### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there beccybooloo,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

How can the coordinates be so far out? Thanks to If for the right coordinates. This is supposed to be a game using a GPS not a game of search the park. Time to update.
The coordinates have been listed as inaccurate many times. Some action is needed from the CO.

Woah this WAS confusing on a couple of levels .1 GZ was way out to the hint could apply to a couple locations.
I evently used "IF"s coords and now grass was cut I had to attempts at this ... finnally found it
thanks beccybooloo

What lovely weather they have here in Cargo
First time I've felt warm for weeks
And on a stroll around the towne,
I stopped here on the far side of the park,
to find me this cache
The clue certainly helps with this one [^]

On the road from Canberra to Orange & making a couple of caching stops. Can confirm co-ords are way off. Signed R1BG. TFTC.
Stumped indeed. Coords well off and relied on hints to find this one. Cargo has had some rain and the park was pretty waterlogged. TFTC
Not too stumped. Found with hints not at GZ. TFTC. suggest updating coordinates
Read AussiePushaks log. I had a search in the wrong area before following those instructions to the cache. TFTC
#546. Coordinates quite out but eventually made the find on the third stump we found with help from the comments. Found with meals 5. Look out for the ants! TFTC!
Nice little jaunt around the village with mealo. After a few initial problems eventually found cache thx to hint given.
Again found very far out of Coordinates, used the hint instead as the cache was 61 meters away from the coordinates. Suggesting the coordinates are updated for this one.
A beautiful day for caching and walking through this town. Unfortunately there is no stump at GZ, but 61 metres away at the three tree trunks (near the concrete path) is a good stump and sure enough the cache is found.. Found with Sophiescout and Jemalong and Family. TFTC
This one was 60m off but hint helped otherwise a nice flat piece of grass that almost had us stumped. TFTC
I think the coords for this one may be wrong....I did check some likely spots in the surrounding area, but no joy. Cheers

[FTF] Co ords were about 50 metres off. Quick find when you use the generous hint of stump. Its the stump on the other side of gz Signed and replaced. Thanks for the new caches in the area.
