4th find along the path. Another quick find with the hint, and all good at GZTFTC
VK7HCH and I were going to go into the Risdon Brook Dam area and find some caches, but today was very windy and the park was closed. We decided on finding a couple of caches up the river and that continued all the way to Tongatabu Rd. We even got out the electric powered cache mobiles. We then turned our attention to the Highway series along Elderslie Rd, picking up Camel Views along the way.In all, I found 16 caches and had a couple of DNFs while HCH found a few more before we parted ways for the day. Thanks for all the finds today.
Having our plans changed by the weather, and having the electromotive means of transport onboard, Swampy and I tackled this series, we found them all, some were most ingenious in their hides. TFTC
Adelaide to Hobart Road Trip.
Day Six: New Norfolk to Hobart Airport and a flight home.
Weather: Chilly morning, sunny day.
Nice to get the elevated view here, and I have to cross the railway line anyway to get back to the van. I fell for a few red herrings here before finding the cache.
Great series, thanks Diadem and TaurusSix; I would love to complete this walk on another fine day, but this is the last one for me today.
It’s officially a mega.

This was probably the quickest find of the day as cache was dieting itself on approach.
Stamped the log and rehide in same spot with some cover.

I’ve been wanting to walk the riverside trail for a while, and today finally had the opportunity with Zozetta. A lovely quiet track with plenty of caches, we ended up with twenty three finds today including ten on this track, nine of those in this series.
A quick here, cache is dry.
Thanks for the cache Diadem and TaurusSix!

Moved from Brighton to Hobart showground today out this afternoon for a few caches, TFTC
tassietan and I are out on a caching day hoping to get enough points for the current Peak.
We decided we didn't have enough time to do the whole walk there and back so have made this the turning point.
Its been a lovely walk along the river.
Thanks TaurusSix and Diadem, we are looking forward to tackling the remainder on another sunny day.

Having a lovely walk with RoadieM today and what a glorious day it is on the Derwent. ️ The sun is shining and the birds are out in abundance. We decided we’d only do half the trail today as we got distracted in Brighton with other caches. This is our turn around point and last cache find for the day. Thanks very much Diadem and TaurusSix for placing this series. Another great example of geocaching taking us to places we would never know about otherwise.
Out for a brisk walk to get some fresh air and a few caches close to our accommodation.
Made quick finds here.
A few other walkers about, almost scored a dog as well.
Thank you for the cache

On my walk i decided to give this one a miss and drive to the roadside parking area and tackle if from there. I found the cache exactly where I thought it would be. My last find for the series. Thank you for your efforts in putting these in place.
Was a bit concerned about leaving the bike down on the track while I went to look for this one but no one came along and stole it while I was up there.
Thanks, pretty obvious where this one was going to be.

Today we decided to head to New Norfolk and surrounds and find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A great day out, not too cold, sun out allowed us to enjoy the great outdoors.
A great series, we enjoyed the walk along the path finding caches in different hides. We found all the caches which was great! Cache and contents were in excellent condition.
Thanks Diadem and TaurusSix for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Back today, the last day of warmth for about a week before that looming season of Winter starts to infect the end of Autumn
I wanted to get all the hides i had to leave last time so after grabbing the first 5 i went back to get the GeoMobile and park it near the centre of this string of hides to lessen the walk back at the last one found
A quick find and sign of a cache / contents in great shape at 12:07 on Monday 19 April 2021.

out and about getting caches for the solar wonders of the world today, and this will be the sixth to log, TFTC TNLN log dry. a nice dry day before Easter.
Given we needed to replace 2 caches from this series of 12 caches, we thought it would be a good idea to do a check of all the caches.
Pleased to report all good with cache.

Decided to tackle the caches along this nice easy walk beside the river after finding a few here some years ago. Although it was a lovely day the search for this series of caches turned out to be a bit of a calamity. A nice easy find. TFTC.
How sad TaurusSix and Diadem that this is the last of the series to collect, parked at the Coordinates and wandered down the path to collect an uncovered cache, however it was fine and dry and I left it just a bit more snugly. Thanks for a great series as I've said and the number of caches I have found of yours recently. Keeping me semi fit!!
Had a nice day for a walk and a series of caches that I needed to find. Wandered around track in no particular rush, just soaking in the sun, view and number of birds. Swans were common as I wandered along, especially a pair keeping pace with me going upstream as I wandered along.
Found all by one of the caches which I fear is missing

Just discovered a whole bunch of drafts I hadn't logged. Found on a pleasant walk with Mr H and young Yogi dog.

I think this may have been the one we missed but found on our return? It was also somewhere around here where the puppy worked out that water is fun! TFTC

Have been wanting to do this series of caches for a long time as I drive past a lot for work but never seem to have the time. But today I hope to complete them all. TFTC
Nice trail along the river for panting caches. Little parking though. Be careful near the road.
Hi Diadem
Needed to hunt plastic today and get some exercise, so this series made the hit list
My bike was extracted from the shed, the tyres pumped up and off we went
The cache was Sainted at 1427 hours with a quick find
There were plenty of muggles at the start of the track but few along the way
The weather was perfect which made the views really great
Using the bike, the first time in a long time, it made the trek a lot easier
Thanks for the series and the fun
Cheers OldSaint

We thought the wind would not be so bad today and we were hoping for great weather! Wind not too bad and the sun came out a few times! A nice walk and surprisingly no muggles apart from the first parking spot!
We were fairly lucky today as we were able to follow the geotrail to most caches! Some of the lids on the containers were hard to get off.
Nice hide and well covered up.

Today's caching was to be a bit of a loop round Bridgewater and New Norfolk to collect the new caches that have come out since I was last up this way.
I picked the Goose up at just after 9 and after a few caches on the North side of the river we had a lunch of Pizza at the market before finding a few on th way home, as a bonus there was a new GCA published and we just managed a FTF.
I think this was the one we came at from the road, if so it was an easy find.
Found on 12/09/2020 at 10:53:00 AM thanks to Diadem for placing this cache for me to find.

We moved he car and parked right near this cache. A quick find.
With so many new caches, it was a pretty easy decision for our caching destination today. As is customary, stainless steel rat and I stopped for a takeaway coffee before heading to Bridgewater to do the trail there along the Derwent foreshore then up to New Norfolk for Pizza lunch at the market and a few more caches. We came down the western side of the river and picked up a couple more caches up in the hills on the way home.
Thanks for the cache Diadem

Hello Diadem thank you for the cache
This evening EeePees and I were out caching before our BNO.
A lovely evening for a lovely walk along the track.
EeePees found this one while I was busy down by the train track.
It was a lot easier walking back up to the car via this track.
Now to drive on to the next parking spot.

TFTC found with AlbyDangles.
It was monthly BoysNightOut, but as there were just the two of us, we turned it into a caching mission.
A nice quick find, and a fav point for the series and for showing us a better path back to our geoMobile.
Thanks Diadem and TaurusSix.
It's a magic Tassie Spring evening a caching stroll, along a popular track.
Cheers, EPs.

We arrived down South this afternoon with sufficient time to look for the caches in the recently published Derwent Views series. Despite a cool breeze, it was a pleasant walk along the track. There were a few muggles but they did not cause any hassles with each search. A combination of the hint and accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Diadem and TaurusSix for this cache and the series.
last find of the series , got all of them now . all's good at gz . Thank's TaurusSix and Diadem
Thanks for this series of caches Diadem and TaurusSix.
The GeoGSP and I walked this trail a few years ago looking for caches, and this is our first visit back since then. A lovely warm morning, we only saw one cyclist on our walk. A nice easy trail, lovely views along the way of Mount Wellington and Mount Dromedary. Quick find at GZ.
