby carpark and walked to GZ, found it on the ground, so we replaced at our GZTotal Caches Found 16012TFTC Roarts

Didn'tn find the cache, a lot of leafs scattered on the floor, so if it's on the grounf there is no chance. The mentioned tree have thorns so be careful where you tread.
Staying in the local districts for a couple of days and doing the tourist things as well as finding as many caches as we can before leaving for the coast.
Another nice walk around this area to find this one that didn't take very long once GPS settled.

Catching up on a few unfound caches around Armidale. Dumaresq Diamond is in an area where I haven't walked before. Parked the car up near the former Robb College and strolled down though bushland to GZ.
Thanks for the cache Roarts, took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and the travellers visited.

We are having a couple of days on a farmstay, we decided a visit to Armidale geocaching was the right thing to do. Called bu the UNI yesterday but it was so busy must have been something special happening. Decided to leave the caches for today & use the bike to navigate my way around the campus. Geono decided to come along for the ride as well. While completing the multis we added this one on our todo list.
Thankyou Roarts for placing this cache.

It looks like the recent clearing has damaged the the stump & removed the cache. New co-ords are S30 29.663 E151 38.207, about 10m away from the original GZ.

{FTF} at 12.10pm. A nice spring day was enough to get us out to look for a cache but combined with a FTF and a day on our calendar with no finds, and we had reasons aplenty.
Lunch time was probably why we timed this so well. The guy mowing the fields was just leaving as we arrived and there was no sport or training. A nice part of Dumaresq Creek along here.. TFTC Roarts.
