After parking at the Brighton Domain, I went for a walk around town, and headed up to this cache here. Missed it on the first pass, almost gave up before just one more look, ahh it was right where I had first looked, oh well found it, cheers
Slightly different container. Log in good condition, signed and replaced as found, out of view. Tftc
Trouve ! / Found it ! Une de plus rayer sur ma liste du jour 5077me cache trouve.Merci Natalie247 pour la cache One more to cross off my list for the day 5077th cache found.Thank you Natalie247 for the cache
Our first find! Found it quite quickly and had a sausage roll on the way home. Thanks for the cache!
Found the container pretty quickly! The log book was full, I had my notepad with me and ripped half a page off, so there will be enough room for others.
An easy find thank you. The log slip is full now, I didnt have any spare paper with me today either so I squashed my moniker in at the bottom. TFTC. Lovely view of here - big waves today.
Out with the Wednesday Walkers, walking along the beach. Looking forward to a lunch and coffee at the Brighton café.
Easy find as it was in full view. daywalk tucked it away out of sight after we had all signed the log.

Walking past GZvthis morning so stopped and searched the likely hidey holes. No? Then the others pointed out the big yellow smiley-faced magnetic stuck in plain sight... oops. Rehid out of sight! Such a shame the two P&Gs along here prevent a hide at the hole in the rock.

Great views along the coast, and fun little cache, Mrs Geckoh got stopped off at one end and then picked up again.

Thanks for the cache, we found this one quite the challenge! We were just walking off when a big shout came, we turned around and one of the boys was holding the cache high, such an awesome moment! Look hard and you'll get it.
Looked everywhere but could not find it. Add my partner in crime on Snapchat @georgiabeale
All most gave up but found it at the very last moment ! Super satisfying. Found w/ Ren
Out for a little drive, trying to limit time spent outside the car! This was the longest walk of the day, lol! TFTC!!
Having spent some time 'nutting out' puzzles while parked up this week, it was finally time to start picking some up, as well as some trads of course.
This one wasn't to far from where we stayed the night so was the first stop today.
No problems making the find.
Thanks for putting it here

A nice quick find on a rainy day after enjoying the views from atop Big Rock. TFTC
Thanks for the cache Natalie 247. Quick find today after a drive down the coast finding caches for a license challenge and also the newest souvenir. Definitely a good idea to pick these up heading south as the pull off the road areas are all on the east side of the road.
Arrived in Dunedin for a few days as one of the kids has their final exhibition for their degree. Flew in and picked up a hire car. Decided to take the scenic route into Dunedin via Taieri Mouth. This was one of 18 caches found this afternoon with a couple of DNF. Parked up the road and walked to this cache. Didn’t take long to have it in hand and log signed. Great views. Thanks Natalie for the smiley.
I remember that this is where I had one of my first driving lessons. After I went around this particular corner my Dad politely suggested that 'You might like to take that corner a bit more slowly on the way back'. Oops!
Well, I got there in the end. A quick find here. Thanks

The power on the batteries in the GPS were getting very low so they took me wat past the cache onto a track right on to the cliff edge. Hmmm that didn't seem right so another read of everything resulted in quite a back track and a quick find when I was in the right place. TFTC # 17,587

It is strongly recommend that whilst we go for a walk for exercise, we need to take care on shared surfaces and geocaching should not be done at this time; https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/New+Zealand
To remove temptation, I am disabling this cache and ask kindly that you do not find this cache during lockdown.
Remember there is more than physically finding a cache, there are plenty of puzzle caches you can do at home. Or if you live near a multi you can walk the trail and save the find for another day. For more info or connect with wider community see Geocaching New Zealand on Facebook.
Stay home, stay safe and save lives.

Spent today grabbing a bunch of caches with Malinkaly down at, and towards, Brighton. After a quick stop off at Brighton's café, we set about grabbing a few to take my tally up to 20 for the day. A good quick cache, which was what we needed here - we'd walked from the café, which was a bit silly of us given how much time we had left (or, rather, didn't have left). Still, got the find OK. Cheers!
I like Brighton as plenty of responsible camping sites and nice beaches. Stayed at the rugby club all by myself. Hot choc to warm up then amble down to bag this one. Chatting to a local who has just had a jog and a swim and is only 9:30am. All I can say is that if Bali is like this remind me to pack my thermals.
Parked at the given waypoint and made my way to GZ. Had to wait for some vehicles to pass before searching and the cache was quickly found. As I was signing the log a young girl ran up to see if I was alright as she said I looked like I was going to faint! Must of been in one of the cars that passed me. I must remember not to lean on fences awkwardly while waiting for muggles to disappear from view. Nice of her to check up on me though. Tftc
Finding a few caches before the rain arrives. Staying a few nights as weather not good in Canterbury
On a three week trip to the lower South Island with tmann421 hunting caches.

Late on a Sunday evening proved to be a much more serene setting to be able to have a rummage in the general area. And lo and behold: there it was. Nice and easy.
Thank you for the cache

Walked up to this one from the previous cache and made a nice quick find, then Andy went back to the car to take it to the next cache while I continued walking towards it. We both got there at the same time. tftc
My family gathered at Brighton for afternoon tea and a swim. Grabbed this one to fill another dot day. Stunning day and evening. Tftc
I think I might know what to look for, but there was way too much traffic to have a good enough look. It will have to be another day. Thank you for bringing me here, regardless.
Interesting that my good friend Bitsprayer just found this as I gave him a thought yesterday as they are "bitspraying" close by at the moment. LOL.
Great day out here, I had a cache up on the rock hill many years ago. - Thanks Bitsprayer
Found with StreetWalkerNZ as we continue our journey homeward, via the scenic coastal route, as we had never been to the Taieri Mouth or even Brighton before. It was good to have fine weather for the whole day after experiencing a bit of rain down south.
SW set off to walk to this cache while I was left to do the paperwork and replace the cache we had just found. I set off after him, but managed to take the wrong path. By the time I realised my mistake, and took the right path, SW had already found the cache, so my presence was not required . TFTC.

I short walk with a few spits of rain. I missed the cache in my first sweep of all the possible hiding spots so when I re swept I made sure I swept all sides. Got it this time.
FTF at 0850 as its spitting distance from home. TFTC Natalie. G8 views right enough
Popped out with Napoleon_Solo this afternoon for a quick find. I recall one of the very first caches I found, way back in late 2004 or early '05, was up on the big rock. I assume it can't be there any longer. TFTC.
Failure to read the cache page properly led us to be in the right location but the wrong path. Nice walk nevertheless, so off we went feeling stupid. Had to walk past at first, due to muggle activity, but back we went and quickly signed. Found with Debsnz.
Saw this one come up just as we left home, heading to Taieri Mouth so of course we had to stop. Quickly found once at GZ and after avoiding muggles
