Thanks TasTyphoons for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, Blackmans Bay Adventures 3 - Go Home ET, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #1968 at 08:44 on 8/9/2024. FTF: Found with: Swampy Weather: fairMuggles: noneLight level: goodCache condition: good Distance from GZ: Your cache was visited by my trackables: TB9QQD2, TB9KZ39 and TB7HH81
Walked to this one from the last and made another nice easy find. Cache 3 of 4 for the day. TFTC
Tasmania Trip Day 8. After arriving in Hobart yesterday afternoon and having a nice walk before dinner, today my aim was to visit some counties to the south west of the city. I did not go onto the island, but I did the rest of the counties. It was not the most successful of starts to the day, but I reached the numbers I was hoping for and headed back into town where I went for a much longer walk around the middle of the city and docks to do about six sets of Labs. By the time that was all done I was looking forward to dinner and a long nights rest.I found another good access into this green space to be able to hint for this cache. There always seems to be a barking dog, but it did not take too long to locate the cache. Thanks for the cache TasTyphoons45988.27 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2009 Stars #3 - Little Dipper A#122**Albida**
Tftc! Not wet this one! Great wandering around all the places I explored as a kid now as an adultReliving some childhood memories!!
We are from Switzerland...We do houssitting all over the world and this time we are back in Tasmania the second time ...We traveled around here 14 years ago...its nice to be back and this time even better with geocaching ..Today Nggi2 and I went out to make out of green ones yellow smilies ..We visited only afew caches because it was quite hot by some and otherwise windy in the shade. We spoted most Dsli (means Cache little box) straight away ..but two took us much longer. Thank you for placing this Dsli oinkoinkText @holiday home
Heute bei heissem Sonnenschein vor dem Weihnachtseinkauf zuerst noch ein paar Caches gemacht. Diesen in kurzer Zeit gefunden. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.
Accurate coords and the geo senses working properly tonight had me find this cache as soon as I basically turned the corner. Thanks for the cache!
Took my 5 year old niece to this cache it was her first one. Safe to say she loves geocaching now. TFTC
This is exactly where it should be. We spotted it as we approached to check as some of the covering was no longer in place. We added some extra cover and it is ready, waiting and in good order
I think this one had been muggled. The hint was very specific and there is nothing there that I could see.
I am enjoying the ease of the Series. Found by my Geo daughter as we got soaked socks from the wet grass.
Found with aadi_is_the_best, after going to the wrong trees we got there in the end (not ideal for Aadi wearing sandals!) Cache is in good condition despite not much cover. TFTC )
Love how the “local link” walkways in this area take you to hidden bushland areas and of course, wouldn’t have known about them without geocaching. Walked down the lovely walkway to a chorus of rosellas on a a persons hedge. Made a quick find, stamped the log and headed back past the birds. Thanks for the cache and the exploration.
Wow. People watching from every direction here. I do like the local link tracks though. They are a good idea. Thanks for the cache TasTyphoons
We are visiting family who live in Blackmans Bay and as we were out walking our eagle eyed son spotted what he believed was a cache. We had thought we’d found all the caches in the area so checked the map. Lo and behold, there was a new series since we had visited last. So we convinced our grandson to go on a treasure hunt with us. It was a great circuit and all the caches were easily found, partly because of the very descriptive hints. Thanks so much for this series of caches, we thoroughly enjoyed the adventure.
"Why do i sometimes fail to read the Geocache description", is what i ask myself.
Only now at home logging the 3 finds here and the Pipe Dreams cache i found on the 17th, that i realize there is a Puzzle in the series that requires 'taking note' (something i fail to do [:o)]) of the hint under the lid and in the log books... oh well. I will have to revisit them in order to grab those soon.... can't ignore the Puzzle cache
This one was found in the spot mentioned in the clue. I was seeing many house windows across the small valley here so my stealth mode was brutal, something the FBI would envy the only thing absent was the annoying and unwanted yappy dog 'broadcasting' my presence... just doing their job i guess ha ha
SL of it at 11:48.
The cache and contents are in A1 shape, re-hid with the provided natural camo

{Took the very handy laneways to these hides}

Found straight away. Nice spot, haven't been here before either. 5th Cache of the day. Bring a pen. I quickly grabbed one from the car.
Saw it exposed a fair way off. It’s all safe though, back to the spot it’s supposed to be.
Today we decided to head to Kingston - Snug and surrounds and towards Mount Wellington to find a few more caches that we have not found and to make them a smilie. A great day out, not too cold, sun out allowed us to enjoy the great outdoors.
We collected the required information, a quick find at GZ. Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Finally have taken the time to do this one which is literally just behind our house. TFTC
Lady membsec had an appointment in town so we decided to continue heading south after that appointment. The weather was perfect for caching.
Interesting little area, there seems to be little tracks everywhere in this area. Cache was found and all good with it. Gathered the clue.

we managed to park between two of this series so it was a short walk to both, this one we spotted as we approached.
After adding our names to the logbook we replaced and covered with some more camo before we left.
thanks for the cache

Parking right between Blackmans Bay Adventures 3 and 4 meant just the one stop. We decided to stay in the right order so did 3 first. The cache was easily spotted as it was not covered well. After noting the number and logging I made sure it was covered well.
Onward to Blackmans Bay Adventures 4.
Thanks TasTyphoons

Yay! A nice quick find on the way home from some Bunnings essentials! Thanks for the fun little cache.
Hello TasTyphoons thank you for the cache
This one was a nice quick find and the first find in this series.
from here I walked to the next find.
I didn't realize this one had some information I required until finding another three of your caches in this series, so I had to come back and find the information required.

We had found one of the caches in this series sometime ago but didn't have time to look for others at the time. Today we returned. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks TasTyphoons and Dragonee for the cache and the good mini series.
